Sub: request to dispatch my pan card to my new address;

Dear sir,

This is with reference to above mentioned pan card, i am to submit that, the pan card of my company eduglade pvt. Ltd. (Cin:u80903tg2017ptc11560) has not been delivered to the given address of 202, sai gayathri residency, suchtra circle, kompally, secunderaabd -500055 by blue dart.

Kindly note, after a frantic search and enquiry, it was found that you have dispatched my pan card to my home address by blue dart courier via way bill no.[protected]. The blue dart has not been able to deliver the same to the said address making accusation that no person was available to collect the pan card. (I have irreparable loss as i lost an initial equity investment offer of 40 crores from gulf venture capital to my educational startup as i couldn’t open the company’s bank account so far)

Please be informed, i have checked the status for delivery of pan card on www.bluedart.com against way bill no. No.[protected].. Status is shown as shown below:

This status is totally wrong since none from blue dart courier has not come to the said address.
Kindly note, i tried several times to contact blue dar customer care at[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].[protected].,[protected] / 28271160,[protected],[protected],[protected]/52/53/54 but failed as even after dialing all available numbers - no response comes.

It was not only unanswered but also disconnected or barred soon after one or two ringing. My business associate mr. Laiju thomas went to the blue dart’s hyderabad rajive gabdhi international airport office. And the initial response was just a impudence and belligerent and hand-washing of their responsibility. After putting some pressure and lit bit of banging, then only they listened to the case with the required seriousness. We showed the centre manager the 16 contact numbers that we called with the details of time of dialing. After the initial hesitation, he himself called in all the given contact numbers and no call was answered. He himself experienced & was fully convinced about the reality. This is just irritating and befooling the customer. Regarding the blocking the number, it was explained (Ratiocinated) that it was due to a special software which will block /bar the non-registered number.
It causes so much mental tension and agony. Universal number means it must connect immediately to resolve the problem... But it is not so... I understand once the blue dart is grown up as a big company, never pay attention to customers, only try to make strategy to earn money from the customers.

We as a layman do not have time to file writ petition or spare time for such things but depend on you only...

You are therefore requested to look into the matter and send the pan card most urgently to my residence address as a registered post through the indian postal services, or professional courier services to the address given below:

This consignment had reached kanpur on 27 march 2016 and since then there has been no attempt to deliver the same and when I called them, they very rudely told that it has been sent back.
They kept the consignment for 6 days without even attempting to deliver or call and falsely updated the status as "address not located". This is completely unprofessional and disgusting attitude that I and many others are facing.

Sir,
My consignment no.Waybill No : [protected] was schedule to deliver on 03 Apr 17. I have kept on waiting and tracking the delivery man till yesterday evening. The delivery man was at Pipeline road since 1700 hrs near by to my address that I tracked from the site, but at 1744 hrs he closed the consignment details stating that he was not allowed to enter in restricted area that is false.In fact he didn't attempted to deliver nor he called me and given wrong information and wasted my time as well.
I hope that you will take appropriate action so that it is not repeated in future which can save your brand name.

Sir, myself chander prakash i apply for pan card on 6/3/17 and delivery date of pan card is 3/4/17 but still is not yet delivered. My acknowledgement no. of pan card is [protected] and bill no. is [protected]. I lived in sant nagar, burari delhi-84 pin code is 110084. Please try to delivered my pan card as soon as possible otherwise i will file a case against you.

My waybill reference no is [protected] I have been expecting it to bed elivered by 01st of april 2017 inspite of providing full details the shippement was not delivered this is 2nd time that my credit card is returned and I WILL AGAIN HAVE TO WAIT 6 MONTHS TO APPLY FOR IT SO I WILL RAISE IT IN THE CONSUMER FORUM IF IT IS NOT DELIVERED TO ME BY TODAY

I am Mohammedsherif from pallipalayam, Namakkal(dt), Tamilnadu(st). I applied a new account in Bank of Baroda, Thindal, Erode(dt) and they sent a ATM card to my resident address via blue dart courier service, veerapampalayam, Erode(dt). But blue dart courier service delivered to Mr.selvan, Bank of Baroda, pallipalayam branch and not given to my resident address. Still now I'm not received my item. What I do.I need my item urgently. Blue dart courier service is very poor.

With best regards i am to say that on 29/03/2017 by the time 19.25 hrs. An employee named pradeep called me to receive the pan card by cell no. [protected], though i invited he didn't inter to my office but when i saw on the same day in the database it is shown 14.55 hrs. That the consignee is not available. If the fact is true how could he called me by 19.25 hrs. The pan card was so important. However it is in vain to say about your service and from a courier like u this type of service is not expected. Please take necessary action.

Hi my ref no. is EV[protected] was about to reach on 29th march the delivery boy contacted me & i told him to come after 5pm he was very well aware about the address & my landmark but still they didn't deliver my consignment & when i checked the status of my ref no. it is showing landmark required to deliver consignment . very poor & pathetic service of bluedart.

I was supposed to receive critical documents having AWB no [protected]. Till date I havent received my documents, yet on checking status on website it shows the shipment has been delivered.
These documents are very critical and I cannot afford to get them misplaced or lost. In case I lose the documents who will take onus of the loss I have to bear.

My name is jagsir singh and i am from state punjab distt. sangrur city lehragaga village gobindpura jawaharwala pincode is 148031. my shipment is delivered to another person on 24 jan. but the team of blue dart courier say your parcel has not come when the parcel is coming then i was gaving to you.

My father is ex-service man he has applied for PAN card last month from NSDL.

Also NSDL had sent the PAN card through Blue dart courier on 14.03.17 as per way bill no. [protected] but your courier person has not come our home for deliver the above PAN card and mentioned that the nobody was available in home it is big surprised for us.

Sir, every time my father, my mother, my wife and other person is available at home 24 hour.

Now we once again request to NSDL for re-dispatch the above PAN card and NSDL shortly send the same through your courier.

You are requested on receipt please deliver the same on urgent basis as per following address.
