My awb number is [protected]. The expected date of delivery was already over. On blue dart website it has been updated as "customer requested future delivery". I didnt request this!! I infact want to receieve the product eagerly as early as possible! I even sent an email complaining about this to bluedart but still they are reluctant to deliver my product.

    I purchased a product (Birthday gift) from archie's online store having product id al[protected] which was supposed to be delivered at an address in agartala via bluedart couriers on 24th may 2017. The waybill number for the same is [protected]. On the night of 23rd i incidentally checked on the tracking status of the shipment and found that it's been shown as "consignee's address unlocated/landmark needed". However it's worth mentioning that the address given (Agmc and gbp hospital) is the only medical college hospital within the city of agartala that itself serves as a landmark to other small or less popular addresses. It is also worth mentioning that the delivery agent who supposedly found the address as unlocatable did not try to contact the consignee even once (Number has been provided). Next day i immediately brought up the matter to the bluedart customer care ([protected]) and the customer service executive who attended my call assured me that the product would be delivered by 24th only. But at about 3pm on 24 may when i checked the tracking status of the shipment it showed "undelivered shipment held at location". I again immediately called up the bluedart customer care and informed about the same and once again i got firm assurances. Believing on the professional competence of your reputed courier i waited till 5.45 but still there was no sign of delivery. I again called up the bluedart customer care at about 5.55 pm and i humbly requested the customer service executive to provide me with the contact number of the bluedart agartala regional office as the number given in the website is always unattended but he curtly refused me to provide me with the number and once again gave me only assurances. But the irony is that the product has still not been delivered and it has already surpassed the expected delivery date which was aslo the birthday of my consignee. Delivery date as well as the occasion has been surpassed, i would still request you to arrange earliest delivery of the product and according to me archie's (Cc'd here) should think twice to continue their strategic logistics partnership with blue dart that failed to deliver a product within two days even after the product reached the destination and was hardly 30 mins away from being delivered. If not, do let me know at the earliest convenience so that i can somehow make necessary arrangement to receive the product from the courier office. I hope i need not hear that office has been closed for the day and the product cannot be handed over as the business hours have been over because of a late intimation from your end. I did not want to involve you in the matter but i don't have any other go. If this is the yardstick of your service quality than it is really unfortunate for us, the paying customers.

      I am Vijayakumar. I have sent some house hold consignments thru the Blue Dart courier services at Indirapuram Ghaziabad, on 6th May, 2017.
      It got delivered on 9th may at Tamilnadu with full damage.

      In that package Induction Stove got damaged very badly and had little broken on corner of L.E.D Television.

      I have also insured this package, Hence I request you to provide the necessary support for insurance claiming of the certain material package.So that I will buy new one.

        Hi,

        Courier called on my number to dispatch my courier on 23 may 17. I could not pick the call as i was in meeting. When called back and asked for the details to whom did he dispatch the guy started talking rude and saying again and again he called and i didnt pick the call. There are many courier services who will call back and ask for our convenient time to dispatch.

        Please re dispatch my courier at the earliest. Awb no is [protected]

          My credit card was dispatched from gurgaon on 17-May-2017 and reached Lucknow transit (Gomti Nagar) on 18-May-2017. It was then out for delivery to my home on the very same day, i.e, 18-May-2017.
          The status changed to "Need Department Name/Extention Number" and then to "Undelivered Shipment Held At Location".

          I need the shipment ASAP.
          Please help to resolve the issue.

          Hello, This july 14th 2017 i re-issued debit card on online, i got mail on 15th july like this( "Debit Card has been dispatched via [protected] through Blue Dart courier to your registered mailing address with the bank").

          but bluedart courier showing status is "Undelivered shipment held at location".please help me what is the information

                        It has been 7 days and my consignment has not been delivered yet. The sla was 5 days. While checking the tracking details, it is clearly evident that delivery was not attempted at all and incorrect status was updated as premised closed.
                        Incase the premised was closed on the first 2 attempts, then how can the premise become unlocatable on the 3rd one???

                        Adding to the fury, there is no working number that can be used to talk to a person regarding your concern.

                          Awb [protected]. After returning back from my premises on 16th may the company is not calling or sending me any sms that on which day and when they will deliver my product. I am a service person so i have to take leave to collect. Now a days on line shopping is utmost necessary so all courier service make contact by mobile.                             On wednesday 17th may, 2017, i have called the blue dart courier services and asked to them before making the shipment to pune * that is it possible that my shipment will be delivered by thursday 18th may, 2017??* and they assured me that yes, it will get delivered by thursday. I clearly told to them that is there any chances that if it going to be deliver over there by friday, then please tell me because it will be of no issue. As, the person to whom i am sending the courier to will not be able at that place and then i proceeded with the courier after they assured me.

                            Today, 19th may, 2017 still my courier has not reached over there and when i called to them asking about these issues. They, showed very unprofessional behavior and hanged up thrice on my face.

                            My whole point lies that if there was even 10% chances of getting delayed. Why would they have assured me, moreover the person to whom i have sent the courier for will be no longer available to that position.

                                I am relocate from noida to jaipur (Home town) i have applied for a credit card frm hsbc today i have recived a call that sir u have a delivery of credit card m out side of your noida office. I told him that i dont work there i got shifted to jaipur. So please deliver it my office or my colleague they will deliver it to me but the delivery guy just said didnt convinced and he repiled me that "aake le jana to mujhse" i was like shocked after that i am just trying to reach blue dart call center but some of the number didnt work and few didnt piked up.

                                  Blue dart courier are a worst service in india. Blue dart courier - big name but very poor service. I had very bad experience with blue-dart at all time.
                                  Blue dart is a courier service in the india. I used blue dart service many times. So i found service of this courier company is not good. I received many couriers too late. I track status of courier online but blue dart did not update status regularly. Customer service and support team is irresponsible. I contacted but they did not fixed my problem.

                                  Staff of blue dart is not customer friendly. Working staff did not work perfectly and provided worst service.

                                    First of all their system is always down.
                                    I was not able to track the number online
                                    They had filled the address in their system wrong and because of that delivery did not happened within estimated time.

                                    Too bad service i should say and i will never ever go again with bluedart or dhl either.

                                    Amount of money they are charging is not matching with their service provided.

                                      I need to get my pan card before 13-5-17 they neither called my no nor came to deliver at my home. I called so many times and there was no response. I visited d office so many times and it was always closed. Today they answered and said that it had reached kurnool on 16th and had been returned on 17th. They said that they have called me and my mobile is switched off and no one was at home. They have not even visited our street. How can they be so irresponsible. Thier behaviour is unethical. See that i get my pan card immediately
