This is a very bad service from Blue Dart faced by me. Your person didn't come and update that I am not avaibale. By today you have to send because tomorrow morning I will go outside kolkata. I postponed my journey tomorrow because you update me today it will be delivered. Now your call center told it will come tomorrow. Kindly take necessary steps....

Hi,

delivery boy had not gone on my place but I got update ( Consignee Not Available).
please take right action as soon as possible and remove that update and update me because I was all available in office.

If not taken any action by your side I will take action on blue dart in consumer forum.

and Insure the delivery by tomorrow at 11.00 Am.

Blue dart vapi region is the worst service provider which keeps the parcel on hold for no reason. If we get such a pathetic service by spending more money, then we being a consignee this time should be carefull if we be a shipper in future.
Kindly take some initiative for their improvement in service.
This is not the first time I've faced it, it has happened couple of times.

My packet was reached blue dart office angul on 24.01.2017. Every day I call them. They told that now they deliver my packet. But 3 days over by this procedure. Still I am not receive my packet. This is my 3rd experience with this Blue Dart company.
Please take action against angul centre. Like my packet any one can suffer. Without taking action, they are careless and doing against law....

Sir my complaint to Onlineclues se h. Maine ek product buy kiya jo Bilkul difrent h. Maine onlineclues se case On delivery par bluedart ka 5 printed shirt buy kiya. Jo picture Dakh Kar kiya tha. Usme or jo Mujhe Diya gya bo Bilkul alag tha Maine phone duara Complaint ki to Koi Sunne ke liye tayar Nhi h. Mera Aapse request h ki aap Mari problem ko samjhe or us par karyabahi Kare. Aapki ati kerpa hogi.

The expected delivery date was 26 jan, 2017 i.e thusday. But the package is still in transit. And today is the 8th day since when I have sent you my package.Because of your poor service, I am not able to attend my exam. Who is going to take responsibility for it? This is the worst experience I have faced towards delivery of my Shipment. Blue Dart Courier employees and his office staff they are not doing their job seriously, they didn’t call me or message and not even visited at my home. Hi, Bluedart service as far as I know is good in all areas. But very very worst in Madurai. Kindly remove bluedart from Madurai. I am getting more than 200 items on my resident address in a year and out of 200 more than 50 items deliver by bluedart. But still they are not delivered some times and update status like

Consignee'S Address Incorrect
Premises is closed
Consignee not available etc.

And all those time I was at my home and same address used for all items. How can address is wrong? And they not even trying call me....

I am NRI and home town is Una-Gujarat (Pin:362560), I have very bad experience of Blue dart courier Una Branch. Any shipment arrive through Blue Dart, I have never received due to very poor management and care less behavior of Branch office. Every time they return back to Origin with stating that Address is not found. Recently my wife PAN card also returned with Way bill No:[protected].
