I have a product to be received through bluedart courier by 5th december, 2017 vide way bill no. [protected] and reference no. [protected].
However, one bluedart courier person have called me in the evening of 4th december, 17 after 6:30 pm while i was out of my home but somewhere in the town. The courier person called me and asked me to come that moment to receive the product at that time. But as i was not near to my house so, i request him to deliver the same on 5th of december, 17. But till date i have not received my product.
Presently while i am tracking my shipment details, there it is written that consignee out of station, which is a false report, may be reported by blue dart courier person. Please look into the matter and make the arrangements to deliver the product soon.

They are not reachable either on below phone or even on email. Please deliver my courier on high priority

We had sent our product via blue dart to our customer located in bangalore, however the consignment has been delivered to another customer in tamilnadu. Even though the name and address was clearly visible on the label of the package.

I had been dropped an email to the concern person but could not get any response from them.

I want to escalate this to an higher level.

I was waiting for my credit card delivery through bluedart courier. Awb# [protected] on 1st dec 17. Courier person never contacted me and kept on updating the status as "consignee not available". I called blue dart customer care and reported on the issue they promised to get the delivery by 4th dec.

I still did not receive my parcel and when i check the status on 5th dec, it says "consignee shifted from his address"!!! It is so annoying to see such non sense status even after contacting the blue dart team on the issue!

This is to draw your attention the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. Courier boy came before any information so i can't receive the courier. I arranged another person to receive my courier but he didn't wait 20mints for me, so i went at evening on the same day but they told the reason that after 6o'clock shop would be closed. Then i went next day they told that because of the weather condition they couldn't give the courier but weather not bed. So i complained to the branch manager but he too take any decision then formaty told me monday morning given to the courier. The courier not received still now. Today (Monday) lot of time called for the courier boy & the branch manager not given the response & respect. Then wrongly update the online our courier is delivered next day check the online update changed see the attach files we are working too much of cearless. I'm not following the tirupur blue dart office.

I was waiting for a confidential bank consignment delivery through bluedart courier. Awb# [protected]. Which i got sms saying delivered to wrong address. After my complaint the bluedart delivery boy brought the courier from the wrong address and trying to deliver to me. As this is very confidential document i have rejected and sent back.

I got a call from blue dart, amritsar on 2 dec 2017 regarding a book sent by idp to my address, which is resham singh, 1231, street waryam singh, chowk karori, ramsar road, amritsar.
My complain is that up till (4 dec 2017), nobody from bluedart has actually come to deliver the book and i called them several times @[protected],[protected] but none of my calls were at tented.
As the book is o[censored]tmost importance to me, please do the needful.

The shipment will deliver on 24/11/17, as per ur message up to now, so immediately send the letter as early as possible. Today i had a very bad experience with blue dart. I had a consignment to be delivered today. I got the call from blue dar today evening and said that they cannot deliver the consignment as the plot no is not mentioned in the address. I told them the plot no but still, they denied to deliver it. That was fine, maybe it's their company policy. But the representative who contacted me was so rude that when i asked him what is the possible solution to get the consignment delivered, he was reluctant to provide me the guidance and disconnected the call. Then i contacted blue dart customer care and the response was even worse. The lady at the helpdesk didn't have any idea of it and only thing she was repeating was they can't deliver the consignment and disconnected the call. I have got another consignment also to be delivered through blue dart. I'm afraid that same also may not be delivered. Kindly look into this as it's the third time i'm having a hassle with this courier company. Awb no for the consignment is [protected].

Pickup date-25 november 2017 from mumbai to pune. Shipment shipment out for delivery 27-nov-2017 10:03. Today is 2nd dec 2017. I cannot get my courier. And its 3rd time experience. I was collect my courier from your branch. Your delivery agent not calling, not inform. They change status of courier is consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. If i got all courier from sbi, hdfc, other bank and company at my home. So why i face problem from your services. Really really really very pathetic service. If you are service provider so provide your service good. Otherwise close your branches.

This is our ref: no. [protected]. November 24th deliverd from bank of baroda, till upto this time we didnt recieve the courier. Yesterday[protected] from our side itself called and enquired about this. What they told they have recieved but they didnot know our address. My question is why they didnot call us. We mentioned company landphone and mobile no. Today[protected] i called them around 12:30pm, they said there is no staff and afternoon their staff will come and collect product and deliver evening. This is the way of thier services is very bad.

Your pan card has been delivered on 29- oct-2016 by blue dart express ltd. I had visited blue dart 2-3 times but they replied your pan card is returned to nsdl
Please sir resend me my pan card i will be very greatful to you

Your team didn't contacted the consignee even once and the shipment could not be delivered. This has happened thrice, but nobody try to contact the consignee. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Wish there is someone who is monitoring all this.

This is poorest service i have ever experienced.

I was out on the day of delivery. I received no prior message of the day of delivery. I said i will collect from local blue dart padur 603103 office. He said too heavy and will deliver to my neighbour chithra. When i asked chithra about the delivery. She says no courier from blue dart was given to her. I called the courier person he is cutting my phone. He has given it to the wrong person or i dont know what he did. He is not picking up the phone +[protected]. Its a a expensive consignment. Looks like its lost but i m still mailing a complaint. Please track it or ask that person to find it.

This is regarding an order placed by me on stalkbuylove. The order was placed on 28th of november & is supposed to be delivered by blue dart. I had no idea that the parcel would be delivered by today i. E.. 1st december as there was no mail or message alerting me that the parcel would be delivered by today. But now i have received a message stating that the product has been delivered when there was no call or attempt for delivery from blue dart's side. Attaching the screenshot of the order details & also the message in which it is stated that the parcel has been delivered. The hilarious part is they have even put my spelling wrong "baekha".

This is to your kind information that my wife went to book cartoon box to ahmedabad, mr basavaraj gave email adress to send letter offical letter. By the time i sent corier to his mail he left the office for tea and did not return.
Another person office gave emailid and left office for tea. My wife was waited for nearly 1 and half hour.

Our one courier from jaipur to jodhpur was scheduled to reach by yesterday 30/11/2017 but it is still not received by us.

The major concern is no one is answering and respond to my calls in jodhpur bluedart office since yesterday morning.

Pls take this complain seriously and senior management suppose to intervene in this else we will file suit to consumer court regarding this.

I was supposed to receive a parcel today (30/11/27) from shein through bluedart. I have not been contacted even once and while tracking its showing wrong pin code. What nonsense is this?

Moreover without contacting or telling me about my address how can they raise such a wrong statement?

Also, indiranagar is a re-knowned place in bangalore, if not there idk then where can you guys deliver

You guys better look into it. This is so not acceptable.

The major concern is no one is answering my calls in baddi bluedart office since morning.

If senior management will not intervene in this then i'll go to owner of bluedart regarding this.

My chequebook was there in that courier and i was about to leave to delhi by tomorrow morning for my official work bluedart ruined my schedule and shown its irresponsible behavior.

If you are there to make customer suffer then shutdown your bluedart branches otherwise i am going to take action.

Sir my name is sureshbandana.in bluedart number [protected]. I ordered luggage bag from provogue. I still didn't receive but status was that they delivered to me. I already went and asked them in office. They told that boy delivered. And boy delivered to wrong address. Sir how can they deliver item without calling me. They delivered wrong address and now not even caring for that it's almost 10days. But still no response. From now i will not buy any item if it's coming through bluedart. Worst service ever i don't know in other places but in my city very bad.
