Hi Bluedart/ ICICi,

I never placed a request to ship my Rubyx debit card to my personnal residential address. As per my conversation with ICICI Customer care, card was supposed to be sent or shipped to financial district branch.

Today I got a call from Blue dart courier stating that the card cannot be delivered to my residential address, which i ever requested. Am unhappy with your service as it's a debit card. Please have the card shipped to icici financial district branch immediately, So that i can collect card in person from branch.

My courier having waybill no. [protected] shipped to wrong courier office. Now the concer office person says it will take 3 more days. Kindly do it urgent.

Delivery boy for waybill: [protected] arrived at Ecospace Rajarhat Kolkata without any prior notification today. I was in a meeting. When asked to wait for 15-20 minutes since, I was not ready, he says he will not stay for more than 5 minutes whereas blue dart makes 100s of deliveries to this address and the same delivery boys stay for a period of over 2 hours to complete all their deliveries.

What was the reason for this unnecessary harassment with a sensitive document like a passport and why wasn't their a prior notification about the delivery?

On calling your customer care, the agent named Parna was asking stupid questions like "is your office open at 6am that we will deliver"..knowing that bluedart has stipulated time slots for delivery

I got an SMS from union bank of india of your courier will delivered within 2days
i had waited for so many days for that courier Lastly i contacted our branch for that information.Instead of delivering to individual house they deliver all that to l union bank of india courier to union bank of india for that particular layout.what is the purpose of delivering thro courier.It is the gross indicipline and negligence and shirking the responsibility.because of that i have waited in the house instead of going out.Awb no[protected] ref no 348505 cst265462 Sint[protected].kindly reply i will claim compensation becasue of gross negligence and shirking responsibility

I want to complain about the wrost service provided by you. A credit card is dispatched by the bank for me . And I am waiting for that as it is very important for me but it was not delivered to me and redirected to mumbai in the bank's head office and i got a call that the card is reached in gurgaon and will be delivered soon the why it was redirected to mumbai??? The agent who call me i gave him the proper address and he said i am comming i stand out of my street for an hour but he cant come and continously misleading and then after an hour my he was not picking my call.
This is wrost experiance by me in my life the due to some ideot i stand out of my home for an hour.

I considered BlueDart to be a highly professional company and usually sent / or received my parcels from it, but this incident forced me to change my opinion about BlueDart.
My Glasses from LensKart arrived for delivery today, i always preferred COD, so i asked the Delivery Boy, whether you accept Debit cum ATM card, he told yes, so i give my card to him, he plugged it into his machine and asked me to enter my pin, after which he asked me to sign on his mobile.
I waited for sometime, but the mobile phone got freezed and he told me the transaction was aborted.
However MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK BALANCE - A MESSAGE CAME TO ME ON SPOT, I showed the message to him, but he kept arguing bac that the transaction was not done, I'll Wait for the company to return my money
in "2 DAYS" before i make a complaints to HIGHER AUTHORITIES .

Item bought from flipkart.com. delivery was taken by blue dart.
Item was delivered up to my town, howly (assam). then i was told i will have to come and get it. call ws made from the no. [protected]. i objected saying delivery is always made to the address. but he said it was not the case here. people come and get their items. i tried to call the toll free number of blue dart company[protected]. they charged me for the call and still i couldn't speak with their customer executive. since it was important i had to oblige. but if they can't deliver at doorstep they should at least have the decency to provide that information before order placement.

Since 22 days Im waiting for my order. Calling Blue dart office since last 10 days only getting one reply that is u will get your order by today.
Also mailed to the company only got a simple reply after thar nobody cared for my order.
Blue dart should be banned completely in India.
They are the worst because my order contains my important documents related to exam.

But
1) we did not understood how Blue dart sent me message on my mobile for tracking why you did not used technology.
2) No one has tried to visit for delivery, Are your executive comes via plane to delivery since they can't find address.
3) Your call center executive need training for how speak with Customer.

So I will say very POOR service.

There is a message for me that my assignment will be delivered by today but in evening they have updated consignee is not available and but how's that possible when I am fulltime available at home such a false guys sitting and working with this firm I am just feed up with these guys as two times they did the same thing. Without checking they just updated anything they want

I have ordered some product from Amazon and they send my shipment through Blue Dart . Today I got a call from Blue Dart office mau and they ask me to come to their office to receive the item . My address is 3 to 4 km from Blue Dart office but they told me that they can't deliver my shipment to my address.They talk arrogantly and ask me if I pay Rs.50.00 per item then they will deliver the item to my address otherwise they will return my Shipment.My Shipments are prepaid.

My PAN card not sumiteded to my address their was not any reason to submit my address was perfect and my mobile number also has mentioned but the delivery boy has not came to my address so please give better service my address is 5th main road p h colony tumkur 572101

My awb number is [protected], the courier was suppose to be delivered on 15th march, whereas its yet not delivered and the status is unable to locate landmark, what for you guys are taking the contact number if you can call us?? I tried calling the office number[protected] for more then 10 times but no one picked up the call. Today i walked up to the bluedart office in vijay nagar, indore, the office was open however they denied support, stating that the office is closed due to rang panchami and i have to wait till tomorrow or monday. Is it the customer service you guys are providing??? This is the 2nd instance that happened with me, every time i had to walk up to the office to collect it. Horrible service!!!

Hdfc bank despatched credit card through your blue dart from chenni on 14.03.2017 vide AWB no [protected] & inform me it will be reached by 3 working days .Today on gong through blue dart tracking status i found that due to land mark it's undelivered. i m sorry to write here that before undelivered they hv not to call me on registered mobile no i.e..the efforts was not positive for the same.

The above-mentioned item was not delivered to my address any of the time b/w 9-march-2016 to 15-march-2016. On 9th march, it was reached to bluedart, ahmedabad hub and after that, the item was there for '7' days at ahmedabad hub. Even they didn't contact me before it was returned back to shipper's.

I don't understand that if you are not able to deliver/ship to the particular address, why are you accepting the parcels at the time of booking.

Please take action asap.

Respected Sir, I am Rahul Kewat from Bhopal, MP. I purchased a product from ebay.in on dt.28/01/17 item no.is[protected] &eBay Paisapayid is[protected] from seller named flowerwase product name is HuaweiE5573 Airtel4GWiFiModem. My userid on ebay.in is [protected]@gmail.com. The seller shipped the item through Bluedart track. no.[protected] and they delivered it on 05/02/17 to unknown person named Mamta on f.no.381 p.no.201 living in my apartment. But when i go to my apartment there is nobody named Mamta, when i contacted the bluetart office they only said we will help to find the product but they do nothing till date & also they said compliant the ebay.in when i go to eBay.in eBay's guarantee claim is open within 7 days of delivering product. But i have more than 7 days so iam not able to open a claim. my mistake is I don’t know the time & date when my product is delivered because of network problem. I need a help from consumer forum so please do needful & replace or refund my product.
