Today I have visit blue dart courier 3:45pm at morbi office to collect my credit card of ICICI bank, I have checked online status shipment is received today at morbi office but I don't understand that why the courier boy has not given the shipment and why told me that shipment will reached tomorrow at morbi.

It is very urgent for me . Today I want delivery at my house because other days I will not be present at home.

This is the dissatisfied and very poor service.

    I am unable to receive my credit card which has been returned 3-4 times with vague and useless excuses by bluedart . The delivery person is simply giving false comments on the tracking portal . I am really annoyed and I don't understand how can well known company behave like this. My waybill number is [protected] . Please at least give a call to the person who is supposed to receive the parcel .

    ask them to call the needed person even at once . If they are incapable to place a call then at least ask from the consumer to pay for the phone bill. It would be less problematic

      I have my way bill no [protected] for which have selected delivery date 11/02/17 but till date not received my product even I have called u r customer service centre and your staff don't even reply properly and answered in a very bad way. Used very bad language this is how u provide serviced to the customers?

      I have even asked u r staff to give Me details as there is no update by site so she told that when delivered u will get u r product I don't know anything. She don't even reply for the questions what the hell is this?

      I left office very early since 2 days, now i can't ask them again for early to come home.

        Delivery boy did not carry swipe machine for card payment. next day when I reached to make card payment at Blue dart center, Basni, Jodhpur (Raj) the swipe machine was out of service.
        this is worse service I have everseen in era of online payment facility.

        My consignment Tracking number is [protected]. and still not delivered after 24 hrs.

          Sad mrng for me...

          I'm Elavendhan frm Chennai..and this is my Training num [protected] as per ur reports ..

          I lost my HDFC debit card on last month.. And apply for ne card..and the new card was send to u on Feb 1st..

          And u will send a msg as "ur card was deliverd with in 4days"..

          I dnt know..still 4 days r not move for u..

          While I check the tracking Id on ur website.. Its shows undeliverable due to restricted area..

          My doubt is..
          " Why ur team can't contact me on the time of reach my area?"

          I[censored] think its unwanted to deliver?

          Or i[censored] think I dnt have any other work to do...

          Or u want some legal actions for this?

          Bcz it my bank debit card..
          I am unable to get my salary tell date..

          I[censored] can survive life without money?
          I have lot of commitments on my salary.. Every thing was now spoiled due to ur unprofessional work..

          I very serious.. If my card was can't believe before today eve.

          I sure, I will raise a legal complaints against u and raise a voice as a journalist..

          I dnt want ur explanation of this irritating work..
          I need my card before today eve 6..

            Hi,

            My packet was shipped from Mumbai on 9th Jan 2017. I didn't receive any packet and when I am tracking it using online tracking tool it is showing message me that packet has been delivered on 18th Jan 2017 to Abhishek. This is my name and from 1st Jan I am at London how can simply they say packet is delivered while I was not there. I called to respected blue dart center but no proper response even they cut my call and after that they are not picking any call from my no.

            It really very disappointing for me. all courier guys are stupid person they don't know how to talk with customer.

            My packet is containing some important document, I would request you kind do needful.

              For last three days the status of my product is showing "product shipment held at location" and no response have been given from the company regarding by issue, neither they have contacted me for the delivery of the product. please look into this issue and solve my problem as early as possible because there is an important document in my shipment.

                The delivery guy in Bangalore who delivered my order from Koovs.com with Bluedart awb # [protected] around 12:00 on 11th Feb, 2017 holding phone number [protected] at the time of delivery whose name, when I asked, is Siddharth (not sure of its true) was shouting at me to give the money fast as soon as he arrived saying the vehicle is waiting and complained about my cancelling a different order I had placed earlier since I was out of the country. His complaint was that he came for the delivery and I was not home. What happened is, in Koovs.com there is no option to cancel on the app once the order is in progress and the order is not the only thing I think about everyday so I did not cancel before and after leaving. It can happened to anyone once or twice which I think is normal. However, first of all, he has no right to tell me what I should cancel or not, it is upto me. Secondly, there is no point talking about an order cancelled two/three weeks ago. And shouting and telling me rudely that last time he had to cancel the order because I was not home is totally an unacceptable manner. I wouldn't have minded if he said it normally if not nicely but shouting like an uncivilized is beyond the limits. He had even cancelled this order since I was in a meeting at the office when he called to deliver the first time on Friday around 10am. But i called customer care to deliver again and so all this happened at the time of the delivery. I know that it is irritating when someone doesn't answer the call or is not home at the time of delivery but people cannot stay at home and stop working waiting for the delivery either. So he is not supposed to cancel it unless it exceeds the limit of delivery attempts. Having said all this, please train your delivery agents how to treat customers and have some common sense of talking. Please note that I am not implying this to all of the delivery agents you have. Thank you.

                  I had opted for return of a damaged product which I got it from everstylish.com before 2 weeks... a person from blue dart came to my house n got d product which had both the customer and return delivery address.. the person did not give me any slip but got the product.. but still I recieve mails from everystylish.com dat dey did not receive d product. It has been since 2 weeks d person got d product from me... and I gave a complaint in mail to bluedart customer care but der was no reply...

                      I had send one document through Bluedart, Kerala on 6-2-2017 to Kalyan, Maharashtra.till this time the recepient hasn't delivered the document.lwent and complaint about this to Dombivli.and the company showed that they have received my documents in the office.But why this much delay to deliver it to the person which I mentioned.Too late to deliver items from ur company.please take necessary actions to make it faster....

                      I book my parcel on 28 Feb 17 at Guwahati for pin code 274001 nd it reach at destination hub on 6 Feb 17 and he has not given a call i reach at hub though he has not given parcel nd on 9th feb he returned my parcel at origin. On this pin code 274001 one more time it happened same he never gives a call or whenever we call him he told there is no parcel for dis name. My tracking id is [protected]

                        Deliver delayed 2 days, says the reason "Need Department Name/Extention Number" . How the reason become like this, because they know my cell phone number already, they have not called me to it. They have reached at our address couple of times before, for past few consignment.( I have attached Tracked Info of failed consignment and successful consignment too).

                              Bluedart is delaying delivery of two products with waybill number, [protected] and [protected], though the product has reached its delivery place which is bareilly, but they are making excuse that the entry is restricted, but there is no such issue as the products have been delivered earlier too by bluedart on same address, and over that they have not contacted us for the same on phone if there is any such problem, so they making excuse, kindly look in to the matter.

                                My Ref no. Is EV[protected] is showing at dtd 9th Feb. 2017 at Parvati office at 14.00 pm. But the delivery boy called me today (10 Feb 2017) from his office Parvati, Gultekadi, Pune 411037 and saying the address is wrong ; so i can't delivered your parcel before reaching delivery location. I.e. He is avoiding his duty and irritating the customer designedly. So plz take action on delivery boy to increase your customer satisfaction.

                                  I HAD ORDERED mi phones through MI portal for me. All of the item were despatched through Bluedart Courier service and all of the 4 items were at my delivery location i.e. Tohana on 9th February 2017. But the delivery boy of Bluedart Tohana has not deliver my couriers to me. In the evening when i, myself approach your bluedart office. Your office boys said me that they can't give me my parcels and they will definitely delivery all the 4 parcels to me on the next day i.e. On 10th February. So i came home.

                                  But after some time around 9.29 pm i received a messages from bluedart saying that your

                                  Your Xiaomi Order with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] was delivered at 2108 on 09-FEB-17 to TILAK

                                  Then the same time i called to your local delivery office for the complaint that i had not

                                  received my item then how can you update like that you had delivered the time. The person on the other side misbehaved with me and put down his phone.

                                  Later on around 10.37 pm i got 3 messages from bluedart indicating that i had canceled the delivery of the items i had ordered.

                                  Sir/madam how could be possible that how irresponsible person has you engaged for service.
                                  In fact the item i had ordered was Mi phone which are now very difficult to buy easily as it happens only in limited sale by MI. And my first parcel which is showing delivered has been sold in sold market or to someone else on high rates by your bluedart office Tohana.

                                  When i asked for the same and complaint about the non receipt of parcel he misbehaved me and also canceled the delivery of all my parcels. out of all 1 parcel he had sold in local market.

                                  I request you to please take disciplinary action against the person behind this. The number i had used to talk with your bluedart Tohana is [protected].

                                  I also want the delivery of my parcel to me at the earliest.

                                      Sir, It would be difficult to deliver the product on time but if done properly there will be less trouble faced by the customer.
                                      home delivery was not made by those courier services in Aizawl they refused it and let down their customer due to their negligence and greediness.customer, they themselve have to collect their order at the courier service center, it was a big burden for the people solve it Please!
