My courier was dispatched from NSDL Via BLUEDART EXPRESS LTD. in month of Nov.2016. but still i didn't recieved yet. when i tracked it it shows that it have been delivered. on 08/11/2016. but still i didn;t recieved the courier. i tried to contact a lot of time via your helpline no. everytime i get same reply from your side that you will be contacted within 48 hrs. our jaipur office team is seraching complete details. i tried about twenty or more time but still didn't recieved any response.

Dear Sir,
Regretfully I adduce the problem of non receiving of IELTS reading material which you sent to me by British Council on dated 18.03.2017 via blue dart courier at my address of Ludhiana.Today I have taken my IELTS exam at Ludhiana, India. Till date the, material was not delivered.

I receive the tracking no of the consignment as [protected] which while tracking showing the consignment was delivered on 21.03.2017 and while talking to British Council Customer Care, they told the consignment was delivered to some person named Simran . My question is that when the consignment is in my name why the materials has been delivered to some other person at some other place.

This undoubtedly renders a irresponsible service at your end. You are therefore requested to esquire into this matter and help me to get consignment at the earliest.

Im Neelam Pandey phone no. [protected], resident of arrah, bhojpur, bihar. On 8th april 2017 i experienced ridiculous servicing by blue dart express delivery person. the consignment was not being delivered by the bluedart delivery service man on the door step. as he denied to deliver it and cancelled it with a lame excuse that he wont come upstairs and returned back and started arguing with a very harsh behaviour. i want my consignment back to my door step and would appreaciate if he never do that again

Hi team,

From last four days my shipment getting delayed. And there is no proper communication given to me moreover customer care number is not at all working.

I have never seen this much irresponsible behavior from any courier service.

Kindly provide the solution asap.

Blue Dart guys could not locate my house which is very disappointing and seems to be a big lie. Every other courier service can easily locate my house, but Blue dart has an issue. Now the my pan card is sent back to NSDL due your screw up.

Sir came out of a parcel shopclues order no[protected] at Blue Dart's [protected] tracking no at which I had received a cod payment from your Kannauj office agent, which I did not get a receipt slip and please check the case and take action.

First AWB no mtrl return to origin after just one attempt, that time i didn't gave my ID card at home because it was Credit Card so i went to blue dart office to attempt again and they said will attempt again tomorrow but after 4 days mtrl return to origin then i called to bank to resend it so they send it through 2nd AWB no., it reached today at destination courier office. Just now i check status and i found consignee is not available at this address so i called at home and found that bluedart delivery boy didn't attempt the delivery. so i called the customer care and got same answer that it will attempt tomorrow again.
I am not understanding on which base they reply that it will attempt tomorrow again which is not just happening. pls do the needful

I am not happy your service my shipment [protected] is dileverd me to my address but my pin code is wrong update 370240 I change my pin 370110 for bank your local delivery and also your customer care says your delivery address is not our service area, that Menes I placed wrong pin code so my delivery is ok and write pin cod placed you can't delivery me my wod [protected] and [protected] Why you should get me wrong pin code placed? My write pin code is 370110 but I placed wrong pin 370240 or 370201 you delivery me to same address.. I do not understand what is this happening? I am really disappointed today with Blue Dart. I have checked online status of the reference number EV[protected].
Parvati Service Center No Such Consignee At The Given Address 06-Apr-2017.
Later in the evening I visited that BlueDart Centre the person was very arogant at that centre. He told your address is incomplete. He showd me addrees and it was as complete as it get deliver easily. Later I have asked him to give me the number of delivery boy. He told we are not allowed to give the number. I have asked 3-4 times to call delivery boy. Then ha called after 15 minutes to Atish Shinde ( delivery boy ) he told that he asked to the building watch man and building watchman said to him that there is no any person named Pankaj Musale but Akhade is there. But the delivery boy never went to see the door either locked or not. See the peoples are not doing there job perfectly and we have the bear the consequences for such idiots. At least bluedart should look into the issue otherwise break their contract with SBI cards if not fullfiling the customers.

It is just so unfair behavior!
Your staffs on customer care desk confirmed 6 times that the delivery will reach me today by 7 and i was waiting for long just for the package!

But they have just sent the status that the consignee not available!!!
You must fine the person who has just given wrong status!!!

I waited and 2 hours at 7 p. M. I have to reach my home at 9 now!!!

My above said courier send me by icici bank that was out for delivery today..i was at home whole the day but no one xome my hone and at the end of the day blue dart posted that delivery attempted door close..very very bad and poor service from blue dart they are cheaters..never waste ur money on bluedart

I have applied for CITI credit card and it has been arrived at Chankan blue dart office.

But that person says there is an Address is we can not delivered card to your home address.

I have provided Password for address proof.

How should be there is any address issue ?

this cause delay in my business process
without this document I have to bear a huge loss
I am going to sue this company
