Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

My order has been delayed because of the courier person. He did find my address. He misbehaved, abused me and blackmailed me saying if i didn't let him take my photo he will not give my package. He even demanded my adhar card copy. When i denied, he went away abusing me and said he won't give me my package. He even denied giving his details when i asked his name.

I will file a formal police complaint tomorrow morning against blue dart and amazon. This is fraud and harassment as i have already paid for my order online.

I have sent one letter to ms tania bala on 28th. June which has been tracked to know that the same was received by one unknown sweta by name on 29th. June at 2.09 pm. Request tracking the delivery man and retrive the letter which is important for the girl to have her employment issue.

Shipment no. - [protected] was delivered on wrong address. It contains a YES BANK credit card . If anything happens you ( BLUEDART) only will be responsible for this . This shipment was delivered on wrong address on 30 june at 2:42 pm. Our address was 2/3 golghar ameergunj paribazar bhopal, near babeali ground kid kare hospital but it was delivered to someone else whose name was Amit .

How can this possible without contacting with me. When I contacted your customer care executive they are also cutting off the call after knowing the details from me.

Like the every other days this time I was supposed to received the consignment no[protected] yesterday. I had a telephonic discussion from the courier office of bluedart agartala and I confirmed the delivery man regarding the address and location, instead of that like their regular practise they put on the online that they couldnot locate the address.
Blue dart company should look into the matter otherwise I will go to consumer form to lodge the complain, because it was urgent for me to receive the consingnment yesterday only.

I dont need them as of now, so kindly cancel those orders.

Hi,
i am supposed to receive my ICICI and HDFC Credit card, but delivery boy is not at all delivering me my item and returning it back. He initially called me and asked me to receive the item out side my company gate, but when i am calling back at scheduled time he is not picking up d call.He has returned one item and still pending the 2nd one.I receive many items purchased online through various courier services and there is no problem reported, but this delivery boy is creating problem.Please look into this.

Consignment no. AWB#[protected] Consignment received in damaged condition probably eaten by rodents.

The consignment contained fish food. It appears that the consignment has been stored in a place that is infested with rodents, not something expected from a world class company.

Please let me what should be done about the consignment, should I return it to Amazon or should I keep it for the time being.

This is joe joseph philip. .my passport has been held up in chennai in your hands since last night.I am supposed to go to London tom early morning, I had booked flight tickets for that. I have a concert to attend tomorrow afternoon there..when I called up at your office in calicut today from where I was supposed to get your courier, I have been told that iwill get it only tomorrow. .huge financial loss for me because both my flight ticket and concert tickets are nonrefundable. .is there any chance of me getting my passport by today evening?

I ordered TWO phone cases online & within few days only ONE was delivered but delivery boy from blue dart took money for TWO.
When called customer care from where I ordered my product they informed to seller & decided to send the cheque of amount of the one product.
I waited for almost week & I still have not received my cheque. When I called Blu Dart market yard branch Pune office, nobody picked the call; while sometimes call was busy.
Now I am constantly calling them from last 4 days & nobody is picking up the phone.
When called Blu dart customer care, they said that my house door was locked. But we were at the home all the time.
This parcel is about money & not product. So I request you to look into this matter on urge basis, otherwise I have to file a case in Police station.

I have ordered from flipkart and they sent it via bluedart. Waybill no. [protected] and ref no. S[protected]. On 26th june it is out for delivery. Till now i didn't receive the courier. Yesterday evening status is consignee's address incorrect. How can they say like that when i have given clear address and they called me on 26th itself. Delivery boy is not lifting the phone. Branch also not reacting to calls playing with giving different numbers. They are giving mental torture to us. Pl look into the issue seriously.

Hi i have ordered an redmi note 4 from mi store on 21/6/17
Untill today i haven't​ got my phone it has been delivered to ajmer hub since 24/6/17 from that time untill today they r keep delaying delivery and mentioning customer requited future delivery or consigne address is unlocatable as u can see in the image

Horrible service in my permanent address i receive feedback as no such consignee at given address. No one knock the door and updated with such wrong status. I waited since morning called blue dart office 5 times and found a mith reply for waybill number [protected]. Disgusting and horrible service

I ordered xiomi mobile online and they sent thru blue dart.. Delivery boy came to deliver, called from a place which is around 500 meters from my address and told me to come there. I told him to come to my address. He said ok and cut my phone. I waited for around 15 mins and he dint come. I called him back but again and again and he disconnected my phone. And on next day wen i called to blue dart customer care, they told me that we are sending back ur product to company. I talked with xiomi people, they told me v don't have any issue. Blue dart people is harassing us.. Kindly take some action.

Consignment arrived bbsr on 26.06.2017. The delivery person did not deliver the consignment intensionally. Even though i had placed a request in the office to call me before going to deliver the packet, no call was given to me.

Very poor service by the courier service, i had called for help on the cust care no, but no reply. Only comuterised routine information given.

I bought one phone from online. The said good is booked and not delivered today 12.15 noon.. Tracking no is [protected]. I telephoned to office[protected] and enquired. They said i is due to in complete address and no phone no is there. Without seeing the consignment they delayed. Today around 12.20 they delivered and he said today only he gave the parcel to deliver. The consignment is delayed without any reason in raja kadai, t. H. Road, chennai office.
Very worst service on visiting the blue dart office. No proper reply answering without seeing the customer [ seeeing monitor only]. After several phones i located and asked him to tell the deliver boy. He fused to give.

I received a shipment while i was at work. The blue dark person calls me at 3:30pm (General work time for us). I told i am in office, he could either text me blue dart office address or send it to me on saturday while i am home. General gesture is to at least make a phone call before coming at the door step.

He ignores my request and directly rings my neighbor's door bell without my permission. I told him not to do so, yet he do it and hand over the courier to them. I am into a embarrassing situation where neighbor has to stay back to give me parcel for they had to travel too. This is unacceptable behavior from such a courier service.

I have not received my parcel which i shopped form ebay but today morning received the message that (Item is delivered). i have provided proper full address of mine and phone number too but Blue Dart's delivery boy did not call me for delivery. Spelling of my name is also wrong on Blue Dart receipt which i got via mesage. I made transaction through debit card. Totally help less.
