Dear sir/madam,

I have not received consignments with waybill nos. [protected] and [protected] via blue dart courier company. It has been delayed for long, it has already been undelivered twice and still held at my nearby ajc service centre (Bluedart) since last 10-12 days. It must be sent to 98/7a harish mukherjee road, kolkata - 700025 between 10am to 8pm.
Please reply as early as possible.

    I ordered micromax 32 inch led tv on amazon india on 24th september 2017. My order number is[protected]. Estimated delivery date that was shown at the time of place in order was 28th september 2017.

    They despatched through bluedart and provided me tracking number of [protected]. Now i tell you the story which had made my life a # frustrating. At the end of 28th september, my product was not delivered so i contacted customer care of amazon india by calling their toll free number of[protected] or 9027 (For direct call to large appliances team). The executive told me that it will be delivered by tomorrow i. E 29th september. I waited whole day but tv didn't arrive. Again i called cs and got the response that they will get it delivered by 30th and they are escalating the issue. Today it's 3rd october and 8 20 pm. It's not yet delivered. I would have called cs for about 30 times i. E daily i am calling them for 7 to 8 times and these people are consistent in fooling me by saying that they have escalated the matter and it will be delivered by next day. I personally called blue dart also on their customer care and would like to say these are worst logistics company than amazon.

    Most of times they never picks up the phone and most of times are rude and woul say directly the product will not get delivered by next four five days and expect delivery only after that. I personally sent complaints to both amazon india and bluedart though email. Bluedart mail went unreplied and while amazon's gave me standard answer that's it's already escalated.

    I would like to say that this was my first biggest mistake of my life by placing order on amazon. Better place all your online orders on flipart or paytm. I ordered ac and washing machine too on flipkart on 24th september and got it delivered by next day i. E 25th september. I have become hopeless and very tired and # frustrated by calling amazon customer service for about total 40 times (10 times in email). If i would have been aware of their fooling tricks and their worst service and read so many negative reviews on the internet, i would have never placed this order. They had spoilt my festival i. E. Dusshera.

    Requesting you if you can help me in getting my product delivered. I swear that i will never place any order on amazon in future.

    Its just a matter of 15 to 17 Kms of distance from the place its showing that my TV is lying on blue dart waybill tracking report and my home.

      Hello team,

      I am writing to you as i didn't get my parcel which i was supposed to receive on 29th itself.

      The comments mentioned no one was available on first day and 2nd day it says address unlocated. How on earth is that possible that on first day u didn't anyone at home and on second day you write address not located.
      Also, no one tried to contact me over phone even if there was any of the aforementioned problem. This is not a good ehtic.

      Secondly, when i contacted the delivery person he told me sir i have a lot of work and disconnected the call.

      What sort of service you are providing? I tried to contact who happens to be from delhi branch, she is arrogant too and didn't reply.

      This sort of service is not acceptable. Kindly assist me in getting my parcel.

          -on 29/09/2017 your delivery boy had put slip`sorry to have missed you`in our letter box without giving any doorbell. All family members were at home only
          -on 30/09/2017 i called your customer service but they were unable to resolve the issue telling that from 30/09/2017 to 02/10/2017 are holidays and assured that shipment will be delivered on 03/10/2017 only.
          -on 03/10/2017 when i called them then assurance was given that it will be delivered by 1pm
          -as it was not delivered by 3pm i again called customer service and they said"no one was available at home so shipment was returned" on the contrary we were waiting for it since morning and everyone were at home only
          When we were waiting for our shipment since 29/09/2017 how can your delivery boy can report so
          I have not received my shipment no.[protected] till datefor which your delivery boy is solely resposible.
          Hope you shall resolve the issue at an earliest please

            I was expecting my courier at pune from standard chartered bank on 28-sep-2017 but status was showing "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed";
            I have already provided detailed address but the status was repeated 5 times till 02-oct-2017 & now on 03-oct-2017 status is showing "undelivered shipment held at location" i tried to contact on customer care for pune hub [protected] but it continuously saying "sorry the network in...

            Dear prathibha,

            I am writing as a trail mail because just to show the irresponsibilities if your staffs are still continuing.
            Now this has become a very big headache.
            Everytime i have to call your service executives for delivery.
            We are taking a paid service from you and afterall you are providing confusions.
            The people are not calling customers for delivery instead theh are simply updatong that not able to locate.
            [protected]:the system is showing 13th septemeber delivery but customer not yet received bond and not a received a single call from your staff.
            Now in your site its showing returned undeliverable.
            By this we are loosing customers.
            Please ask your staff to do duty atleast for their salary.
            They should have minimum courtesy to call and take the address if they really want to do their duty.
            Please make necesaary arrangemnt for the delivery

              Consignment with lr number [protected] booked from chimak health care, solan, himachal pradesh on 21/9/2017, and the same arrived at manjeri bluedart office on 29/9/2017 which was meant for door delivery has not been delivered till date and time, 03/10/2017 at 2:50 pm manjeri, when contacted the office, had a really bad experience, need a interference from your part to resolve the issue

                My sister residing to this given address:-ghar no 241, shewalewadi, manjari farm taluka-haveli solapur road 412307 was expecting her new pan card. But the blue dart express ltd has delivered the pan card to someone called mr. Dhiraj diwane as per their record. There is no such person living at the given address. The airway bill no is [protected]. Please let us clear about this chaos of blue dart express as my sister required her pan card on urgent basis.

                  @bluedarttweets it's a disappointing update on tracker. That package is urgent and important for me. After emails also not a single call. Bullock cart may take 3 hours for 15-20kms. Blue dart cart takes more than 3 days. Cheers for slowest service

                    This is to bring to your notice we are sending courier on regular basis to almost all the international airport in india through bluedart. We choose bluedart because of your claim to be faster and on time. But i am really very upset with your service.in all the consignment we mention the contact number of the person. But your delivery person didn't bother to give a call and just mention comments that restricted prohibited area. Its general common sense that all international airport are restricted area. You can check the consignment date of connect. And till date still waiting to be delivered. This happens number of times with us via blue dart. If two packets are with same awb. Then your delivery person deliver one packet and forget to deliver other packet. This is ridiculous.

                    The package send was supposed to be installed by 1st of october. But till now no sign of delivery.

                    Can i expect a prompt response on this matter as company is loosing a lot due to delay in delivery.

                    This is to bring to your notice that both the consignment has the same address and same contact number and booked together at the same time. How come awb [protected] is delivered and awb [protected] is not yet delivered. (Reason: need department name /extension number.). This is really surprise. I am still finding it difficult to understand that how such a big company like bluedart will do this blunder. How come bluedart people have started developing forgetful habits. Same address, same contact person, same number. One delivered and other want department name and extension number. Can any one on bluedart help me to solve this puzzle.

                      I am writing this email to raise a complaint against a person who was suppose to deliver my package. Tracking number is awb# [protected].

                      When i tried to return his call, he misbehaved and said "raise a complaint if you want, i don't care".

                      I have faced problems because my parcel was not delivered. He did not even attempted it to my address and confirmed the same when i called him back on top of that, your employee misbehaved badly. I guess, his name is sanjeev.
                      I want to know what will you do to make sure this is not repeated.
                      With all due respect, if my complaint is not taken seriously, i will raise it to higher officials and go to the customer forum.

                          I suppose to get my order delivery by 2nd oct, but i have still not received it. It's been so many days my order was shipped on 26th sept. I have not heard from the blue dart regarding the inconvenience i am facing even after submitting my complain on their page.                             Three times continuously return my consignment, why this happen always, delivery boy always demanding money, pl resolve, otherwise i will go for legal action...
                            Courier: Blue Dart, Tracking #: [protected], Courier boy had not delivered the parcel at delivery address. He phoned to come & take the parcel at address given by courier boy. This is not the first time, the problem is being faced. pls look into the matter.
                            I booked tickets via Book my show for Nagpur Cricket match ! The tickts wer supposed to be delivered vis Blue dart at my home ! The tickets haven’t yet received n i have called for as many as 50 times ! The call is not being picked by blue dart

                              Your representatice called me at 4pm. And said he is supposed to deliver the item from in half hr. But instead of delivering the item, he even not picking my phone and i got a status update in blue dart that the said item is delivered to my address. However it is nityet delivered. Please check your end, whatis thw problem. Why i got wrong sratus message. And why still i did nit recived my item.

                                I had to receive my shipment through bluedart in nalagarh solan district of himachal pradesh... But till now i have no idea of the shipment... The concern persons are so irresponsible that they even not care to tell me from where i can get my shipment or where they can leave that shipment. I will file a legal case if my product get undeliverable or get back to the seller. The product has been reached nalagarh from 20th of september but still in october i am not able to receive it nor your company contact me...

                                  It is very upsetting to inform that india’s so called “best courier service” is actually the “worst courier service” ever. This is not my first instance with bluedart but the second and now i find it very important to share my experience as now i am sure that bluedart is the most useless and rubbish courier services i have ever seen.
                                  I was supposed to receive a courier from ebay on 28th sept. 2017. I checked online my parcel was arrived on 25th september 2017, but till now i haven't received my parcel, whenever i talk to office representatives or delivery boy they try to make me fool, very bad courier service the representative who was speaking was rude and saying that call us to know abt update, ask. The representative does know how to speak to customers. Other courier and speed post are much better than blue-dart courier. My waybill no is [protected].

                                      My waybill no is [protected] & ref no is. [protected]. I have ordered a mobile screenguard from screenguard.co.in. It is prepaid order. They shipped the product by bluedart couier service. On 1st october 2017 in the courier website it shows that the product has been delivered but till now i did not get my product then where they delivered it. This total mistake done by the courier service. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
