Hi.
Im having difficulties connecting with my local blue dart courier hub.
My package that was due yesterday remains undelievered, the delivery guy was so lazy that he couldn't find my house which was on the main road, and had the audacity to tell me he will come only tomorrow because nobody was home, while we were all present,
He promised however to deliver it to me today but his phone number remains switched off.
My experience with bluedart has always been bad, the delivery guys are very ignorant, they only make delivery possible according to their convenience, i called them for over 10 times and they are non responsive, given the fact thatthey promised delivery today, they shoild atleast be able to respond and update me of the status, dont you think?
It is absolutely disgusting that they can care that less about customer needs,
I wish who so ever looking into this complaint does the needful and makes sure my package is delievered.

    REF NO EV[protected]. I have not receive my shipment. Although, when I checked my tracking details online it says "consignee not available " . I have waiting from 2 days but no one came or contacted me in regards to the delivery.

    Still it says that second attempt was made . I have confirmed with neighbours and they said that no one came.

        I sent my important duocuments on 10.11.2017 through bluedart confirming that it will surely will get delivered on 11.11.2017 before 12 a. M for that i paid rs 100 extra for fast service but the documents did not delivered on 11.11.17. It is very important documents due to which i am not able to complete my very important work on time.
        The delivery guy didn't reached office and wrote didn't able to contact and wrote holiday.
        I need my fast delivery charge reimbursed.

          Hallo, we were sent our duocuments on 7.11.17 through bluedart. Confirming from your pune office that it will surely will get delivered on 9.11.17. But the documents delivered on 11.11.17. It was govt documents due to which we have lost our crucial order. It was only due to bad service and poor communication within bluedart. We want our delivery amount in return otherwise we will go to consumer court.

            Sir, Regards, In fact I promptly received response as in addition to complaint with your forum, I sent mail to blue Dart. I even received a call from them. But my issue resolved by making contact to Sholapur helpline.Executive told me that my PAN Card IS DELIVERED to PAN CARD CENTRE. I collected it therefrom. Thx to your forum and Blue dart, Mumbai and solapur office especially. U B HEJIB

              Blue dart delivered my letter awb [protected] containing cheque forrs 5 lakhs late by 4 days resulting in loss of interest and i lost a business opportunity due to non availability of fund. Post office delivers letters after 4 days for rs 5 postage what for spend so much money for such a useless work by bluedart.

              If only one letter has to be delivered for which the deliverymen has to travel long distance, they simply report that "door locked" and deliver the same after 2 days. They also do not give toll free number to contact them

              Its my pan card and when I checked courier status it shows " Undelivered Shipment Held At Location".
              I am from ranchi. Please deliver that courier to me.
              I have dispached my courior n bokaronjharkhand from jabalpur n 30 of oct but till date it is not delivered...waybill no [protected]

                My pan card has not been delivered but i have got a massage by sms from nsdl that it has been delivered on 28-oct-2017 by blue dart expressway ltd vide airway bill no. [protected].
                Obviously it is wrong reporting by the delivery boy/ blue dart expressway.
                I have not even been contacted on my mobile.
                Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                  I had a international shipment via dhl and after the clearance of custom. It was transferred to blue dart courier and they have bull # services. They always waste time and keep asking proofs even after getting proof they ask you some charge and now they are saying custom not cleared so i have to pay them 14k inr. I told them it was prepaid custom that was already paid by me. Please help me. They wasted my money and last time also they returned my package without contacting me and saying it's incorrect address.

                    I'm really upset with blue dart services
                    Let me explain what happened actually

                    I have been giving ielts exam on 04th in amritsar in 2017 my t. No. [protected] and passport no. M9037136

                    They have been said in already in blue dart services we have called you but your phone was out of service than after few days i have been visit at blue dart and ask him give me my courier but they have told me we have return your documents to same way bill no and i have called in british council they are told me we have no received any courier. After that i have again send all documents by blue dart to british council for my trf copy but your blue dart services not send complete document i was really got that time and i went to blue dart services center and asked what the reason u guys not able to delivery just beside to blue dart services center... Here one useless guy entered maybe he manger for that branch he really don't no how to talk with customers and responses i asked i need very argent that package but he is ready to delivery non my house address but not ready to give me blue dart have good name but working with useless stupids people i will drop delivery boy number and that stupid manger...

                      Items not received and on website it is showing delivery delayed... Can i ask why delivary has been delayed... It means u do no understand the importance of anything.. On website it is showing that on 09 nov 2017 at around 1400 h the item has received in berhampur.. So i think i should have got the item by now at 1530 on 10 nov 17... I want a reason as i suffered financially bcoz of this..

                        I have to say that i suniti devi resident of house no - 54, new a. G. Colony, (Near d. A. V. Public school, kadru, ranchi - 834002, jharkhand. I not received my pan card isssued by nsdl despatched on 23-oct-2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. - [protected] on my communication address but till date i havn;t received the same, no phone, no communication call from the blue dart courier.
                        While tracking today i come to know that they have sent the courier back how it possible???

                            Sir, i my courier coming from mumbai to chennai which awb no. [protected]. I received a phone call on 09.11.17 around 21.30 hrs from your shipment whose mobile no. [protected], he said that he will came and delivered to me my courier on 10.11.17. But, when i check the status of my courier vide my awb# no by online the status is showing "consignee not available". What is it? I can't understood.
                            Hence it is requested that please take necessary action for delivered to me my courier as soon as possible.

                                  Some reasons we havent present that time our courier reached deliver boy don't make a call us after this i call the blue dart courier still i haven't any responsible reply from courier site i called them 4 to 5 times but but i haven't any responsible answer from courier site my reference number is[protected] the name is amit yadav indore i hope you will consider my problem

                                    I had booked an items from amazon. Blue drt courier mobile number [protected] informed me on 07 nov about my consignment. Caller also told me that i will deliver it on your address on 08 nov. After that on 7 nov he uploaded that delivery attempted. I called on [protected], replied me that consignment will be deliver within 48 hrs. But not delivered. Today on 8 nov i search blue drt lalpur ranchi contact number [protected], [protected] from internet. I called, receiver told me that your parcel will be delivered today, but not delivered. I called more times but not replied. On 8 nov at 15:54 hrs i got a sms on my contact number that we attempted to deliver your order. On 18:18 hrs i received a call from [protected] but no speech. Inspite upload that delivery attempted. I had call more times on contact number [protected], [protected] blue drt ranchi but not replied..

                                      If you delivered any documents at the destination why asking for id and without id you are not giving the delivery why. If someone book his for a address then you should delivery this address only. If the person not available in delivery time then your delivery boy is not delivery the document why.
                                      Please let me clear in this matter.
                                      It's your responsibility to satisfy me because you are a service provider not rule maker's.

                                        On checking online through awb no. [protected], i found that the product is out for delivery at 16.00 hrs. On 07.11.2017 but the same is not delivered to me by the time writing this complaint. It is brought to your notice that on 08.11.2017, i received the call from courier boy who asked me the location of my address which was described to him in detail. The remark given on the site is address incomplete/land mark required. And now he is not picking the phone.

                                        May i know what is to be done from my side to get the parcel delivered.
