Hi, my waybill no [protected]. I am very much dissatisfied with your service. I am only getting msgs that product will deliver but yet still not delivered the same. Your contact nber n customer care no are also not connected. Very pathetic service. You guys don't provide any verified or correct contact number. You just made fake committment.. Bcoz o[censored]r service may be in future i will not place any order in amazon... Poor service.

My amazon gift card was sent via blue dart courier (Tracking number - [protected]). I got message on 9-jun-17 that courier is delivered but i haven't received the courier. I called courier guy and he said he delivered at my flat. I was at my flat for whole time and no courier came.
I called courier company customer care as well, they said they will look into this issue but i haven't got any updates.

Looks like company is not taking any responsibility in this matter. Also, the courier man is not able to justify and provide evidence on whom he have delivered the courier.

My docket no [protected] was booked from gurgaon on 6th june arrived in raipur on 12th june. There were two cartons. One of the cartons had a hole and because of that 3 products are missing. We had filed a complaint at raipur office to mr vidyasagar. No action has been taken till date.

Products missing costed us 1000rs
1/2 kilo jasmine rice
1kilo coconut milk
Lemon grass powder

Please refund us for the same

Today i received a parcel from amazon but sadly there was a cut section in the parcel which i have failed to notice and when i opened the package, one item was missing which had really saddened me as i never expected such a thing will happen. I will therefore request that such a thing is monitored on priority as i can see ur esteem courier company is doing a great service but at the same time now iam feeling a little insecure and sad. Kindly enquire what really happened with my parcel and hope this doesn't repeat again.

I have purchased manloloko pants from flipkart for rs 396/-as cod.i have checked my pin code in flipkart 678506 it shown delivery is available in my pin code .. delivery boy called me and told he will b coming after 2pm. atleast he came at 3om i gave him 504 /-.
Courier boy not returned balance amount after cod. He was telling that balance amount charged for delivery.. it's not a free delivery.. but I have paid all amount showed in online.. very very worst experience from courier boy.. courier center is at chandranagar palakkad kerala

I am working with nextra teleservices as a business partner sometimes i will be not available on the office adddress but without any information you have updated my status shifted to another place but i stay on the same address. Yesterday i got a call for delivery from your customer care. He said to me your card will be delivered between 3 to 4 pm. But nobody came here or i dint get another call for delivery.
If you can't delivered my credit card. If anything happened with that. Then i m not responsible for that. I hope you will update me same asap.

Executive was not ready to accept the changes and was very rude and said the coins are not of good quality. One can understand about the quality of a note but of coin..
My order price was 245 and i was giving him 45rs change 1. E 3 coins of 10rs and and 3 coins of 5 rs.
He even said give e 50rs note and was not returning 5 rs back.
And when i asked him about his name he said "do whatever you want to in a very rude manner..

My booking date 6-6-17. Iam cheak the your bluedart trackingmy packet in hyderabad wherehouse in 8-6-17. So please solve the problem.

Till now didn't received my courier and status showing consignee shifted to other address and after that wrong pin code. What the delivery boy doing with my courier, i want the explanation from your end and reason behind the negligence, time lag. Frustrated with your service

Very frustrating... They are not issuing my credit card to my new address which is already updated with the bank.

When checked with sbi bank, they said they have already updated my new address and have dispatched to new address.. But bluedart person was very rude and said he has my old adddress and will not give my card.

Need immediate action on this and most important bluedart numbers are not working.

I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life....

I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed by nsdl in trade world, a wing, 4th & 5th floors, kamala mills compound, lower parel, mumbai - 400 013. May19, 2017 i didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on june 02, 2017, i got the following message:

"your pan card has been dispatched on 30 may 2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 01june2017."

Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 02 june 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

My shipment has received at your office on saturday and one person spoke to me and said it's been 6 o ' clock will deliver it on monday. I visited your office for my shipment from there i got information that my shipment is with the executive and i contacted him over phone and he agreed to deliver my shipment at my address. But didn't got any further calls and he didn't attend my call also. Now i got a msg saying that my address was incomplete... I don't know what the hell is going on.. My office is at the heart of city.. Then how it become incomplete address.. I want my shipment tomorrow itself... For your info iam again submitting my address here.. Much have been said and complained about in social platforms about the horrible delivery provided by bluedart kohima branch but no such action, or visible changes have been made.
I have ordered some items from lenskart which have been sent through bluedart. I received a message asking me to come collect it from the main office, kohima.
If it is a delivery service, why isnt it delivering the items to the address given?
The other courier companies here, like aramex delivers it to our doorsteps.
The delivery address provided on the said package is one of the easiest locations to deliver to.
Highly disappointed with the service here.
I am sure you may have received enormous amount of complaints from customers or victims if i have to put it that way. And nothing has been done.
I am still to receive my package at my doorstep.
We are not ignorant and i am on the verge of filing a lawsuit against this branch.

But i always receive my things at same address...

My waybill no is [protected], and every time office boy called me and said your address is out of delivery area. Is there any measurement area to deliver the item? Very bad service from vizianagaram blue dart. Blue dart office is 5 km from my house. Working people are not available every time to pickup their call. With that reason only they updated status as out of delivery area.

This is a service industry, your approach to customers is main usp.
Bluedart should have strong regulation for such distributors who misbehave with customers.
Went to the manager to enquire about my package but he replied in such an unprofessional manner as if he was doing me a favour by talking and refused to say when my package will be delivered.
So i want to complain against bluedart hojai distributor. Hojai, nagaon, assam. Pin 782435.
