But thie address is right i. E opposite to gopalan sanskriti appartment global village, 1st main road mailasandhra. Bengaluru
If it is not possible to send this courier on the same address send the courier to bengaluru, karnatka instead of muzaffarpur,

My waybill no is [protected] is supposed to be delivered on 7th of june, delivery person is contacted me on 7th at 7:22pm and haven't talked properly 3 time on the same day,
And after that no one is contacted me from blue dart and neither delivered my parcel,
And when i have seen the tracking status they have updated like "consignee is shifted the address" i didn't get it without contacting me how can you update like this and when i was called and complained about it and i tried almost 2 days calling 10times the parcel is delivered at same address, due to the late delivery i have paid penalty of 2500rs who will be responsible for that,
I need proper solution for that i have all the documents i have attached with this emai for your reference.

Give me the solution who gone pay that penalty amount of 2500rs

Hello there,
I had booked fruits (Mangoes and lychees) through your courier service from gaya to mumbai. It was told to me that blue dart is the only courier service which couriers fruits and delivers asap. I had booked it on 16th june 2017 from gaya with the waybill number of [protected]. The courier agent charged me 2560 rupees for 8 kgs of fruits and told that it will reach mumbai on monday and will be delivered the same day. On the tracking website, it reached chembur office by monday evening and nobody delivered it. The next day, it was again not delivered. We called the customer care, they said the server is down we cannot help. We tried calling them and finally, they respond. They said it is perishable and the condition is not good and it's leaking. Weren't they aware of the fact that the package contains fruits? The courier agent here in gaya had packed it himself. What kind of service you guys provide? Again on wednesday, we called then the customer care personnel said that the receiver has asked him to destroy the package. "white lie". How could he say such things shamelessly? Still not delivered. I want my money back and i want to see the leaked package as per their information. I need proper explanation and if not i would take legal action against this.

Although it is showing that it has reached calcutta hub on 16/06/17, i have called the customer care no[protected] for solving the issue and deliver my parcel as soon as possible but they are taking least care and ignoring the issue. Kindly help me and deliver my parcel as soon as possible. These kinds of harassment are least expected from a renowned company like blue dart.

The bank document way bill [protected] (Hdfc life) sent 14/06/2017 as deliver of 24hrs format. Till date it was not delivered and i am continously following from (Srinivasa rao. Potla) called from 19/06/17, 20/06/17 and 21/06/17 and also given my mobile number to customer care number [protected] pls check your record (My number is [protected]-srinivas potla). Every time telling that person went for delivery. Today while checking updation simply it was showing return back,

Your service is worst than worst, and no words to comment i hope some body who take sincerely pls respond

My shipment arrived dalhousie (Kolkata) on 14 june 2017 by bluedart express and my shipment address is also dalhousie (Kolkata) pin - 700001. But till date shipment not delivered to me. I also contact bluedart customer care but finally no result found and no any bluedart customer team support to me for delivered item. I want my shipment at at earliest. Please help me.

I have ordered few items from amazon.in but blue dart team at una (174303) at gursar muhala with landmark 7up studio near h. R. T. C work shop. They mantion they don't have location in map but it is stupid think becouse una is small town its not difficult to find out location even they have phone contect and proper information about delivery address. Even after delivered on same address they again put this location or address excuse. People started avoiding shipping with blue dart una coz they only having 2 delivery boys please ask them to deliver my items at my mentioned address. These kind of blue dart agencies are spoiling the name of blue dart

Waybill no. [protected], this courier is not received till date to consignee. Tracking shows to p. Shankar and then told me name is wrong & delivered to mrs. Gula, after enquiry to her she refused to received parcel. Pl. Show me recover sign with name & date for confirmation for receiving parcel urgently. Otherwise i sue a case in consumer court for non delivery of parcal.

This is the serious complaint about blue dart courier service faizabad, my package was supposed to deliver on 11th june 2017, but today is 20th june and still not delivered, after contacting at faizabad office they are talking very rudely and told me to come and get my shipment which is not my responsibility its the responsibility of them to deliver, there is some mr. Amarnath upadhyay and mr. Parvesh mishra they are holding my urgent shipment for too long. Their delivery man mr. Parvesh is not picking my call. Take some action otherwise i have to take some serious action.

Introduce my self as thamaraikannan ponnaiah residing at no.154, annapoorna layout, venkatasamy road, new siddhapudur, coimbatore, pin code - 641044. Recently i was sent by one study material from idp india, haryana - 122003 dated on 07-june-2017. The blue dart courier docket no. Is [protected]. Since i not yet received my consignment.

After i check with blue dart courier tracking information i got surprised that the book has been returned to sender (Idp india, haryana - 122003) idp again due to unidentified my address. I am living in center of the city of coimbatore but i don't know how the blue dart courier boy was not able to locate my address. Of course any of my family members are available at my home any time. Also i was not called by any one person from blue dart courier.

Please look into this matter as serious, i am very much unhappy on the same. You have missed to delivered my material to me.

I, sataur rahman ack no.-[protected], my pan card have dispachted to dimapur by bluedart courier by 04/06/2017 but till now not delivered so i inquired about it then they said it has been returned back. My address has been given clearly also i din't got any call from them regarding my pan card which they claim they did. I want neccessary action about this matter.

I live in madhuram area of the junagadh city of gujarat.
Few days ago, i received a call from junagadh bluedart office regarding my package is out of a delivery area and he told to pick it up from the office which i agreed.
A few minutes later, he updated a status of my package online that i am not available at home and again after few minutes, he updated that i refused to accept.
Later on, next day, once i picked up from office, he updated that the package is delivered to my address by him.

My complaint is bluedart junagadh did not even attempt to deliver the package but, on the online database, he updated that he has delivered. Such practise is very bad and i request you to take strict action.

Last 3 days i waiting for courier on 15.6.17 remark is premises closed but in my home 4 members waiting courier and 16.6.17 remark is address not located is it possible for same address.

I am shanto paul, from irinjalakuda. I am a chartered accountant working 20 km away from my residential place. Daily morning i leave my home at 7.45 am and will back at night 7.30 pm. A parcel sent by yes bank at my residential address through your courier company. A call received from your branch irinjalakuda on 12th and informed me that a courier on your name has come in our office. Then i said to him i cannot come and collect because i am at office and so requested to deliver at my residential address already given. Distance from your branch to my house is around 1km. It is very easy to find out my house because my house is situating in a prime location. Subsequently i got a message from yes bank that attempt to deliver welcome letter for your yes bank could not successful due to address unlocateable. It is very clear that your staff has not gone to my house. It is purely showing irresponsibility. If your company provide such type of services and staffs in your branch, no one will prefer your services. This issue i already communicated with yes bank officials. Your staffs are lazy fellows and they just calling and informing that your parcel come and please collect. This is not a courier service. Actual courier service, the service provider will deliver the items on the specified address location. Request to take a serious action on those staff did default in his service.

Hi, my waybill no [protected]. I am very much dissatisfied with your service. I am only getting msgs that product will deliver but yet still not delivered the same. Your contact nber n customer care no are also not connected. Very pathetic service. You guys don't provide any verified or correct contact number. You just made fake committment.. Bcoz o[censored]r service may be in future i will not place any order in amazon... Poor service.

My amazon gift card was sent via blue dart courier (Tracking number - [protected]). I got message on 9-jun-17 that courier is delivered but i haven't received the courier. I called courier guy and he said he delivered at my flat. I was at my flat for whole time and no courier came.
I called courier company customer care as well, they said they will look into this issue but i haven't got any updates.

Looks like company is not taking any responsibility in this matter. Also, the courier man is not able to justify and provide evidence on whom he have delivered the courier.

My docket no [protected] was booked from gurgaon on 6th june arrived in raipur on 12th june. There were two cartons. One of the cartons had a hole and because of that 3 products are missing. We had filed a complaint at raipur office to mr vidyasagar. No action has been taken till date.

1kilo coconut milk
Lemon grass powder

Please refund us for the same

Today i received a parcel from amazon but sadly there was a cut section in the parcel which i have failed to notice and when i opened the package, one item was missing which had really saddened me as i never expected such a thing will happen. I will therefore request that such a thing is monitored on priority as i can see ur esteem courier company is doing a great service but at the same time now iam feeling a little insecure and sad. Kindly enquire what really happened with my parcel and hope this doesn't repeat again.
