This is regarding my Waybill No : [protected]
Person delivering refused to come to my office & forced me to come in common area (Ph: [protected]). When I reached there, he left for some other delivery. On contacting him, he started talking rudely and asked me to wait there only, otherwise he said "I[censored] will not wait, I will say you don't want".
I am highly disappointed by the person who was delivering. I will ask American Express not to use this service further if services are not proper.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
they dont understand customer problems.For publilc and private sectors please refer the another services.
