We have many followup this courier delivery in my office, tracking according this courier reached in Jaipur office date 06.05.2017
but not received till today

My two parcels are lying at amritsar blue dart office.
No one has attempted the delivery and updated the status as unlocatable address where i have already recd 2 packets earlier at same address thru blue dart. Please deliver the packets as they are urgent.

Sir my deliverry area shyamal dutta binnaguri tea garden near factory gate shyamal dutta staff house and in this area why not delivered my home. Bluedart site declined the in this area outside delivery area why sir?? This area not a restricted area. Plz help and delivered the product my home. Blue dart from last two months captured my credit card and not delivering to me. They directly saying that they will not deliver my card on my address because I didn't provide door number. But my delivery address is my office address and there is no door number. Please help me on this. Many times I called to Blu dart but they are not receiving my call. Today I called them and they are talking very rudely and just saying that they will not deliver my card to my address.

I have ordered few items from flipkart but blue dart team at talaja(364140) is denying to deliver the same at my billing address at Bhavnagar distt & teh talaja ( GJ). Your courier boy said we do not deliver items in your location kindly collect the same from our office with one ID proof. They do the same with everyone i guess this branch of blue dart do not have the delivery boys.
Please ask them to deliver my items at my mentioned address. These kind of blue dart agencies are spoiling the name of blue dart. Why dont u take the...

I ordered washing machine from flipkart and the expected delivery was on 3 to 5 may 2017. The shipment has arrived at blue dart office and on tracking it, it is showing that the shipment is out for delivery but they are not delivering it from 3 days.
When i asked them why they are not delivering it they replied "we dont have vehical to deliver it".

My parcel is delivered without any information the parcel is not come to me delivered for another person and i don't know who is this person the name was rajendra singh please check this and call me this no. [protected] and the packing slip are mentioned my mobile no. so why are not call to me how can delivered this another person mam please check this urgently because this parcel is very important to me i will be wait to your call thank you.

Dear blue dart team
I have ordered few items from amazon.in but blue dart team at una (174303) is denying to deliver the same at my billing address at vpo chattara distt & teh una (Hp). Mr. Mohit is working there under mr. Dikshit and he said we do not deliver items in your location kindly collect the same from our office with one id proof. They do the same with everyone i guess this branch of blue dart do not have the delivery boys.
Please ask them to deliver my items at my mentioned address. These kind of blue dart agencies are spoiling the name of blue dart. Why dont u take the feedback from people at una that how much poor are they in delivering things.
Kindly make sure that my items which they have recieved from amazon would be delivered at my address.

Why delivery guys are not aware popular address like cantonment, even your one o[censored]r branch is there? They make me to come long way to pick them to show my house.
Delivery guys dropped parcel in ground floor itself but my house is der in 2nd floor. Amazon promised delivery at doorstep, why you delivery dint delivered at door step?
I m really not happy 🙁🙁🙁

This is with regards to my credit card consignment [protected]. This was expected to reach me on friday (03 may 2017) but till now it has not reached me.. I called up blue dart customer care around 2-3 times. They even confirmed that the shipment will be delivered to my office address.. But till now, it has not reached me.

There is no communication from the delivery executive or from the customer care executives. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible

I have to book a consignment for karikurai (Chennai) by bluedart on 02nd may 2017. The consignment is booked for urgent basis and they will inform to me that it will delivered by 04th may 2017. But till now the consignment is not deliverd to the mention address. Inside the consignment my admission form and the last is today. If its not deliverd by today then i have to loss my 1 year. They will not correctly inform for the consignment. The consignment no.:[protected].

Blue dart executive came to deliver my product & call me to confirm my address but after long time waiting he did't deliver and mentioned status that is incorrect address. After that i have called to him many times but did't received.
Really i am very disappointed with blue dart service.

Dear sir,
I have not received my parcel vide subject awb no since 4th may 2017. Although i got a call from mob no-[protected] since 12.42 pm on 4.05.2017. But unfortunately i could not receive this call. But, when i tried to call in this no at 1.12pm (About-20 to 25 times), nobody took my call. I am very much worried that my parcel returned. Pl help sir.

Courier person called me and told me to come at courier point. when i reached, he already left. when i called him him, he told me is on move and come by 13:30. but did not come and also did not respond to my call in afternoon.

I have sent an courier from pune to Bangalore. They said 100% will be deliver within 15hrs but still I didn't receive my courier after completion of 20hrs. Please don't play with customers and don't give any wrong commitment. I felt today your service is very worst and your executive person doesn't know how to speak with customers.

I had purchased a mobile from shopcues on 27th april 2017 and on the 29th of april it was dispatched from gurgaon via bluedart courier service. My tracking number is[protected]. Its been a week and still i have not got my product delivered to my address.
As i tracked my product i came to know that my product is still in gurgaon.
I had contacted a bluedart office near my residence and when i gave them the traking number they told me that the product yas not left gurgaon yet and he also commented that the product has not been shipped at all.

And i also want to request bluedart to not to ruin its reputation which has already got buried deep down.

I am from Axis Bank and one of my customers courier is pending with your Nashik Road office from last 4 days i continuous following your persons but no body is going to deliver, My customer Mr Rahul Bhatt and Mr Piyush Bhatt is our big customer and very important for bank, and your person is lying that he went for delivery on 28 April,

Please do the needful on urgent basis or i ll go to higher authority, , it has to deliver today only,

Way bill no. [protected] pan card wrong delivery of some one and i m complaining for same from 2 may but till time not resolve
