My name is asif iqbal.
My tracking id is [protected].
My ordered items were a combo of bluetooth headsets, 64 gb pendrive, 64 gb memory card and bluetooth earphone.
But the 64 gb memory card and bluetooth earphone were missing.
I was supposed to to get a sony pendrive but i received kingston pendrive.
Moreover the one bluetooth headset i received doesn't work.
I received the products on 4th november 2017.
Kindly help me to return the products and refund me the price i paid.

    I am piyush gusani. I have collected my mother's pan card from blue dart office from above address. When i asked why they are not delivering pan card at home address they talled me that you have to collect it from office only. Blue dart don't deliver pan card at home. Income tax department says that pan card will reach at home. I want to know that does blue dart don't deliver pan card at home address???

      Hi, i am dr amit sharma. My american express courier is due since 1 st of november. Its way bill no is [protected]. Being a surgeon i was in ot on 2nd november 5;20 pm. I told courier guy to deliver next day i, e 3 rd nov, between morning 10-11 am. I talked at ur customer service centre thrice. They gave me assurance that it will be delivered between 9 to 12 am today. Till now i hvn"t recieved my courier. From gurgaon to gaziabad blue dart is not able to deliver the courier.,
      Really shameful on ur part. Do u ppl belong to stone age or what?

        Dear sir/ madam,
        This is to inform you that my credit card was sent by icici bank with
        Way bill no - [protected]
        Ref no-[protected]
        The credit card arrived on blue dart office valsad on 30- oct - 2017. The put the status out of delievery area. So i went to the blue dart office with my adhar card, pan card, my icici debit card on 30- oct-2017 in the afternoon 3.30 pm. They told me they can not deliever the card at office they will deliever the card at home next day. They did not deliever the card next day.
        After 4 days on 02- nov - 2017 they called me and said you take your card from office. I refuse to take from office as the did not give me on 30-oct - 2017.
        After all on 04 - nov - 2017 they delievered the card at home. Mean while i already blocked my card on 02- nov - 2017.
        This card delievered me is just a waste.
        Pls look forward in this matter.

            This is regarding doc. Awb#[protected] which contained my vehicle's original insurance copy. The same was despatched on 24th nov'17 but was returned back twice to bhubaneswar office, odisha without any intimation to me regarding the return. After several followups the same had to be personally collected from my side from nearest landmark to my address on 3rd nov'17. Pls let me know what action you are taking for such callous attitude of the concerned employees, delivery executive, bbhubaneswar branch, ms. Jasmine, contact no.               As per the link below. The toll free number is not active. After a second the call disconnects and they charge 2rupee. The mail id provides us poor service.

                I am expecting my citibank card since 31/10 but it has not been delivered yet. When I checked its status on the tracking page, it shows that delivery has been attempted twice and the house was closed.

                I received a call on 31st to check whether I am at home or not and I confirmed that I am at home, but wasn't delivered. And somebody is at my place 24x7, so I am not sure where your person is trying to deliver the card.

                  I was about to receive my demand draft from citi bank which was a refund from e commerce website ebay. For some reason the address was misplaced. It might be my fault. But after i received call from blue dart and asked if they could correct it and deliver to my exact location, the courier person gave me hope to call later and tell me d procedure. But till date no steps has been taken and my parcel is lost i think. I am extremely unhappy due to inconvenience caused

                    Citi bank has dispatched credit card to me using blue dart. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st oct 2017 but delivery exec called me after 8 pm asking for landmark and flat number. Till now it is not delivered and when i called customer care, the executive spoke rudely to me as if it is my fault for calling him. He was yelling at me on the phone and when i said this is not the way to address the issue. He said this is getting recorded anyways. He showed too much attitude and insulted me for asking the reason why was not it delivered. Further he added that i should have given proper address. I should have gotten 1000s of shipment to the same address even from blue dart. He asked me to go ask citi bank when i asked i can’t wait for credit card longer and i am in urgent need of it.

                        This consignment was booked from nashik on 24th october. It is yet to be delivered at kolkata. The blue dart site shows shipment connected to delivery on 1st november. The parcel had reached kolkata on 25th november. Nobody is picking up the toll free number or other phones mentioned in the site at kolkata. I have been put to a financial loss on account of this inordinate delay. Can the management explain why such a premier logistic company is behaving in such a irresponsible manner?

                          On 30th october, while driving i got a call from lan number. I not able to attend the call so i end the call.
                          Next day 31st october i checked with perungudi blue dart office, they said we called you there is no response. So the courier is not delivered.
                          But i don't know instead of calling me why they didn't come to my office to delivery it.

                          And they said by november 1st it will be delivered, why on 31st the courier not dispatch for delivery.
                          When i called them again for the status they said due to climate it was not delivered but that day there was no rain at all.
                          2nd november still i waiting for the delivery, courier guy sujan ([protected]) called me around 3 pm just rain started, that he was stuck in the rain and unable to move anywhere. I waiting for the rain to stop otherwise all my package will get wet & damaged.
                          Still i wondering until 3 pm what they are doing and your courier guys are unable to do service on light rains.
                          Really very very bad service from very big courier service company.

                            As per the call below i still did not receive my product...
                            I will complain now to higher authority ... delivery dept was call me on saturday from my home address but i am not able to receive my product in home address so dept commit me "we will deliver your product in monday but nothing update from concern dept as well delivery boy, , so i visit in blue dart office in dlf phase 3 gurugram harayan, , , they suggest me contact udhyog vihar dept in shankar chowk gurgaon then i call to blue dart office they told me your address is incorrect instead of phase 1 udhyog vihar there is phase 4 udhyog vihar . as per concern dept this fault made by bank so please update your address then we will deliver your product within 10 days but i request to concern dept i will receive my product myself with all my documents from your office but they denied from monday nothing update from concern dept for delivery what type of customer service is this please check this matter and resolve my issue asap, , , ,

                              Blue dart courier team in jaipur are highly unprofessional and rude... Waiting for a parcel since monday... Unable to get it... All the customer services are not taking the call... Yesterday a courier boy called and for that i waited outside for an hour... They promise for next day early morning delivery... I called again after making 20 calls they received and forgot all the previous promises... Still no response

                                  I had been book some products via amazon. They are ship some items through blue tart courier service!. They are don't try to deliver properly! And they told to collect the item in his office. I accepted it and go to. Tat office and ask the pos (Swiping machine) because the amount is very low, but they told the machine is not available in that office and nobody atm near there! I feel much more difficulty!!! Please take the necessary auction! And i decide if you again send the product through blue-tart. I. Never buy the product

                                      1. Yesterday i missed your delivery boy because i went out for a short time.
                                      2. Today i stayed at home and your delivery boy has marked (Untruthfully) premises closed. He has not even visited my house let alone rung the bell.
                                      3. On my calling up your toll free number, i was advised that chembur office will again try to deliver today.
                                      It did not happen.

                                        Hi i suppose to receive a parcel thru blued art on 30 oct 17, i have received a call from delivery boy askg fr add i explained n asked to leave the parcel at my watchman rather he listened to my add he disconnected the call n not answering the call after many calls on same day he infrm me that parcel left at madinaguda be n collect from there. Not even ready to provide tracking no, when i approached by at madinaguda be they sd no such person avail n not bother abt my issue spk with sagar reddy sr staff gave reckless answer also spk with pramod good as well but my prob not resolved. Now i want to collect my parcel tel me where n how to collect. It's really ridiculous services providing by blue dart. Never ever believe them..
