I sent following mail to Blue Dart customer care.
HI,
AWB No. : [protected].
Thru online (Blue Dart Website), Before delivering this assignment I requested to contact me @[protected] as this delivery has to be given only to my hand. I am not available @my house address during office hours.
First, at 11:23A.M 23rd.Dec2016, I received a mail from [protected]@bluedart.com stating consignment not reached Kolkata (despatched from Delhi on 22nd.Dec2016). But within 2-3hour blue dart delivery person, without calling me, went to my home to deliver this. I was not there at home.
Blue dart has well defined system for tracking etc but Blue dart didn't listen to the customer what requested for thru online tracking system.
Before delivering, no one called me.
Moreover delivery person should rang the calling bell of my house couple of times & wait someone to come from inside the house. Without doing this he just quietly wrote "Miss you" slip & pushed off hurriedly. Why so hurry?
IS BLUE DART HURRY NOT TO DELIVER THE CONSIGNMENT RATHER TO RETURN IT.
This is not the first time it happened.
Please ensure Kolkata-Jadavpur office's delivery person to call me tomorrow(24th.Dec) for timing of my availability @my home and deliver it tomorrow.
Otherwise, if not delivered it properly to me, I am compelled to escalate it to higher authority.

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This has reference to the query/complaint raised by you.
