Regarding consignment no-[protected], i was out of station on 17/02/2017 and i informed them that i will be available on 20/02/2017 in the office. But for last three days no body contacted me for delivery. I am calling on phone number [protected] vgr service center indore but nobody is picking the phone. Please arrange to deliver the consignment between 10 am to 7 pm.

On going personally to blue dart I was not given my credit card though requesting to show all my proofs.i changed my residence address. I had delivered earlier from blue dart earlier by showing proofs .

    My bank sent me my credit on 18 feb and the 20 feb was the delivery date
    Then after tracking date was showing 21st of feb.
    It is 22nd feb and the courier still not deliver and now the customer care no and delhi office no of bluedart is not dailing and i have mailed also but there is no response come yet...
    And it is showing receiver has moved...

      In tracking status it is showing on 21February 2017, 'No Such Consignee At The Given Address' .But it is not the truth. No one has arrived at my address for delivery. So I request you to deliver today between[protected] hours . If not possible then deliver in between[protected] to my roommate.

        I don't have any complaint with flipkart online company.
        The reason why I have not accepted the packet is that the Bluedart courier serviceman in Dharamsala, Distt. Kangra, (H.P) who is supposed to deliver the package to me is not at all friendly. I don't know his name but his phone number is[protected]. He is supposed to deliver the package on the address given, but he always leave the package at the market and tell us to pick it up. We have been doing as he wants.

        On 16.02.2017 he was to deliver a cash on delivery package to us and on that day too, he didn't deliver the package at home, but told us to come somewhere to get our things and pay for it. We met at a place and we had argument regarding the delivery of the package at home. He wanted not to give us our package and without delivering the package, he went back and that is how we cancelled the order. This is the reason.

        I would like to place order from your online shopping in the future also, but I don't want to have it delivered by Blue Dart service in Dharamsala, Distt, Kangra in Himachal Pradesh.

              A consignment with the way bill number [protected] was to be delivered to me in G. K. 1 new delhi which falls under Nehru Place Delivery hub. For past one week i have been following up with them about the shipment status which has not been delivered yet. They have been updating the delivery status to "undelivered shipment" for almost a week. Even though i have personally visited their office twice and confirmed the location and contact information and even the timings of delivery, they have not contacted me even once and now have updated the status to "consignee shifted from location", even though i am always available at the address. They have been falsely updating the status every morning even without trying to deliver the pacakge. I was given the contact nimber of one Mr. Vikas who is in charge of the delivery at the location and had assured me that he will look into the matter, however even he has stopped taking my calls and i have only been getting false information so far.

              This is not the kind of service that one expects from a brand such as yours. Please look into the matter and get the shipment delivered as soon as possible. Below is my contact details.

                I had a parcel delivered from archies to gurgaon on 15th feb. But the recipient's mobile was off. The shipment was held on account of "need department name/extention number". I reached out to samreen, executive, who reverted that i need to give the dept. Name and the extn no. I accordingly and gave him the depart name and the extn no. However, he failed to respond anything for the attempt of the delivery till date. I have been daily following up for the attempt to deliver, but all in vain. Even, i tried calling the customer care number [protected] like endless times, but no body ever responds on that. I have also attached the screenshot for the delivery status.
                Very very very poor customer service

                  1. The delivery person came on 16 Feb 2017 at 17-51 hrs. Since I was not at home a 'Sorry' note was left.
                  2. The note did NOT give any contact telephone number for Blue Dart to check up on the delivery.
                  3. There was no prior intimation of the planned delivery. Such an intimation was given to me for my SBI Card two days ear;lier. This time no intimation.
                  4. There was no attempt to call or deliver again or check up on the delivery.
                  5. I traced the Blue Dart number on 20 Feb and called customer care.
                  6. I was told that now it woiuld take another 48 hours to deliver.
                  7. There was no apology for the non delivery. I was told that Blue Dart does not intimate deliveries regarding banks. This is false as I did get intimations earlier.
                  7. Extreemly rude behaviour of the customer care person.

                    This is regarding a shipment with way bill number awb[protected] of blue dart which was booked by “icici bank” through “blue dart” was reached ludhiana on 16/02/2017 at blue dart industrial area office

                    But can’t deliver at my address due to “consignee’s address incomplete/landmark needed”
                    I have updated my land mark by calling 24x7 blue dart customer care but no benefit still same remark

                    I have also try to call on local telephone no of blue dart given on the site but no one pick that phone only after trying approx. 50 time one lady pick the phone say please try on this no “[protected]” then i try this many time on body picking this no at least at mid-day of saturday 18/02/2017 he pick the phone and say please call phool chand at this no “[protected]” and i am calling on this no since mid-day of saturday 18/02/2017 and i have call approx. 1000 time only one sound come

                    I request you to please give some extra money to phool chand so that he can recharge his phone so that he can call me to receive my courier

I Ajeesh Thulaseedharan is about to receive a document from my HDFC bank and have all the valid documents to prove the same. Due to just an absence of the Block NO in my address my courier is lying with your Delhi branch. The given address is registered in my bank account and the same is used for all legal related work. I request to assist me in this case because if there is any issue that you cannot deliver without a block no, I am ready to come to the said branch and collect my document else you can also deliver the same to my new changed address (office address) which would be updated in the account within 7-10 working days from now.

                      I am in absolute need of the document and need your kind assistence on the same.

                        There were 2 times my order was been couriered through bluedart. The concerned branch is located in borivali, Chikuwadi. First time the person over there called me up saying my courier was been sent but they could not find my address and hence i had to pick up the courier from the bluedart chikuwadi.

                        i recently ordered a cheque. And the cheque was been couriered to the address from where i have been shifted(Although i currently stay in the same locality). The courier over there was not been received. But the courier person did not even call me for any details. i tracked the courier on this saturday 20 feb through blue dart website, but the details showed my courier was delivered to a location(Goregaon) where i have never been resided. I have been Trying to call the Bluedart office(sat18-2-17 and Monday 20-2-17) in chikuwadi. But they are not receiving my call and sometimes the line is busy. What kind of service is this? [protected] is my new waybill no... [protected] is the old waybill no... pls check into the matter...

                          A worst courier company ...ajc service centre the courier person does not come to the address with the parcel and gives feedback that address is incomplete. I have been staying at the same address for last 10 years then how the hell the address is incomplete...at 1.22 pm the courier guy leaves from his address to reach my place and at 1.40 pm the address becomes incomplete. In a matter of 18 mins the address is incomplete. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW ? Please contact at shruti.[protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]

                            This is regarding a shipment with way bill number [protected] which was couriered on 16 Feb and supposed to reach on 17 Feb. But when we checked the status it said the shipment was out for delivery, which later changed to Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed. We live in a society and somebody is at home always. After getting this update when we checked at the main gate (which is open 24*7) we got to know that nobody from bluedart came to delivery the shipment. And also we did not got a call from the courier person on the number mentioned on the shipment. and now the status on the website says that Undelivered Shipment Held At Location. Dont understand why is the status so and also when we tried to contact the customer service nobody has a clue about the shipment. Can somebody please help us locate the shipment as it has some important documents. Need to get an update asap.

But your field boy dint come to the adrress and not picking up my fone and I called him.many times...how your staff work like this...please.tell him to behave like a human not like an animal...his no.                                 As per online tracking and frequent follow up first told it will deliver by today I e 17/02/2017

                                Now at 6.45 they updated not possible to deliver the material, although it's a highly urgent material related to a conference which is going to start from tomorrow morning 8.30 am

                                Moreover customer care no are very rarely available.so please do the needful.

                                  Sir,

                                  I booked a blue dart parcel under critically urgent category on 16th Feb 2017 from Pune to Ahmedabad with consignment no [protected]. It was supposed to reach before 12pm on 17th feb 2017 for which i paid rs 500. but delivery was made around 1530hrs (3.5hrs later than the scheduled time). 17th feb being a saturday, offices got closed at 2pm and now i am facing a loss of Rs 4748. I kindly request you to look into the matter. i want either a valid justification of the late delivery of i want blue dart to pay appropriate compensation of the negligence.

                                  It was booked under criticality urgent category for which I paid rs 500. It was promised that my documents will be delivered by 12pm on 17th Feb but even 3om today blue dart do not have any idea about the delivery. It has huge financial implications on me for which I can produce documents also. I request if I can get a justified explanation or blue dart should be fined

                                    Myself Ramesh Kumar Mishra my shipment was booked on 15-02-17 but the same was not delivered on cut off time 16-02-17 and even it was not delivered on 17-02-17 and on[protected] my office is suppose to be closed so it will not be delivered on[protected] either.
                                    And one more thing when I contacted customer care and asked them to deliver this on first half of[protected]. they refused to do so.

                                    This does not meet the service standards of Blue Dart. Please look into the matter and let me know accordingly.

                                      Hello team,

                                      My credit card has expired and i am waiting for the new card which is being held by your delivery executive.

                                      1) how is bluedart concerned about my employer?
                                      The executive who called me today (After your assurance email) states that "as you are not working with hsbc currently, we will not deliver the card. The card will be returned back. You can complain to anyone you wish" the phone number from which 3 calls were made and subsequent denial was shared is: [protected]

                                      - is bluedart supposed to do the pre-checks of my employment before delivering the consignment?
                                      - what legal standing does the courier service have in seeking such personal/sensitive information?
                                      - are you seeking sensitive information for any undue use of this?
                                      - is it a policy by bluedart to seek employment and other sensitive/personal information before delivering consignments?

                                      2) i am being contacted by the delivery agent after 7 days of holding the consignment; while the tracking status was being updated with various reasons.

                                      - do you give freehand to your delivery agents to update false information on tracking page
                                      - don't you have a mechanism to check if the da has really contacted the customer or attempted delivery?
                                      - do you let your das speak and behave rudely and unruly with the customers?
                                      - is it - 'because of customers that bluedart exists' or is it - 'because of you (Bluedart) that customers exist'

                                      3) bluedart is acting like an extortion company!
                                      You are holding my consignment which is a credit card and playing a game of extortion without delivering it to me. The worst part is the false updation of tracking and seeking sensitive information and denying delivery basis my employment.

                                      I received another package from your bluedart safely and ontime. Check this tracking:-your amazon order with blue dart awb# [protected] was delivered at 1134 on 16-feb-17 to self.
