        Worst customer care... They do not provide proper information.

        They claim that they deliver all over world and they can not deliver in talwade it park where 3 big companies are there.

        Hell with your service...

        I still do not understand the meaning of prohibited area (Eon it park)... Is it pok where terrorist will kill your staff?

          Dear Customer Care Executive,

          This is the most worst experience I have faced towards delivery of my parcel Blue Dart Courier, employ not do their job seriously they do not call us to make sure that you have a courier. is it the correct address or not.
          ​am expecting delivery of my parcel which has been shipped by iredeem(AxisBank) via way bill no-Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : 97375 by bluedart courier. Parcel was out for delivery on 08 December 2016, from mumbai, I have made many calls & requests for supplying my parcel on priority despite nothing has been done. When I again tracked after some time, I have shocked & surprised to see a fake & false remark of is SHIPMENT DELIVERED to "Consignee Kaveri" with timing 13:08. i clearly mentioned my address that # 110 Kaveri nadi road, brundavan nagar, gavipuram extn, bangalore-560019.with phone no who is that "Kaveri" ?did they took any acknowledgement Signature? i[censored] have taken the signature then i want a copy of that letter. ​Atleast the curior boy should call to me on my cell number so that i can convey the right message or else i can contact him This fraudulent act of courier company has caused me great mental agony. I want my parcel on urgent basis.

            I arvind kumar agrawal has to receive my standard chartered credit card via waybill # [protected] which bear address house no 139 gali no 1A bhudatt colony on monday. It is my Inlaws house my mother in law went to Aligarh UP I ask to deliver to Me or My wife there without opening house as shey carries key with her but denied.

            I went to Office addressed Faridabad but denied for delivey but again denied then I told for hold for one more day but tried to deliver yesterday again and denied to give me it again.

            today I asked Mr CP sharma at faridabad office mob no [protected] to deliver it then He is denying to deliver it to my mother In law alongwith my ID PROOF ADHAR CARD.

            I am unable to understand that IS company for serving Consumers or to threaten them. Resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              Today i received a message stating that my package from amazon could not be delivered. I am extremely surprised since this is a second time it is happening with Blue Dart. The previous occasion i lost 2000 Rs worth product.

              My house is never closed. We have a person at home all the time. Kindly investigate into this matter. I am not sure your delivery person is being honest. I dont want to lose another 1500 rs worth product again.

              Please deliver my amazon product asap.

                Hope you are doing well.

                Its been 3 days my package is undelivered. Currier guy has called and confirmed the address many times still I didn't receive my parcel. This is ery unprofessional from your end.

                I have paid full amount of my device and I expect my parcel delivery as soon as possible. Else I will have to talk to company owners from where I ordered phone about this.

                Let me know what is the issue, and why it's not been delivered yet.

The package arrived on 15/12/16 from Mumbai and on 16/12/16 the package came to the blue dart main branch in Gurgaon and I still not get it my package its very bad bad bad service of the blue dart.You all are a blue dart employee is a workless people you all are mother [censored]er.

                  This is to bring your kind notice that i have not got the courier as expected date is over. As i am tracking, it is showing that guy saw "prohibited area" signage at entry point at 16:49 pm.
                  My point is that why my courier is not returned, no call & message to me. Your delivery boy visited our back side entry gate and return.

                  I will appreciate if you look into the issue on priority as document is very important and any latency in this will prove very costly. Please close the case asap before i escalate the matter on high level.

                  Is this customer service given by the company who's name is blue dart.

                  I need the response on urgently. At lleast a call from your side is expected by 12.00 pm.
                  I am very sad...

                        I was told that the courier from Citibank will be delivered today - 21.12.2016 as I was not available yesterday. I was told it will be delivered btw 12 PM to 6 PM but till now I have not got the courier. I have been waiting all day at home. I gave call to Customer care number four times and they said they are on Thier way and parcel will be delivered today but no one came. When I gave call for fifth time the customer care is now saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I had cancelled all my appointments and stayed back today but no use.                           I am currently still waiting for 2 parcels being delivered by blue dart. The first was shipped on 8/12/16 and has since been lost after failing to be delivered. The company have given up with blue dart and will use a different company to deliver at their own personal cost.

                          The second parcel was returned to sender after initially being shipped on 8/12/16 also. It is now in Lucknow but the driver is not answering his phone and the office will tell me nothing more than it is out for delivery.

                          Every other company that has delivered to us in the last 3 weeks (and there are many) has had no problems with delivery. Our children are waiting for their winter school uniforms and I am waiting for a present.

                          We are very very upset about this company's service.

                            Our order was 19/12/2016 it has to pick on same day but today 21/12/2016
                            no pick up till now and the order was from shopclues
                            our other order before this was not pick up by bluedart for that we have to cancellation charge.
                            before these there another chance were it rto means order not accepted and when it comes return to us it was open and used also .

                              Hello,
                              I Just got a message that the above waybill shipment is undelivered due to "Consignee Not Available". Let me tell you since morning my wife is at home and she did not heard any doorbell since morning.

                              and even if there is no person available at the mentioned address then why the guy didn't call on my cell?
                              How can he mention Consignee Not Available without visiting\checking the house???

                              Moreover i had called more than 3-4 times on customer care number[protected] and when I press 9 to talk to the executive then there is no voice from other end, it's stays silent.

                              This is serious issue needs to taken as consideration.Please take some action again the person who is responsible for this wrong status update and deliver me product as soon as possible.

My Father PAN card is Coming twice from Mumbai through Blue Dart Courier, But Your Local courier office not delivered at that address and returned it Back. Also in the past i am facing this type of problem just bcoz of Blue Dart courier and on that time they given reason this is not in Our Area, while My Home is just 3.5 KM from Your Local Office and in the Premises of City Saharanpur. if My Address is not covered by Blue Dart, than why should you Booked the any Parcel or Document for My address, and if you are Booked than assure to deliver in Time. while all Other Courier provided Delivery at My Address, But still i can't understand what is the Problem with Blue Dart. So Request you to please look in this Matter and resolve the problem as early as possible.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I applied for credit card from icici bank approx a month ago. It was expected to be delivered at my doorstep by 15th of december 2016 but already it has been delayed and negative information gets updated everytime on the portal of the website. The information on the website says that the “delivery attempted-premises closed” but i was available all day long at my address. So here, the wrong information has been updated by the courier delivery representative and there was no attempt made for the delivery.

                                    The waybill no is : [protected] and the reference no is : [protected]

                                    Today i was waiting again at my home address but the courier partner came to my office address but the current location for me has been changed due to internal business requirement of my company and i asked the guy to wait there itself so that i can reach at that address to take my card. I started to run from my current office to the office where your courier delivery partner was waiting but he left from the address after promising that he will wait. Then he asked me to come at his place randomly, i even went there but after reaching there he asked for rs.100/- inr as a bribe before handing over the credit card to me. I denied this concern and then he switched off his phone straightaway. Now tell me what is happening and provide proper justification otherwise i will escalate this issue to even higher authority in this courier sector.
                                    I went 25 kms running with my car to get my card but he switched off his phone just because i denied his offer of bribe of rs.100/-. I still don’t have my card in hand and it has been delayed by 10 days because of this guy. This is seriously pathetic. Provide justification.

                                      Delivery boy did not visit the (Delivery location) and said address to be incorrect in the statues. Its very disappointed to learn such thing, as there is very important document you people dealing with? You should personally take care to avoid the failure of the delivery. Its second time i'm having such kind of experience by blue dart express.
                                      Delivery boys are having very bad approach toward delivery important document. The issue came in my notice just because i do have certain access to electronic and media platform but the people who are not educated or never used internet service will be always failure and stucked because of your irresponsible work attitude.

                                        The worst service i ever experienced. I will never do any dealings with blue dart and will suggest to my friends also.

                                        I was in my office, the quire person was at my home, i asked him to come office but he said no which is acceptable.

                                        I asked him to wait for 5 minute he said ok, i drove my bike faster by taking risk and reached home within 5 minutes he was not there.

                                        Instead of making my self-coming like that he could have simply said “no”.

                                        I tried to reach the same number i received but i cannot, within 10 minute i revised below massage from you guys.
                                        “waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Please contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days.”
