My lc documents are choked in one of your outlets since 5 days in rdc, rajnagar ghaziabad... It was send by hdfc bank noida branch but mistakenly the old address of the firm was posted on it.. Today the bank send an email to your concerned outlet for the delivery of documents in the hdfc bank rdc rajnagar branch ghaziabad but they have refused to deliver it on the rdc rajnagar branch... My docket no. Is[protected] and i want it asap... As i have to bear the loss caused by your company...

Look into the matter as there should be procedure to change the address or rectify it and get delivered on rdc rajnagar ghaziabad branch of hdfc bank...

      I was waiting from last 5 days still I am not getting my Welcome KIT which was sent through Blue Dart and Blue dart not contacting me as well but when I track my courier on blue dart application, it was always showing me undelivered. I am really frustrated now, the service of Blue Dart is hell. If you are delivering something you should contact the concern person, if he is not able to pick your call then it's him or her fault. Don't know when I will be receive my Welcom KIT.

        This is regarding waybill no : [protected]. As per the tracking status, its stated as below:

        Pickup date : 27 may 2017

        To : kelambakkam
        Status prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery
        Expected date of delivery 29 may 2017
        I couldnt received any communication till now. When i call customer care, they are stating that you will receive message. When customer will receive message? It has been 3 days, no communication has received from your end. Is this the way of approach your service?

          This courier as per status the delivery was attempted 26th, 27th and 28th may of 2017. when I checked the entry on the entrance gate, there was no entry on these dates. I continuously followed up with the courier staff to deliver by 31st May 2017 and they promised to deliver the same before 12 pm anytime. I have been following up with staff to deliver at the address and they kept delaying the courier. I was ultimately forced to visit their office in Sector 63 to collect the courier. For which again, I was told to collect from petrol pump and not from office. After I collected, the staff again complained to my husband that I have collected the courier from the petrol pump. The Blue Dart services are pathetic and staffs are lethargic.

            the above material was very urgent, hence it hasbeen sent by bluedart on priority, but as per current status showing network issue, will impact delivery.
            We have also talked with customer care saying due to overload in first trip material will be sent on next trip . What is it ???

              Respected sir,
              That i sumit kumar s/o sh. Hans raj r/o ward no. 15-c/19 tehsil mohalla dhuri. That i purchased a mobile phone of company mi value of approximately rs. 9999 via online and cash on delivery vide order no.[protected]and courier no.[protected].
              That on the day of delivery, i was out of city and could not received the courier. But the bill of that mobile was on my name. The said courier company had to return that mobile to company but they kept with themselves or sold to someone else instead and i received a delivery message and email from the company.
              That the said courier service instead of to return the mobile to company, have sold it. They have cheated upon me and had breach my trust because the said bill is on my name.
              It is respectfully prayed that please take necessary legal action against the said courier service.

                I have major complaint with you regarding delivery of official courier, your co in busy to deliver only parcel of amazon in chhindwara, madhya pradesh-480001, i have an urgent courier but in your chhindwara office nobody giving proper response, even attention for official courier they stated that there are lot of online shopping courier pending to deliver.
                Apart from your courier shree maruti courier is giving proper response, they are prompt for their services.                   Hello, I have sent a courier from GZB to FBD via blue dart and i must say services are very bad. It just not service but the counterpart of blue dart in FBD was a cheap and arrogant guy which was using abusive language and threatened me to return the courier. My father visited him to pick the courier when he denied to deliver it at home, he misbehaved with him.

                      I had sent two cartons and a trolley bag from Bluedart, Thaillavaram, Chennai to Patna, Bihar on 15/05/2017 via AWB no. - [protected]. I received the package on 20/05/2017 but it wasn't the boxes and trolley bag which were sent. The packages which were received were two cartons and one backpack. So, I refused the package and did not receive them. My best guess is that they had pasted my delivery slip on some different box as I could recognise the boxes which I received were of a person who had also come to send his package on the same day.
                      I contacted bluedart and a person named Mr. Vimal R, Sr. Executive- Customer Service assisted me. He had been really helpful and has been following up on this issue since then. It was soon found that my packages were wrongly sent to Kochi. They informed me that it will be forwarded to me very soon. They also told me they had to verify the boxes so they needed to open it. So they opened my boxes and sent me the pictures which I confirmed were mine. They sent me my package via the consignment AWB no. [protected] which was supposed to reach me by 30/05/2017. But I haven't received the packages as of yet on 31/05/2017. The status of the consignment shows that it is in Kona warehouse since 28/05/2017. I contacted Mr. Vimal on this, he informed me that 2 out of the 3 pieces were received at Kona warehouse hub and the third piece is missing. Mr. Vimal has assured me that I would be getting the packages. He told me that he would ensure that the received 2 boxes would be forwarded to me and the remaining 1 box would be sent to me later.

                      My consignment contains some important documents which I require urgently.

                        Flipkart has sent one article containg book vide order id OD[protected] has been shipped on 25th may 2017 and your message is received that same will be delivered by Monday 29th may 2017.
                        But till moment same is not received by me
                        While serching the status your tracking module shows that same was reached at morbi on 27th may 2017

                        Our experience is that @ Morbi gujarat the delivery is normally late

                            I am sending my courier through blue dart from delhi to puri, orissa. but courier boy is asking me to come & collect my parcel from his office after almost 5 days. it was very frustrating that door step delivery guaranteed by blue dart & im having this kind of problems.

                              I ordered an mi redmi 4 mobile phone on 23/05/17 and according to my product tracking it was at my city on 25th and on 25th my tracking says c'nee shifted from the given address which is a false statement. Now after calling at jaipur blue dart office all they say it will be delivered on 27th but its 28th and it still haven't been delivered to me. Kindly help

                                      I ordered for a product in amazon.in and it was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep. Even though bluedart outlet closer than 1.5km from my house they said that i should go to bluedart and pick it. It happens every time!

                                      And when i reached bluedart there were no one! Everything was opened, i went inside and waited for about 15mins no one came
                                      Then i took a business card it was named 'R.R.assosiates' and called on a number in it, a lady took the phone and after some time she came from somewhere.
                                      If i was to steal the valuable products in there, then i could have done easily

                                      When she came i said her that you should be responsible with the shop and she said 'its none of your business ' how could she say that?

                                      I was there to buy a product which my auntie . The lady there said 'there isn't any product here may be your auntie have some problem with her ears ' in an insulting way!
                                      I never had such an experience

                                      This incident made hate bluedart

                                      From now on i won't use bluedart. And make sure family and friends are not using!

                                        We have account with blue dart no. 344654. This is to bring to your kind attention that we are not getting prompt service from your company inspite of booking the courier we have to wait for days for the pickup. Please note that there are important documents or stuff which need to reach to the concern parties on time but due to this kind of poor service from blue dart delays the whole process. Kindly look into this issue asap
