Hi, this is kavita, currently residing in tanzania. I recently visited dehradun india (My home town), and ordered few things from amazon online shopping. I almost got everything before i left for tanzania, except one shipment, which was supposed to delivers by 26july 2017 (Tracking no.-[protected]), and still pending for delivery at their dehradun office (Got to know from one of blue dart employee). When o contacted blue dart at given no. On 27 july, first nobody picked at their given landline phones, then i called, at mobile no given on website, which was picked by mr. Neeraj from blue dart, according to him my shipment was lying at their dehradun office and he promised that he will email them (As he was not at dehradun office that time), to deliver that asap. Since i didn't get any delivery or any response i wrote an email to customer care about this in detail, which was replied very promptly by ma. Vandana, wherein i was again told that it will be done at the earliest. Now it's been 2 august, and i have not received my shipment as yet. This is very upsetting and disappointing, the way these guys from bluedart are responding. Hope to hear from you soon😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

Complaint redarding aw bill #[protected] and #[protected]

This two items haven't been delivered for three days in a row and customers care is unable to give me a valid reason. Each day i call and they tell me that the packages are out for delivery. Each day i wait, i call them for update and each day it is not coming. I checked the address many times, gave them all the necessary informations. I never received a single call from the person responsible for the delivery.
The address location is navigator building, level 4, itpl business park in bangalore which is very easy to find so i don't understand the reasons behind this issue.

I was reading news in that about research in medicine using some fruit to control diabetes and reduce heart attack problem something suddenly that page directed to medicine order asked for news update alert and i gave mail id my address was loaded automatically and order placed. It asking for 6000 amount its completely fradu. There is no cancel option in that page and cancel policy alone there. Stupid website www.nutralyfe.in

Last month, i have applied pan card who will be deliveried by blue dart courrier but my pan card returned by blue dart couriar

Note : blue dart courrier bahadurgarh ki service bhut hi ghtiya v bekar hai or unka svbhav bhut hi ghtiya hai or bine phon kiye return kr dete hai.

Surprised to see status on your portal - "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". It is a bank. Being bank, it is a public place. Moreover, this bank is in a shopping complex on a main road. Land mark is also indicated in address. Bank's phone number is also indicated on packet. What is wrong now?

I am totally busy person & hate to do this... My courier's tracking no. Is [protected]. I have been curiously tracking my courier since the time the tracking no. Was generated (7 days back). The courier reached dehradun at 9.00 am yesterday and i started following up since it is my mother's birthday gift. We wanted it urgently for her birthday yesterday and bluedart executives kept ensuring the delivery yesterday itself, which actually didn't happen after multiple follow ups till 9.00 pm yesterday night. We didn't go out because of the expected shipment.
I feel they have lost or held my packet and has no intentions to deliver. Kindly note my complaint on priority and revert asap. This is highly against ethics. Very disappointing is that runner never came to deliver but updated the tracking status as landmark needed/ address unlocated - is this a joke? All you had to do was find house no. 6/6 in wing 3, premnagar.
Crap, they didn't bother to call once even if that was the real case.
Fortunately, some one finally answered telephone no.[protected] this morning in dehradun blue dart office, i asked him why did he update falsely as he never tried delivering my parcel yesterday, so he apologized and committed the delivery by 2.00 pm today. I heard nothing so far. This is super frustrating. No one is responding on that number like always.

Please return my packet or we shall take this up differently.

This is bring to your notice that a courier was sent from mumbai to bangalore on 27th july'2017. It was delivered on 28th july'2017. The courier consists of two packets of visual box. One box was delivered and other was not delivered. Both the boxes were booked under the same awb number. Now today we are having the function at airport and one box is missing. Can anybody look into the matter and call me back asap to update me. (My num: [protected]). The package was in name of rujuta deshmukh, nuance group (India) pvt. Ltd.

I should recieve my package on saturday (29/07/2017). But still i didn't receive my package. I'm in next street but you are not able to deliver the product on time.

A guy came to deliver me from tollygunj kolkata, came to my flat without prior notice and gave me a parcel which was malfunctioned cod, he force fully gave me the parcel in spite of i have not taken d delivery he took 1049 from me n went away, i can prove i have not revived the parcel, he went back in spite of me not reviving it. I want the cash back and return the parcel as i am sure the money isn't handed over to the genius stores. Request a print action. Else a consumer call need to be taken.

I has to receive my product but i am getting mesg that product not delivered due to address issues... I would like to know why dont they call me??? It simply shows they are just fake and they dont reach to the address given. They will simply lie. It was really annoying.. And if i need to go their office... I will teach them lesson... Bloody liers they are.!!

Hello, i have received an sms stating no one was available when delivery was attempted. When i checked the time of attempted i am told it is at around 1.50pm. We were at home at that time. If they really have attempted why didn't they call my number? I had faced similar problems in the past. Hence registering the complaints. It contains an important time sensitive document. Yesterday I called up customercare and gave them my cell no and asked them to call and come. They did not call but had come and had kept a slip at the big gate. I was at home and they didnot call. the small gate is open always. I am yet to receive the letter. PLease call and come. I am very disappointed .

I have recd the cover from kotak bank on 24th of this month ur courier boy not visited to my residence simply he has written on the cover door locked how is he has note like that we r retired person 24 hours i'm available in the house and ours is gated community here all visitors recorded in cameras and registers inform me who attended for delivery don't do like this instruct u courier boys and even though so many kotak branches r therenearer tomyewsidence y he has delivered atvanasthalipuram it is too far from my plac 35kilometers 2 hours journey from here on what basis they have deliver d there it is not concerto me my account is in saroj nagar i have giv n complaint to kotak bank also please clarify on what basis u hav delivered there

As per track status my parce in d city by 25th july.. It is out for delvry since 27th july..

But evrry time they just say it wil b delvrd by 3 pm.. 6pm... Fr sure it vl b dlvrd tomrow by1pm.

I ordered clothes from stalkbuylove and my waybill no is [protected].
Bluedart was supposed to attempt delivery on 29 july and in the morning around 11.30 am the package showed status of delivered while nothing was actually delivered to my place.
Such companies make us feel ordering prepaid is very risky and are ignorant and careless about our hard earned money, also, they dont provide proper tracking.

As i requested to bank for cheque book. They have send the cheque book by blue dart. As today i did check status my delivery. Courier boy have updated my address is incorrect. Same address i have received so many courier in past.in this i have no recieved my phone call from courier boy. This is wrost service in my life. Pls improve you delivery service.
