Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

I have received numerous messages from Blue dart for the materials as well as phone calls also but still I have not received the item from blue dart. I had word with blue dart representative that my official time is 9 to 6 so, please come with the material as per said time and he is agreed also. After numerous calls and discussion yesterday I have received the message at 6:58 that your item will be with you in next 30minutes and after that I was waiting for the item till 8 o'clock but not received the material again today I have received the messages and call that item will be with you in next 30minutes and call time is 5.20.
May be Blue dart has doesn't have precious time but I have so much precious time. Now onwards I am going to take this matter in consumer court because you misuse my precious time.

This courier contained a very critical document and sent by british council to me through blue dart. The recipient address is my home address. Courier person from blue dart tried to deliver the letter at my address but it was closed as we are working so no one was available at home. But the courier person didn't called me once to let me know that he is trying to deliver the courier at my home. The basic common sense is to call the person whose number is mentioned on the courier.
Due to this mistake, i missed my very important document on time. Now the courier is returned back to british council and we have to face so much problem in contacting them again and requesting them to deliver it again. We cannot expect this kind of nuisance from such a trusted and reputed courier service. This is total harassment, sheer wastage of my time, effort and because of this i may miss my exam for which the document was needed.

You delivery boy (Mr. Suresh rathod) came to deliver a courier on 25/04/2017 awb#[protected] @ central bank of india, gomtipur branch. Delivery boy misbehaved with branch manager. He has no sense of humor of how to talk with professional. When i asked about no of supervisor he told me that i dont have number of office and supervisor. Please take necessary action against the guy.

Reference no awb [protected] which carrying pan card of prashant khare did not delevered their address els-13b, railway coloney no 7, ludhiana. The document sent by nsdl on 14 march 2017 & expected to delevered up to 24 march 2017, but document not received till 23/04/2017. Kindly take neccessary action to delevered the document to the priscribed address.

I spoke to your customer service 10 times today. They informed me half an hour before that they have arranged a call back from one of the senior officials and also that the package will be delivered today by 8:00 PM IST via special delivery. However it has not been delivered till now and when I tried calling again, it is saying that the customer service is closed and contact on Monday.

The customer representatives are trying to fool us. This is not what I had in mind when about BlueDart, however it is quite clear now that they have no responsibility towards the customers and all they do is fool them.

Overall, even after making 10-15 calls and 4-5 emails, I was fooled by multiple customer service reps. and the product was not delivered (already delayed by a week).

Would request you to take this up to the highest authority possible and ensure that proper action is being taken against these people.

First time on 21 Apr 2017 on given Blue Dart office contact no. [protected] the person received my call and told for some to search the shipment. But now he is not taking up the phone and continue his phone is in busy.

Please help to find my consignment.

Hi, I placed an order in amazon. The bluedart tracking number for my shipped product is [protected]. It was out for delivery on 20th April 2017. Bluedart representative called ([protected]) and got clarified about the route to my address. Then bluedart rep asked me to collect the parcel as its small and he is in thanakankulam. As i am out of station i asked him to deliver and he accepted it. Today i got a message saying i have cancelled my order for clarification but i didn't cancel my order. This information is against truth and i didn't expect such a behavior from a courier service company like bluedart. Hope swift action will be taken.

they are not home deliver my pan card they call me there office
when i goto there office they told me to give us your id proof photo copy but there is no photostate nearby.Also they are not calling to pan card holder and after some days they back returned to pan cards. There is no any responsible person.They are not given the home delivery pan cards and asking the photostate.Please take the action properly.

The incident is happen in today (19/4/2017), I have called the Delivery boy and guided my location. my location is heart in the bangalore City, HSR layout every bodies knows the place and the guy said I need to come to his office and collect the courier. If I need to collect the courier why i need to pay rs 50 for his delivery charge. and he is not attempt delivery the courier and he mentooned in Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed. It is waste service I faced from blue dart.

When talked to your office in hadapsar pune on [protected] on 18/04/17 @ 1000 hrs said that it will be delivered before 1700 hrs. But not delivered yesterday

On 19/04/17 i. E today when talked to your representative again said that it will be delivered by 1800 hrs. Our hpcl office closes at 1700 hrs hence once again requested to deliver this parcel in our office hpcl loni terminal, kadam wakvasti loni today before 1500 hrs as assured by your representative today i. E.0n 19/04/17

Very paery pathetic service of Blue Dart. I had 3 previous bad experience with Blue dart. But I told Nothing. Few days ago (14th April. 2017) I ordered an item from "Snapdeal" and Snapdeal sent the item within 6 working days. But Blue dart holding up my item since 1 days. I called Blue dart customer care for several times, but They were unable to solve my problem. But today, when I am going to track my Item with my AWB no. It showing that "Consignee Refused To Accept". It was a online payment order, And I have not received any call from Courier boy or anyone else from Blue dart. My order is very very valuable to me. Please Help. I want my item back now.thetic service of Blue Dart.

I have tried to contacted your customer service but the lines are always busy..
