    Trishul n Pawan had come bought our delivery they take back the delivery without calling us. We are waiting for that documents. They should have at least us before leaving. Have asked my neighbour to take the documents. This is very unprofessional just hate this thing. U people have our numbers still.. very bad service. Have never expected this from blue dart. Those delivery boy should have at called us very wrong at their part.. please it's a request i[censored] are sending someone n those people are not there plz ask them to call..

        It's really sad to expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional service from blue dart.
        I've ordered a product on eBay.in, it was to be delivered between 2-4th Jan2017.
        As usual the product was not delivered on time other than that the product is been held at your CP facility mentioning the c'nee shifted from the given address.
        The fact is the shipper never contacted me for the delivery of the product, & updated the status without the knowledge of the customer.
        To add to it nobody at the BlueDart office is available on call to answer the query .

              Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is insufficient address. The same has been re-dispatched on 02-Jan-2017 by Registered/Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA[protected]IN, at the address for communication indicated by you in the application.

On inquiring from the office of blue dart at dehradun it is informed by them that the same has been returned to the sender without any reason

                  The above item booked from Ambala on 2.1.17 for Lucknow
                  which forwarded from Kanpur to Lucknow ( about 80 Km.Distance ) at. 10.30 AM on 5.1.17 we came to know on chasing from Kanpur office accordingly as advice Our Staff reach 2.00 pm at LKO office in Transport Nagar Lucknow to take the delivery being item urgently required.
                  Lucknow office denied the delivery and ask we will get unload in late hours
                  any way our staff came back
                  On chasing on Ph[protected] at 11.00 am person ask to make delivery in late office hours while Transport nagar to Alambagh Distance is about 5 km and moreover which is on connecting road to City However we requested for delivery before Lunch which Lucknow office also denied
                  we were not expecting so poor and unco-operative services from the Blue Dart

                    I am sivabrahmam.chejarla am the customer of hdfc bank .my home branch is chandanagar, Hyderabad . am living in erragadda, hederabad-500018. I was applied new debit card it's coming by bluedart courier it's. I saw tracking details it's showing from past 3 days anword out for delivery and delay for beyond control like that .I was called to bluedart courier coatemer care but those are told to today will deliver surely like that on working time after working time those told to tomorrow will deliver sure like that from 3 days anwords. I was attached my tracking details sir. My feed back is bluedart courier is worrest one is in all couries please don't prefer that courier sir ... I am expecting after few day those will tell costemer not available in address and not working phone like that. My phone is working condition and am always staying in home past 3 days next 3 days also. So please rectify my problem sir

                          Respected Sir/Ma'am,
                          We learnt from Amazon.com's e-mail dated 22.12.2016 that a cheque has been sent through Blue Dart. We waited for this cheque from this date all day long till night as we have not been informed about the approx. delivery date from Blue Dart or from Amazon.com.
                          However, we have not yet received the said cheque till today. It is very surprise to note that we have not yet received any response or message or telephone call from your end or from Amazon.com about this matter.
                          We learnt from the 'Blue Dart Courier Tracking' (Way Bill no.:[protected]) that the said cheque has been ' Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request' on '27-Dec-2016 ' stating a fake reason ' C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address' whereas we are staying at the given address and waiting for the courier person to receive the said cheque.
                          We have mentioned the mobile number . But, the Courier delivery person had not contacted with me that he was at our door (gate) to deliver the said cheque. Even, we did not get any sound from the courier person about knocking at the gate or any voice call for delivering the 'CHEQUE'.
                          It is not clear to us that as to why did the courier delivery person not attempt to contact with us by means of mobile, any sound or any voice call where we are always at our home?
                          However, you are requested to please take stern action to the Courier delivery person as he did not come to our residence at "C-303, TALWANDI, (Near Emmanuel Mission School), KOTA-324005, Rajasthan" to deliver the said Cheque to us for any day.He has given the false statement to the Tracking.How he knew that we(Consignee) have been shifted from the given address.Who told him that we have been shifted from this given address? Please, inform us the name and address of that person who told the said courier person about our shifting. If he(courier person) learnt from that very person about our shifting, why he did not see or search about our presence at the given address?
                          As we are always at our residence, there is no lock at the gate from the outside. So, it transpires that someone was at the residence. Why did he hear anybody's statement where we are staying here?
                          Please, arrange to send a team with your higher officers to the said residence o[censored]s at TALWANDI to examine as to whether we have been shifted from this given address.
                          Why he gave the false statement to Blue Dart and made a great mischief to us.Who will compensate for our huge loss of time, perseverance and financial loss. If your team doesn't pay a visit to examine as to whether we have been shifted from the given address, you will compel us to inform the matter to media.

                            Dear Sir/Ma'am
                            Blue Dart courier service brand advertise it as the best and on time delivery service in India. However, my experience with it says that they are making fool of public and are just giving fake adds.

                            Let's come to the issue. I am a PhD research scholar and currently I am working in Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan, HP. It is a big University and daily numerous posts and courier are delivered here by other courier service providers.
                            However whenever a courier arrives with "Blue dart" they never delivers it here, they just say its "out of delivery are". If the courier is "cash on delivery" parcel they never deliver it to the address mentioned and never give a call to the customer on time. They simply call late and say that you have a parcel collect it from our office in Solan (HP) in 3-4 h or we will send it back. We have to left all our important work and rush to them.
                            If its prepaid parcel then they don't even bother to call and simply send it back.

                            Recently they sent my 2 parcels back without bothering to inform me and call me up. One of them was an online purchase, that I don't care about much. But still it is their duty to inform me before shipping it back. Sending it back without informing me is not justifiable at any cost.

                            The other one they just send back was very important parcels and they should be made answerable for that. That courier was having biological sample "cell-line" from NCCS Puna. I have waited 3 months for this and when I finally received it, they just sent it back without even bothering to call me. Due to it, 3-4 month of my research work is delayed. I have to again wait for it.

                            It is a very big mental harassment. I want a proper action to be taken against them and necessary compensation for the loss occurred due to their negligence.

                              I have two items with blue dart to be delivered to me.
                              One prepaid order for which the update on 29 Dec shows attempted delivery, department extension number not available.
                              The other one is from bank and for this too same explanation given for non delivery.
                              I had given the same residential address for both and I didn't not receive any SMS or call attempting to deliver the items

                              And today after contacting the blue dart customer care, even after clarifying so much he was telling me that he has to confirm which address he should deliver though he was reading out the same address and phone number as I had given and wanted the items to be delivered. And he said he would deliver it in 2 days time.
                              Very poor service, extremely callous attitude and taking customers for granted.

                              I should wait only because Blue dart thinks my residential address is department address and every department must have an extension number and every employee must be available in that extention whenever Blue dart decides to deliver his/her items !!!?????!!!

                                We would like to inform you that the package was delivered on 15th oct to ms. Sailaja..
                                The above doesn't even stay in my apartment and i don't understand where my card went..

                                  Dear Blue dart,

                                  Today I had a surprising yet disappointing experience with Blue Dart Delivery man - Prakash Rakshe, Pimple Saudagar Region, Pune - Maharastra.

                                  I had a consignment that had to be delivered to me sent from my bank that is Citi bank. The delivery man came to my address, met me, but surprisingly only to inform me that he is not going to deliver the packet to me. The only reason he cited was the address was not mentioned as per his wish.
                                  My actual address is "Flat no. 102, Sai-Nisarg Park, Phase 2, BLDG B, Wing A, Pimple Saudagar". And this was exact address what was mentioned on the packet. I have all of my government address proof like Aadhar card, Electricity bill and also PAN card, Voter card etc. I even showed him my original Aadhar card. And you know no one can question the address in the Aadhar card, issued by the Government of India, which matches my full name and my address. But this man wanted the address to be written as "B(oblique) / A" (indicating that BLDG B and Wing A). It clearly seemed it was his own wish about the way address should be written.

                                  I asked his name and he said :Prakash Rakshe:. I also informed him that while I have all the required address proof matching the address and name shown on the packet, he still denied delivering the packet to me. I tried to explain him in all possible manners and he was in no mood to listen. Even he ignored witnesses of my neighbors. I have taken the photo of that packet and have attached here. See the pen mark on the packet where he wrote explaining that he wants the address to be written as "B/A", instead of "wing A, BLDG B (as is actually on the packet)".

                                  Now my question comes. While I have all the required address proofs to show to him, what rights he has to determine the way address should be written ? Is he the collector of the Pune district ? He asked me to email the bank, change the address and have the bank to resend my consignment. Why would I do that ? My bank has registered my address after verifying all the needed documents.

                                  He was very rude and seemed illiterate to understand the concept of the address or the government id cards.
                                  I need this to be escalated to the highest level within your company due to the agony caused due to this. I stay at this address from past 5 years and have recieved numerous couriers and posts. Who is responsible if that was an important consignment ?

                                  Coming to my address, checking my proof and providing nonsense reasons of not delivering is something which Blue dart values does not fit into. If this continues to happen with other customers of bluedart then surely there is no way Blue dart can go further.

                                      They are very lazy fellows who are working in Nelamangala shipping hub which was located at Bangalore city in Karnataka state. I applied for credit card thrice but that courier boys are sent back the courier parcel without contacting me, as I checked status of courier it was showing consignee address not incorrect, please take serious action about that godown as I mentioned above

                                        I, d.V.R kumar working as a cheif office supperindent(personnel)
                                        of east coast railways, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh.

                                        Submit the following with deep regret for immediate action in view of demonetisation.

                                        Due to misplacement of my hdfc debit card, i have been applied for afresh one through the bank of hdfc online in the last week of december-2016 as most urgent.Accordingly, the debit card along with cheque book dispatched by the hdfc bank on[protected] through blue dart courier.

                                        On date[protected], a courier from blue dart has come to my residence bungalow no-706 at 17:00hrs and demand to show the aadhar card of my son (preparing for iit exams) to deliver the shipment-[protected] i.E;hdfc debit card along with cheque book to him.After searching at least 20 minutes it is noticed that there is no aadhar card available in my residence.The same has been explored by my son over phone call.Therefore, i requested the courier boy who brought the said shipment to be delivered at my office itself instead of residence as there is no time slot/prior intimation by the blue dart.But the courier boy refused my request and stated that the shipment will be delivered at residence itself as per rules.

                                        Again the courier boy came to my residence at 19:00hrs on date[protected] to deliver the shipment in my favour.But he refused to deliver the shipment to me and demanded for aadhar card.In this connection, i demanded for the rule position in delivering the shipment to the customer.Hence, the manager of blue dart has also been demanded for aadhar card to deliver the shipment.Again, i asked the manager a copy of rule position or transferring the rule position at least to my email in delivering the shipment.He abruptly refused and will return the shipment to the hdfc bank.

                                        It is unfortunate and deeply regret to state that the delivery time slot has been informed from blue dart as sms alert on date i.E; 3rd january 2017 at 09:27pm vide shipment-[protected].Besides this, it is also noticed that blue dart tried to deliver the said shipment between the time slot(16:00hrs to 19:00hrs)mon-sat.

                                        In view of the above, i request your good self to supply the copies of rule position/direction either from the hdfc bank or blue dart in delivering the shipment to the customer as early possible otherwise i will knock the doors of honourable court as i faced lot of inconvenience by the staff of blue dart during the period of demonetisation.
