I have purchased a watch from ebay and has to be delivered through blue dart. I m sorry to say that my experience was vary vary bad. On the top of that the employees are very harsh to me. They are not polite at all. On my case 1st they are delaying in giving my product and more they don't listen to me what i am saying. Really it was a very bad and embarassing moment for me. I will recommend you all not to take any services from them.

      As axis bank has sent my cheque book by blue dart courier, my is parcel is laying at mira road branch for last one week, once one person came to my home for delivery but that time i was not at home than i called many time but no body pick up phone at mira road branch, even three days i was at home and waiting for my courier but i did not recieved
      Dear this is very important to me as i have to provide this to my client
      Please understand the importance of this and send my courier to avoid loss.

        When i asked about position of the shipment mr. Balkishan from chennai told me that shipment arrived at rajkot on 5-6-17.

        But according to bluedart website shipment arrived jamnagar hub on 4-6-17.

        How irresponsible he is,

        He gave me wrong information about shipment

        Also talked rudely with me.

        Very bad customer care service # bluedart

          I have a shipment with awb no. [protected]. I tried calling the customer care but got an automated message but was not able to connect with a human.

          I am not sure, whom to contact, and i have also sent a mail through the website but i have not got a mail or a call back.

          I don't understand what is this status.. No one has called me while delivering the product. But unnecessarily you put the status as undelivered shipment held at location without any intimation.

              Respected sir,
              I have ordered a tupperware bottle from "amazon.in""order#[protected]". Due to specific reasons i have to return the order but while returning the courier boy took the wrong package"order #[protected]". He didn't check that is the package was proper. I tried contacting the kamothe branch but none of them received my phone calls. When i contacted my nearest blue dart office they asked me to file a complain. The amazon replied that it's blue dart's fault and they have successfully received the package and they should have checked the product before taking it and i nowhere pasted the label on the package on the package. I still have the tupperware bottle with me and the other package i haven't got yet. The package was returned on 23 may. The amazon customer care told that the package will be returned within few days. But it never returned

                    Its been 10 days and showing same status on tracking site. Bluedart did not even bother to call me to confirm address. I give same address for all courier they can reach at my home without any problem but bluedard is not able to locate my home??? And this is not first time. Whenever i gets courier through bluedart i face same problem.

                    My tickets were should be deliver by yesterday I.e 26 sept 2022 but it's not been deliver till now. Now it's showing that consignee's adress Unlocatable. But the other courier company easily reach to my adress... And also they didn't call us... I[censored] can't please tell me how to edit my location details. Because my parcel is to important and I need this parcel as soon as u can...
                    I have given correct adress and exact location with lank mark but when blue dart delivery boy cannot make me call and he only put Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed

                            My lc documents are choked in one of your outlets since 5 days in rdc, rajnagar ghaziabad... It was send by hdfc bank noida branch but mistakenly the old address of the firm was posted on it.. Today the bank send an email to your concerned outlet for the delivery of documents in the hdfc bank rdc rajnagar branch ghaziabad but they have refused to deliver it on the rdc rajnagar branch... My docket no. Is[protected] and i want it asap... As i have to bear the loss caused by your company...

                            Look into the matter as there should be procedure to change the address or rectify it and get delivered on rdc rajnagar ghaziabad branch of hdfc bank...

                                I was waiting from last 5 days still I am not getting my Welcome KIT which was sent through Blue Dart and Blue dart not contacting me as well but when I track my courier on blue dart application, it was always showing me undelivered. I am really frustrated now, the service of Blue Dart is hell. If you are delivering something you should contact the concern person, if he is not able to pick your call then it's him or her fault. Don't know when I will be receive my Welcom KIT.

                                    This courier as per status the delivery was attempted 26th, 27th and 28th may of 2017. when I checked the entry on the entrance gate, there was no entry on these dates. I continuously followed up with the courier staff to deliver by 31st May 2017 and they promised to deliver the same before 12 pm anytime. I have been following up with staff to deliver at the address and they kept delaying the courier. I was ultimately forced to visit their office in Sector 63 to collect the courier. For which again, I was told to collect from petrol pump and not from office. After I collected, the staff again complained to my husband that I have collected the courier from the petrol pump. The Blue Dart services are pathetic and staffs are lethargic.

                                        That i sumit kumar s/o sh. Hans raj r/o ward no. 15-c/19 tehsil mohalla dhuri. That i purchased a mobile phone of company mi value of approximately rs. 9999 via online and cash on delivery vide order no.[protected]and courier no.[protected].
                                        That on the day of delivery, i was out of city and could not received the courier. But the bill of that mobile was on my name. The said courier company had to return that mobile to company but they kept with themselves or sold to someone else instead and i received a delivery message and email from the company.
                                        That the said courier service instead of to return the mobile to company, have sold it. They have cheated upon me and had breach my trust because the said bill is on my name.
                                        It is respectfully prayed that please take necessary legal action against the said courier service.
