Today i went to blue dart, vimanagar office as my shipment # [protected] was supposed to be delivered by 6/5/2017 but i didn't receive any call regarding this. I have rented my flat and currently i'm staying at mumbai, i had to travel from mumbai just to inquire about my shipment as the customer care number wasn't in service and when i was there i received (Faced) following service
1. The person asked what it was i told him that i am expecting bank documents, the person spent half an hour to find my parcel and then said shipment contains bank docs we can not give you here, you will get the parcel at home address even after showing him all my documents and id cards, a message, driving licence, passport etc. And telling him that i have shifted to mumbai. He was like, stay at given address to get the parcel.
2. I asked for the manager, mr. Vinod wadmare, employee id : p16354, he was having the same rude and casual behaviour it was complete waste talking to him, he also suggested in my case "get your documents from bank only"
3. When i asked why i didn't receive any call, he said we can't call each and every person.
4. Found no complaints registere when asked.
