My credit card was dispatched via blue dart on last friday by the bank. The blue dart agent called me on friday and i was out of station so i told him to bring on monday. I haven't got any call or message regarding the delivery yet. I have called the customer service they were not taking the calls. Seriously it's much annoying. Please find a solution by today.

      This is not 1st time m facing this problem every time same problem im getting in last delivery they not able to find a local adress this time the consinment is wrong they only making fools of custmers.

        I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

        I was not contacted through sms or email. Can this issue be resolved immediately....

            I ordered a mi a1 phone from the mi website which was to be delivered today at my office address. I got a missed call alert from an unknown number at 3.45pm so i did not take it seriously. Later in the evening at 8.25pm i got a mail that my phone has been delivered. I called bluedart and they told me that my phone was delivered to the address, but i did not receive it. I checked with the admin team in my office and the mailroom as well and no one has received it fro my office. Who is responsible for this.

            Let's try to see the bigger picture here :
            1. A product of some monetary value was marked as delivered without any prior communication about the same to the receiver of the courier.
            2. On reaching out to Blue Dart, first thing that was told to me with 110% confidence was that it was in the mail room of my employer (with the exact location) saying I was contacted but could not be reached.
            3. This confidence led me to investigate further in my office if this was the case. But I could not find any record of that courier in my office. Which led me to finally raise this complaint where I was told there is 24 hrs needed.
            4. an hour after this I got a call from a courier guy from Blue dart who said he has my courier.
            Which means it wasnt delivered in the first place and both customer care execs mislead me
            On top of that, the delivery guy with that courier was unprofessional. he marked the delivery as complete when this wasnt the case. Will any action be taken regd the same?
            What about the customer care exec who made me doubt the Admin team in my organization.

But that is totely wrong no one can visit my home or call me for the same. If you required my c. C tv footage i am agree to share with you. Also today i call our local courier team (Sector 14 panchkula) firstly thay aproche me very causely after some time thay call me again & thay inshaure me that the person will definatly come & deliver my courier by eod.
              Till now i am not recieve any call from bluedart office & no one visit my home.
              Request you to please look into the matter very clously & i am waiting for your positive responce

                This is regarding consignment no. [protected] which is domestic priority shipment from delhi to hyderabad. This was supposed to be delivered to the recipient's address by 12 noon the following day which was not done. At 1 pm when we checked online, it showed, 12:30 pm it reached the hyd facility and it is out for delivery. As the documents were very urgent i called the somajiguda blue dart facility and they said that i can come and pick-up the packet. At 4:05pm i reached the dhl facility and they handed over the packet to me at 4:10 pm. When i asked them to acknowledge that this packet was not delivered on time and therefore i want to raise a complaint, the facility guys tried to make many excuses and on after another 35 min they gave me an acknowledgement for this parcel. Now, as per your notice and announcement (See attached pic) if a domestic priority shipment is not delivered by 12 noon, you are supposed to refund the full amount to the customer. Therefore, please let me know how to claim the amount of rs 350/- from blue dart for not delivering my shipment on time?

                  The packet arrived at my address on 8 nov when i was out of station. I reached and stayed there for 11& 12 nov and sent email to your given address. I got reply from your kirankumrr @bluedart.com saying he has advised the concerned bluedart station to. Deliver it after making call. But nothing happened. Also didn't get any further advice from you.
                  I left kolkata again on 13 nov.
                  Please tell me how do i get my packet which contains my valuable pan card.
                  I'm simultaneously lodging a complaint to l the it authorities.
                  I'm a. Senior officer in a bank and know what to do.
                  Your local station gave. Me a number [protected],. But making a call it doesn't respond.
                  Please do the needful.

                  On 30th of November my packet was arrived at Gurgaon and it need to dispatch at Gola. The courier guy named Sarvesh Kumar has marked it delivered on 7th November in the afternoon at 12 P.M. but I didn't received it and this person also used abusive language when I called him for deliver status

                    Hi team,
                    This is about wrong package delivered to me.
                    I got amazon package on monday[protected] delivered by bluedart. The package was on name of brother in law at his address.
                    As my brother in law and i have flats in same society i took his package and gave delivery boy 650 rs which is cost of package.

                    I could not contact my relative at that time as he is out of india so as to confirm with him if he had ordered anything on his address.

                    Later when i contacted him he said he ordered nothing. I opened package to see if it has any amazon invoice to see order number but there was no invoice inside.

                    Now i don't have any details to return package, when i contacted the bluedart guy he said i couldn't take package and said why you took package, now system is updated, we can't take it.

                    I have paid for package which doesn't belong to me kindly help me in getting back my rs 650 back.

                    I contacted bludart manager but no help.

                      Hi.
                      Im having difficulties connecting with my local blue dart courier hub.
                      My package that was due yesterday remains undelievered, the delivery guy was so lazy that he couldn't find my house which was on the main road, and had the audacity to tell me he will come only tomorrow because nobody was home, while we were all present,
                      He promised however to deliver it to me today but his phone number remains switched off.
                      My experience with bluedart has always been bad, the delivery guys are very ignorant, they only make delivery possible according to their convenience, i called them for over 10 times and they are non responsive, given the fact thatthey promised delivery today, they shoild atleast be able to respond and update me of the status, dont you think?
                      It is absolutely disgusting that they can care that less about customer needs,
                      I wish who so ever looking into this complaint does the needful and makes sure my package is delievered.

                        REF NO EV[protected]. I have not receive my shipment. Although, when I checked my tracking details online it says "consignee not available " . I have waiting from 2 days but no one came or contacted me in regards to the delivery.

                        Still it says that second attempt was made . I have confirmed with neighbours and they said that no one came.

                              Hallo, we were sent our duocuments on 7.11.17 through bluedart. Confirming from your pune office that it will surely will get delivered on 9.11.17. But the documents delivered on 11.11.17. It was govt documents due to which we have lost our crucial order. It was only due to bad service and poor communication within bluedart. We want our delivery amount in return otherwise we will go to consumer court.

                                Sir, Regards, In fact I promptly received response as in addition to complaint with your forum, I sent mail to blue Dart. I even received a call from them. But my issue resolved by making contact to Sholapur helpline.Executive told me that my PAN Card IS DELIVERED to PAN CARD CENTRE. I collected it therefrom. Thx to your forum and Blue dart, Mumbai and solapur office especially. U B HEJIB

                                  Blue dart delivered my letter awb [protected] containing cheque forrs 5 lakhs late by 4 days resulting in loss of interest and i lost a business opportunity due to non availability of fund. Post office delivers letters after 4 days for rs 5 postage what for spend so much money for such a useless work by bluedart.

                                  If only one letter has to be delivered for which the deliverymen has to travel long distance, they simply report that "door locked" and deliver the same after 2 days. They also do not give toll free number to contact them

                                    My pan card has not been delivered but i have got a massage by sms from nsdl that it has been delivered on 28-oct-2017 by blue dart expressway ltd vide airway bill no. [protected].
                                    Obviously it is wrong reporting by the delivery boy/ blue dart expressway.
                                    I have not even been contacted on my mobile.
                                    Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                                      I had a international shipment via dhl and after the clearance of custom. It was transferred to blue dart courier and they have bull # services. They always waste time and keep asking proofs even after getting proof they ask you some charge and now they are saying custom not cleared so i have to pay them 14k inr. I told them it was prepaid custom that was already paid by me. Please help me. They wasted my money and last time also they returned my package without contacting me and saying it's incorrect address.
