Horrible service in my permanent address i receive feedback as no such consignee at given address. No one knock the door and updated with such wrong status. I waited since morning called blue dart office 5 times and found a mith reply for waybill number [protected]. Disgusting and horrible service

I ordered xiomi mobile online and they sent thru blue dart.. Delivery boy came to deliver, called from a place which is around 500 meters from my address and told me to come there. I told him to come to my address. He said ok and cut my phone. I waited for around 15 mins and he dint come. I called him back but again and again and he disconnected my phone. And on next day wen i called to blue dart customer care, they told me that we are sending back ur product to company. I talked with xiomi people, they told me v don't have any issue. Blue dart people is harassing us.. Kindly take some action.

Consignment arrived bbsr on 26.06.2017. The delivery person did not deliver the consignment intensionally. Even though i had placed a request in the office to call me before going to deliver the packet, no call was given to me.

Very poor service by the courier service, i had called for help on the cust care no, but no reply. Only comuterised routine information given.

I bought one phone from online. The said good is booked and not delivered today 12.15 noon.. Tracking no is [protected]. I telephoned to office[protected] and enquired. They said i is due to in complete address and no phone no is there. Without seeing the consignment they delayed. Today around 12.20 they delivered and he said today only he gave the parcel to deliver. The consignment is delayed without any reason in raja kadai, t. H. Road, chennai office.
Very worst service on visiting the blue dart office. No proper reply answering without seeing the customer [ seeeing monitor only]. After several phones i located and asked him to tell the deliver boy. He fused to give.

I received a shipment while i was at work. The blue dark person calls me at 3:30pm (General work time for us). I told i am in office, he could either text me blue dart office address or send it to me on saturday while i am home. General gesture is to at least make a phone call before coming at the door step.

He ignores my request and directly rings my neighbor's door bell without my permission. I told him not to do so, yet he do it and hand over the courier to them. I am into a embarrassing situation where neighbor has to stay back to give me parcel for they had to travel too. This is unacceptable behavior from such a courier service.

I have not received my parcel which i shopped form ebay but today morning received the message that (Item is delivered). i have provided proper full address of mine and phone number too but Blue Dart's delivery boy did not call me for delivery. Spelling of my name is also wrong on Blue Dart receipt which i got via mesage. I made transaction through debit card. Totally help less.

Person is rudely talking towards customer, he used to come near the delivery address and he should deliver the order and he came to i[censored]ndelivered address i. E, optional address and used to call me take the order if not i will return it in the office, u can come and collect it in the office, it is a credit card.
This is not the delivery we are excepting from you. Its very bad response which i have got from you...

My complaint is against your sky high claim for performance in your services which seems to be a false claim.
Icici bank from mumbai sent one parcel for me at bulandshahr vide their ref. No[protected].
For detailed action i am attaching a file you can go through it.
!. My great concern is that delivery boy has not gone to deliver the parcel since address is very simple and can be located very easily. Bulandshahr is a very small city every body in the locality/ colony every body.
2. Delivery boy, if was facing problem in locating the address he should have called on the mobile no. Given on the envelope/ parcel but he did not call sine number given was mine only and i did not get any call so far.
3. Address shown for bulandshahr, looks has been discontinued. Mobile or phone shown on this address is not the relevant numbers. They belong to some one else. Physical address provided could not be verified as the shop was found closed.
4. As has been shown in tracking history when contacted to rajendra place office, no number was up dated and all were out dated number.
It seems you are having junked leutinents who can not monitor the operations carefully and successfully. Get your contact numbers updated and the addresses also. As in the history it is written that land mark is not there. What a mockery of the system you people has made. Why land mark is required when mobile number is there and colony name is there.
I don't think there is any body senior to you to act on this. I shall keep it as a record with me if my loses are more than the expectation i shall use it as a documentary proof.

Sir blue dart office in devigarh are delaying in giving the parcel to me, one of them courior boy call me 4 days ago that they have my courior, he ask me to take coriour myself from the office, after my words he say that he will send it to u, but then now even after 4 days he didnt reached to me, and he is not even picking my call, even i complaint to blue dart coustmer service but they didnt help me, plz help me sir

This is to bring into your notice that waybill number [protected] in name of Nitin Chauhan not yet delivered, nor anyone tried to contact me either the delivery boy oy company, while calling on toll free number they say will be delivered today by evening but courier not yet delivered, kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

Hi sir,
I would like to inform your person who has come for delivery was really harsh in his word. As i was not available in the place he called me and informed about the package. I request him for to wait 15 min as i need 15 min to reach the delivery address place. He insisted me to come with in 5 min or else he will come tomorrow. As our office will be closed i asked him to kindly to say the average time he would be coming i will wait in the place. He said i cannot say the time i will come you should be in the place when i come. This type of behavior by your employee is really annoying. Kindly please help me out in the issue. I requested him to send back the package for this attitude. I also asked him can i pick the package from our outlet he informed me their is no such option. Please make me sure that this issue is resolved or we would like to think for further actions.

Dear sir, i have received sms on 13th june 2017 from blue dart courier informing arrival of my parcel under awb no [protected]., which contains medicines related to diabetics

I called serveral time to their local office in our city, and they keep on promising to deliver, however as of today 23.6.17 i did not receive my pacel. Upon inquiring today they mention that it has been returned back to shipper.

I did not receive a single call from the courier and nobody contacted me, i do have recorded call with me which i have done follow up with them

Requesting you to take action on this issue, as such type of irresponsible way of handling business is not acceptable at all.

This is second time i am having issue while getting the package.
1. The package was suppose to be deliver at my office address. But the delivery guy went to another address and did not even bother to call me if anyone is not there.

2. I have mention my address to bank and the bank provided correct address. Yet the executive from customer care said the package was undelivered since the office no. Was not mentioned in the address. Further she said that this mistake will be from the bank.

I know the bank will definitely not provide incomplete or wrong address to not only blue dart courier facility but any other facility.
So please don't blame any bank or don't give such # reasons.

The executive further said if i want to update office address then please tell bank to send a mail mentioning the correct address. I called the bank executive and he said he provided correct address. He told me the exact complete address which i provided him. Further he said there is no such way that any bank drop a mail to update the address. So stop giving your sad little pathetic useless excuses.

I really appreciate how much efforts you put to provide such pathetic service. Wow! Congratulations!! Great job!!!

Each pouch contain several bank cheques. The same was sent to mr. Jyoti ranjan sahoo, axis bank ltd, centre point, 2nd floor, sriya square, bhubaneswar vide pod no.[protected]. When received the parcel seems to be open from back side and 7 no. Of spdc pouches containing (30 spdc) were missing. Kindly check at your different offices where the same has been carried during transaction and return those pouches.

My courier reached Abohar on 19 june but blue dart not approached me for delivered the courier coz my mob. No. Print in my full address and marked that address incomplete aftr 21 june i call to blue dart office abohar for my courier they said tomorrow we will deliver on same addres but not delivered and again marked caution address incomplete aftr i reached that office on 22 june in evng with request for deliver my courier on spot but they deny n said delivery only at home so i called again on 23 june for my delivery but they not given good response for delivery and I request again coz we going on holiday so deliver my courier before 11 am and they ignored my request and i called them 15-20 time but didn't response yet m mentally torched by them in last 3 days. So i requested to u take a necessary action against branch office. Detail is below

Way bill no [protected] please don't deliver below order because my amazone account was hacked and hacker placed below order by my amazon gift. This way bill status showing shipment arrived at bial hub. Please stop it in transit. I have forwarded this complaint to amazon also they working on it. So please don't deliver below shipment. I hope blue dart will do needful help.

Have sent the window ac through blue dart from bangalore to chandigarh and it reached on chandigarh on 16th june and since then for 4 days it was showing delay caused beyound control and when i inquired then finally it got delivered but in damaged box and after opening the box we found some major parts of the ac was missing. Have called customer service and the courier guys but apparently it seems all of them are part of these kind of fraud and by doing this, they make money by selling these key components of the machines.
I had paid for the insurance as well but these guys and not giving any solution as of now. Pls suggest what should we do and blue dart needs to know how their people are doing fraud and what solution they are giving to their unfortunate customers.
