Till now didn't received my courier and status showing consignee shifted to other address and after that wrong pin code. What the delivery boy doing with my courier, i want the explanation from your end and reason behind the negligence, time lag. Frustrated with your service

    Very frustrating... They are not issuing my credit card to my new address which is already updated with the bank.

    When checked with sbi bank, they said they have already updated my new address and have dispatched to new address.. But bluedart person was very rude and said he has my old adddress and will not give my card.

    Need immediate action on this and most important bluedart numbers are not working.

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    This complaint is regarding the Non-Delivery of PAN cards sent by Income Tax Department and your Blue Dart office doesnot deliver to the said address and ultimately those pan cards remains undelivered and sent back to the Sender i/e IT Dept.
    Please Look into the matter and do the needful.

      No such consignee at the given address

      I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life....

      Dear sir,

      I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed by nsdl in trade world, a wing, 4th & 5th floors, kamala mills compound, lower parel, mumbai - 400 013. May19, 2017 i didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on june 02, 2017, i got the following message:

      "your pan card has been dispatched on 30 may 2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 01june2017."

      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 02 june 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

          My shipment has received at your office on saturday and one person spoke to me and said it's been 6 o ' clock will deliver it on monday. I visited your office for my shipment from there i got information that my shipment is with the executive and i contacted him over phone and he agreed to deliver my shipment at my address. But didn't got any further calls and he didn't attend my call also. Now i got a msg saying that my address was incomplete... I don't know what the hell is going on.. My office is at the heart of city.. Then how it become incomplete address.. I want my shipment tomorrow itself... For your info iam again submitting my address here.. Vineeth a s, instakart pvt ltd, 2nd floor kurumpelil building, polayathod jn, kollam. Land mark.. Dominos pizzas..

          Iam also working with a courier firm and very disappointed with your pathetic service.. Are your guys are not there to deliver shipments??? My awb no:[protected]

            The customer care executive,
            Much have been said and complained about in social platforms about the horrible delivery provided by bluedart kohima branch but no such action, or visible changes have been made.
            I have ordered some items from lenskart which have been sent through bluedart. I received a message asking me to come collect it from the main office, kohima.
            If it is a delivery service, why isnt it delivering the items to the address given?
            The other courier companies here, like aramex delivers it to our doorsteps.
            The delivery address provided on the said package is one of the easiest locations to deliver to.
            Highly disappointed with the service here.
            I am sure you may have received enormous amount of complaints from customers or victims if i have to put it that way. And nothing has been done.
            I am still to receive my package at my doorstep.
            We are not ignorant and i am on the verge of filing a lawsuit against this branch.

                My pan card with acknowledgement number : [protected] it has been dispatched through blue dart express and status shows that my consignment is returned to origin at shipper's request because of consignee's address incorrect...
                But i always receive my things at same address...
                Blue dart way bill number is: [protected]
                So, kindly tell me when i'll get my pan card...
                I need my pan card very urgently to join my job so please deliver it as soon as possible.

                  My waybill no is [protected], and every time office boy called me and said your address is out of delivery area. Is there any measurement area to deliver the item? Very bad service from vizianagaram blue dart. Blue dart office is 5 km from my house. Working people are not available every time to pickup their call. With that reason only they updated status as out of delivery area.

                    This is a service industry, your approach to customers is main usp.
                    Bluedart should have strong regulation for such distributors who misbehave with customers.
                    Went to the manager to enquire about my package but he replied in such an unprofessional manner as if he was doing me a favour by talking and refused to say when my package will be delivered.
                    So i want to complain against bluedart hojai distributor. Hojai, nagaon, assam. Pin 782435.

                      Pan card was booked wide waybill awb[protected]. Was returned on the basis that blue dart made call could not be connected. And reasons given no such address found. If anybody come to deliver no. This type of careless activities only loose trust on blue dart.
                      If company has no solution for complaints and they can't act against employees..
                      What is use of this fake complaint site... To make users fool???

                        The delivery person called to mobile for address clarification to dispatch the package. Since i am a working person am not able to reach on time. I called back after few mins the person is saying that we have asked for the person in the concern address, the address is invalid he added. I was officially working at home on the day he called. He irresponsibly put off the call. Blue dart always doing like this. The person is not actually delivering to the address. Later they us and will ask to pick at the courier office. The service is too bad always.

                          The consignment [protected] was booked for me from eMudhra, Bangalore to my address in Trichy on 2nd June 2017.
                          I was not aware of the cosignment being sent thro' Blue dart or the consignment no. However as scheduled the consignment has reached on 5th June, but it was not delivered to me. There was no phone call from any one from Blue dart.
                          I am residing in Karumandapam, Trichy-1 a prime location of Trichy city and I am regular customer of Bluedart and to mention a sample [protected] was my last transaction received at the same address in April 2017.
                          But surprisingly this time some one found this address to be insufficient and has been entering my address as incorrect and no landmark etc etc, and did not even bother to inform at my mobile no entered in the package..Moreover as seen in the tracking (attached below) the area is wrongly mentioned as KK nagar (620021), where as I am residing at Karumandapam.
                          Having contacted the sender at Bangalore by chance on 9th June, I got the consignment no., and as per the tracking called, BlueDart, KK Nagar, Trichy at [protected], and was given the Main office no in Trichy Thillainagar. But both the given nos 2750193 and 2750230 were not answering and I had to go all the way to this office to collect the consignment myself.

                          All this was due to the reckless behavior of someone at Blue Dart, Trichy. And the person at the counter when I told that I want to submit a written complaint was not at all worried and was showing me the toll free no. I am very much discouraged by this reckless behavior of your staff and demand that you make a through inquiry and take proper action on this person, and provide feedback to me on the issue. I am also copying this complaint onto customer complaints website and expect prompt and proper redressal.

                                Blue dart has picked up the shoes from my house. And has not given any slip. I have returned my shoes in feb 2017. And the money is not creditted in my account. I have bought that shoes form AMAZON.

                                    The subject tracking not yet received to my home address, yesterday morning your agent called and confirm will delivery but till now no update.

                                    I have verified tracking in my mobile, it is showing delivery attempted - premises closed.

                                    This is absolutely wrong, without visit how you can show the status like this.

                                    He has contacted morning to find the address but misleading to unnecessary confusions.
                                    Please address the same asap, thank you.

                                      I applied for pan card from a cyber shop, which is going to be delivered at my address but the delivery boy dispatched my pan card at that cyber shop and when i went to that shop to collect my pan card, the shop person asked me for money (10 rupees) to give me my pan card, they said that the delivery boy takes 10 rupees from them to dispatching the card but the delivery service is free of cost. I want to register complaint against that delivery boy and that shop owner because he delivered my document to unknown person and the shop owner also receive it without my permission.
