I've been tired tracking my important insurance document by AWB [protected] . The status says Consignee NOt available is completly FALSE information. We are 6+ people at home and nobody called me.

I called the Customer Support number thrice but all in vain. Pathetic service.

i am highly dissatisfied with your service.above tracking number courier will be delivered on 15/04/2017 and i am also waiting for my product till 9.30 PM, but your company undelivered my product and given reason that premises is closed. this is very unfair, i had already waiting for my product and your company says the premises is closed at least you should have to call registered mobile number. please provide me my product as early as possible.

I have been following with Blue dart from 1+ week now for the item/product pickup from my address but so far NO pickup attempt has been made by blue dart person. Moreover, the status/tracking on the website says 'Incomplete address'. But here I would like to say that the product was delivered to same address by Blue dart 10 days ago, so it is hard to believe that while...

My important shipment reached within 12 hours (by flight) from Chennei to Bangalore ITPL Bluedart main branch on 10 April 2017 but unfortunately due to very low quality of service, instead I repeatedly called customer care 8 times and generated online complaint, the blue dart team re-scheduled my shipment delivery 3 times to my location BEML layout (which is at max 5 or 6 KM from blue dart office) and till today 14 April 2017 it is not delivered. The customer care team simply tell that we are unable to deliver today by 3 pm so we will try to re-attempt tomorrow (how you guys tell me to re-attempt although you have not attempted at least once). Simply it means you are careless and do not value customer's time and urgency. This way you will loose customer trust one day and no body will choose Bluedart for a emergency shipment ... as I have lost an important assignment because of a slight negligence of yours. In service industry to survive you have to run and not walk.

My shipment ([protected]) has not been delivered. Previously the courier service said it was unable to deliver it. Now with a changed airway bill number, which I received after posting complaining to the authority making the shipment, they continue Blue dart continues to say the same. There is always someone at home and therefore no question of the same package being undelivered twice. I see it is in sector 63 right now. Please look into this. I need the documents that have been couriered urgently.

Hi I am from chennai I had to recive a credit card from my bank.Inspite me giving them the right address they had it delivered at a wrong place.I don't know what to do it looks very fishy, are they fraudulent.either way I had it blocked the next day they delivered so guys be careful about reciving cards via blue dart.REALLY BE AWARE...the customer care is least bothered and doesn't even give a [censored]..he says complain where ever you want.I had lodged a complaint to bank regarding this and blocked the card immediately.

I have ordered a particular item from Amazon on 7th April 2017, and the item was shipped by bluedart. i can assure that the blue dart courier service is good but the employees working at Irinjalakuda circle is very rude and lazy. first of all they wanted me to pick up the stuff from their office on 11th April 2017, but i have prepaid for the item and made sure that it will be delivered to my house, i have done it before. and also i have some other meeting to attend. but those guys didn't even showed up and updated their website with false information. i need bluedart to take disciplinary action against such employees of their franchise.

Hi, I am Raj Kumar Thakur my Blue Dart AWB No. is [protected] with bearing a cheque book from ICICI Bank. Today morning I got a call from person on [protected] no and confirm address from me and promised that he will deliver the packet within half an hour, means before 11.00 morning. I had constantly try to talk with the same no after 11.00 morning but every time this no was not reachable and an evening I got sms from my bank that this address is not traceable. So I request you all to avoid blue darts service.

Your courier service is worst and pathetic. Bangalore courier executive delivering in Garebhavipalya area named Siddhu doesnot even have the common sense to wait for 5 mins when customers are having lunch. Hatss off !!to your service and the this time it will be social media who will advertise your company. Terminate this employee right away.

My courier was dispatched from Mumbai Via BLUEDART EXPRESS LTD. in month of april.2017. but still i didn't recieved yet. when i tracked it it shows that it have been delivered. on 10/04/2017. but still i didn;t recieved the courier.

I have apply a NIKON Camera through www.amazon.in. It has been dispatched from respective office through BLUEDART and it has already reached to my nearest BLUEDART office. Even After 5 days, No delivery attempts have been made. It shows consignee's address is wrong, while same address has been forwarded by AMAZON which delivers other products on the same address. No attempts has been made to contact me via Call or SMS. This is the second time that's happening to me. and also as per all the reviews on GOOGLE, the customer service here is very poor!

I am MUHAMMED NOWFAL from charuvilaveedu, chathinamkulam, chandanathop p.o kollam kerala. your personnel calls and inform regarding our cargo, but they don’t make home delivery. But at the same time when BLUE DART TAKES CARGO FOR DELEVERY FROM OUR CLIENTS THEY, CONFIRM HOME DELIVERY WHILE RECEIVING CARGO FROM THEM .
BLUE DART IS HAVING DOOR SERVICE IN PIN CODE -691014 AREA, BUT THEY NEVER MAKE SERVICE.
OUR RECENT CONSIGNMENT, WITH TRACKING NUMBER :[protected], IS IN BLUE DART OFFICE, BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO MAKE HOME DELIVERY .
. And most importantly this is NOT the First time this has happened, several times before the Blue Dart people have called me and has asked me to collect the parcel from the office". This is their regular habit which is in turn tarnishing the image of Blue Dart/DHL.
Moreover when we make an enquiry to blue dart office in ARCHANA TOWER, CONTONEMENT NORTH, ASRAMAM -691001, KOLLAM . They won’t pick their Phone, or if they respond, they are very arrogant in their reply and carelessly make answers without any responsibility.
If this continues then how can we send or receive our important cargo through BLUE DART

My Home is with in less than 8 km from BLUE DART KOLLAM OFFICE, where each and every company's parcel (Indian Postal Services, Speed Post, DTDC, Professional service etc) have been delivered. But why is Blue dart showing negligence in this part. Please take corrective action ASAP.

I an a girl from Mangalore. I had to receive a parcel from amazon.in through blue dart today. As i was at home when I received the call from the delivery boy. I asked him to wait for 5 minutes and he choose to wait. But when i received he started shouting at me.And then i received the delivery message which should be addressed to my name but was abused in our local language tulu. I am hereby attaching the screen shot of the message i received. i have already mentioned this matter in Twitter but if you dont take any action i'll file a complaint in the police because no girl is supposed to abused for any reason.

I was calling Bluedart Ghatkoper west address from last 1 hr tried all the no. But no one has picked up.Even mailed to customer care still waiting for reply.
Under tracker courier boy updated the address is incorrect if it is so then y didn't called me at that time.its only 2 km from there office address to mine and I have clearly mention all the landmarks near by my society.
And such updation of false info under tracker will not be considerable even when u have my contact number.
I have never expect such poor service .

The delivery guy called and told no ones at the reception and wanted any of my friends to reach him, i dont have friends near my office, i told him to come to my home address, and he said hell come tomorrow n hung up, i wanted to tell him to wait and ill receive the package, and i tried calling back, he is rejecting my calls continously. And im gonna sue blue dart if they will play around like this.

I was expecting the delivery of my items (Awb no [protected]). The website said it out for delivery. I was waiting for delivery. Now i see the status has been updated premise closed. I was at home whole day no body called me & no body came here.
This unacceptable service from blue dart and 2nd times that it has happened. What kind of service is this if the field executive is unable to find the address may he call.
