I was suppsed to receive my yes bank debit card till 14th sep 2017 as i got a message from bluedart on 11th sep about dispated. I am contacting regularly to these # but still i have not got any resolution. On 21st sep 2017, i called to bluedart office many time on 21st sep and every time they said the delivery boy is out for delivery and you will get the packet till evening but i got nothing at the end of the day. Today is 28th sep and i am still struggeling to receive my card as i have to call to bluedart daily and explain whole story again and again but they are doing nothing. That is my bank credentials and i am not gonna leave you #. I am going to file a fir at local police station as well as consumer court now.

    Sir,
    I had booked an envelope on 25/9/17 at your jodhpur office with awb no:[protected]{dhl awb no: [protected]} to be delivered at kolkatta on the assurance of your booking staff that it will be delivered on 27th sept positively {as it is urgent & so i paid such a huge amount rs 360/-for this very light weight envelope}. But to my utter surprise on tracking the shipment, it has reached kolkatta at ajc service center on 27th sept at 14:18 hrs but not delivered to the addressee till now, rather expected date of delivery is being shown is 3rd oct due to holidays.
    Sir, this type of services are not expected from such a reputed company. I request you to kindly look into the matter & see that the consignment is delivered today in any case as it is very urgent.
    I hope that my request will be considered & needful be done & with hold me from taking legal action against you.

        Customer service and staff courtesy both are bad. It only works on one sided type. Eg. They couldn't call the customer for delivery (Shipment), but they updated on their site they contacted and customer not receiving phone call. They are making fool to the customer and also updated unnecessary reasons on their site for showing the customer. Eg wrong pincode etc. My question is why should take delivery shipment for non-serviceble location. Even they are not informed to the customer for non-serviceble location.
        Pls don't go for it.
        Very very bad experience of service.

          Hdfc credit card is received by bluedart on 26th afternoon and till 27th evening the card has not been delivered.

          I have received a call from bluedart courier delivery person on 26th afternoon that he is at bldg 9, raheja mindspace to deliver the card. I am located in bldg 6 and has requested to come to bldg6. The person did not show up and today (27th) noon, hdfc called to enquire if i am out of my house as card could not be delivred. I was surprised as delivery boy came to office but hdfc mentioned no one was at house and hence card is not delivered. This information is in-correct as no one came to my house address.
          I have today called bluedart service center to come and deliver the card at my house location.in spite of multiple calls card could not be delivered and am still waiting for the same. I have planned to go our of station tomorrow morning, but now has postponed the same to receive the card.
          Total un-professional service by bluedart and service center response is extremely bad.

            Courier guy is not coming to mentioned address. He is asking me to come another company parking where our access is denied. His number is[protected]. When i asked him to come to my company he denied and used abusive language. He told that if you will not come here, you will not get courier. Please send courier at mentioned address.

              There is no proper information on my shipment and ruthless behavior of customer service. The exact date of my delivery is 27 sept 2017, still its in transits and they were not giving a proper information.

                  When i vistited the office at pandesara branch surat a lady reprenstative spoke very rudly. I parked my vehicle at gate of bluedart office i know its my mistake but when a delivery when from ahmedabad comes to pandesara branch at surat there is no why to enter to gate because my vehicle is there therefore the van deliver or security guard drop my vehicle on the road and due to it many scratch was there on my vehicle when i spoke for this kind of mischieves they behaving rudely the girl and man at office was very rude in behaviour and said that you can complaint about us where ever u like.

                    I am a frequent buyer from amazon.in. I placed an order few days back. Scheduled delivery was on 25th or 26th but i got the message on 24 sept 2017 itself that the product would be delivered that day. The courier guy (Shravan jadhav) called from [protected] me asking for my exact location. I conveyed him saying its sunday and i am not at home and requested him to please come on monday. He then without my knowledge he went to my home and threatened my family members to receive the parcel. I mean, how can you even ask the customer's family members this way, is it a new practice adopted by blue dart? I again called him to request please deliver the order on monday as i was not at home. Now he started to abuse me by giving bad words and life threatening sentences.in the evening i received a message telling that the product was refused due at the time of delivery. I am deeply saddened by this mischief. Kindly look after your delivery boys else you would be losing regular customers like me, to other websites.

                    What do i understand is blue dart is totally responsible for this act and we as consumers will be giving negative feedback about amazon.
                    If any higher authorities of blue dart are worried about their upcoming business then kindly look into this matter.
                    Really shameful for blue dart.

                      Me sk. N. Haque a csc vle from kolkata-700018 (West bengal). The bluedart delivery person is not delivering the pan card to the door-set of the customers, whereas 'status" showing 'delivered.

                      Sometimes the person is phoning the customers to come to a particular place of his own choice. The thing is, he is supposed to deliver the goods to the customers door-set, where anyone on behalf can receive the consignment in the absence. When your delivery person asking the customer to come to a particular point, he/she may not be in the range or could reach on time. Another thing came into my notice, that he is demanding rs.40/50 to the customers as a delivery charge. If it is mandatory then why doesn't he provide a bill for that.

                      Hope you will peep into the matter seriously and looking forward for a positive feed back and better service in near future. Thanking you in anticipations.

                      Delivery of product does not on time properly after shipment is received on time at courier .when we call for query answer is given by representative that their is no manpower so just wait for 4 to 5 days.and this happen many times ..at last we go to courier for receiving our packet.

                        Worst courier service ever. The status of the shipment not changed from the past 3-4 days. Unable to locate my shipment, the customer care people say that they can't help me in this problem as we don't know where your shipment is (Is it at the hub or the concerned branch which has to make the delivery, although the 3 days last updated status was pick up from hub).

                        I tried calling the concerned branch office 20-30 times, but no body picks up the call and also after few calls, the phone went busy which means may be the branch people have put the receiver aside.

                        Also, the delivery time, they tell you is from 3pm - 6pm, which means that the customer has to take leave from office to receive the delivery.

                        Totally non customer friendly courier service and the best part is, the higher management know about these gaps but nobody is doing anything to make it better.

                          Blue dart of north lakhimpur, assam service is very bad. They never deliver parcel at home. We have to request them every time for a delivery. They ask my father who is a senior citizen to come to their office n pick the parcel. Why would we opt for home delivery option if blue dart can't deliver home delivery. Really it's a headache whenever i go for blue dart service of north lakhimpur. Horrible service.

                            I have ordered a cell phone from flipkart. I was expected a delivery on the 27th sep 2017. I was informed i should get the parcel by 25th sep 2017. Suddenly i get a message of not dilivered as no one available at premises.
                            1. My dad is unwell, so if no one than atleast he is always available at home.
                            2. I was at home till 3pm on 25th sep 2017 and as per your details it shows premises locked at 12.51.
                            3. Even if you hve come to my premises after 3 my dad and mom both were available at home.
                            I'm not yet updated with when will i get the dilivery. And if i hve provided my cell number why can't you call when u have reached the place or else atleast provide the details of the person delivering the product. Very disappointed with the services and to be honest it is a complete lie that you providing. Please provide my parcel asap.

                              I had a gift parcel sent through a gift portal. I was given the blue dart tracking id
                              Waybill no. [protected].
                              It shows shipment delivered but the shipment has not been delivered to the concerned person. It shows some Shweta which I don't even know! No calls were made to the concerned person. Firstly it was supposed to be delivered on previous day. Again without any call the status was put as "consignee not available". Pathetic service!

                                Worst experience.. A delivery guy called me for delivery and i confirmed that will confirm in 10 min and i called customer service that i have taken off from office for this and kindly deliver it. Customer service representative confirmed that delivery will be done before 6 pm. However half day gone and delivery guy called and told me that there is shortage of delivery van so cannot deliver. I wasted whole day plus a leave. Again i called and spoke to customer service called salvi he told me that it will be delivered by 11 p. M however it is not yet delivered and when i checked the status of my wbill "customer requested future delivery: hal" which is not yet all requested by me. Without customer intimation these people are updating the status and just waste time of the customer.

                                Kindly take a strict action against these people so that they do not waste others time. If something is committed it should be fulfilled

                                It is very upsetting to inform that India’s so called “Best courier service” is actually the “WORST COURIER SERVICE” ever. This is not my first instance with Bluedart but the second and now i find it very important to share my experience as now i am sure that Bluedart is the most useless and rubbish courier services i have ever seen.

                                Worst experience. A delivery guy called me from Mahadevapura, Bengaluru branch for delivery and I told him that I will confirm in 10 min and I called customer service that I have taken off from the office for this and kindly deliver it. Customer service representative confirmed that delivery will be done before 6 oclock. Later delivery guy called around 4 o’clock and told me that there is shortage of delivery van so cannot delivery. If they cannot deliver this they should have told me in the morning I would have gone for my office, I had wasted whole day plus a leave. Again I called and spoke to Customer service called Salvi he told me that it will be delivered by 11 PM however it is not yet delivered and when I checked the status of my WBILL "Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal" which is not yet all requested by me. Who gave the authorization to update status without intimating the customer. Without customer intimation these people simply updated the status that I have requested to deliver to future delivery.

                                They have also update in between that there is rain in the area so cannot deliver the consignment. Truth is whole day there were no rain. People like me suffering due to such kind of working culture.

                                I had invested my entire day for my consignment waiting for it. This clearing shows that they don’t value their customer time which is very disappointing also making customer fool.

                                If you cannot respect customers time and money then please shut your business and do not give any false commitment.

This complaint about how this big courier company fools it customer's, one of my friend send me a urgent document courier from jaipur to thasra taluka, kheda district, gujarat booked on 20/09/17 with next day delivery promise but still i haven't received courier, i contacted their customer care no. Many times but no response from there and they are updating courier status regularly.in status they showed the following status : ""shipment out for delivery 22-sep-2017 14:33"",
