I placed an order for Sony Headphones through Rediffmail Shopping and the same was dispatched from Patiala on 31.10.16 and reached Dharamshala on 03.11.16.The Airway Bill No. is [protected].I posted several request on blue Dart feedback and also tried calling the local Blue Dart Courier Agency in Dharamshala at Gurdwara Road at no. [protected] but nobody attended this phone.Again tried calling them today 08.11.16 at 11:25 hrs. but did not attended the call.Continuously called them up then Nitin attended the call I shared the tracking number but he has no cle...

I have couriered a package dated 27th october to mumbai with consignment number-[protected]. And my issue is that i think i have been overcharged as the receipt I got is with inr 2070, but i paid him 2760. so its your responsibilty to either give me the corrected invoicew or i want my money back.

Bank had sent a confidential document in my name through blue dart. On blue dart site it is showing that the courier has been delivered to me when in reality i have not got the courier and i was also not present in city on the day in which it was delivered. I am not able to get in touch with any bluedart person. Request your help in this. the document was very necessary and important for me.

M waiting for shipment since Nov 5, by eve I get a msg that delivery failed, consigne NT available. I don't get a cal & m home waiting even today. I called thrice today & I was told ill receive it by eve. I told them m home, I called again at 4.30 & was told to wait till 6 & yet again I get d same msg. There is nobody calling or coming with d parcel which is extremely impt as I have my glasses in it & m resuming work tom. Whoever is out with that courier is giving wrong info & he's definitely not doing his job right as M at home all day & the cust service did not keep their promise that they would call me back at d time of shipment. I NEED IT TOM B4 11.AM after which I won't b available as M going to work

I have booked for delivery on 31st November from Bangalore to Kolkata. While booking It was told that the Item will be delivered on 3rd November as I booked for Express Delivery and I paid high for that and this should be delivered within 48 hrs. The Item was very critical and requires urgent delivery but till now didn't get delivered. I have followed up to the service team but they are not giving any update.

I had heard a lot about delivery timelines of Bluedart but this has been a very very bad and worse experience.

Please do the needful as this is the last follow-up that I can do from my side.
Still I didn't get any update then I have to take action from my side.

I had ordered product from amazon with tracking i'd: [protected]. The product is in belgaum warehouse from october 27th, and it has still not been delivered. And the staff of yours are asking me to come and collect the product. If i have to collect why the he'll should i pay delivery charges. And your employees don't have manners to speak they where rude to speak. And i had complained about the same with customer care. But did not receive any feedback. Please look into this orelse i am going to consumer forum and will ensure strict action is taken.

!!!Bluedart your service very Pathetic, Shameful, Fraudulent, Irresponsible, Unreliable. Sorry to say.

Concern: I have not received my ICICI debit card parcel which was dispatched on 29th Oct-16 from bluedart Awb#[protected]. Track on http://bluedart.in/?[protected].

On 31st Oct-16, I received a message saying that, it was already got delivered on my registered home address on 29th Oct-16 and have received by person name "Archana". But we don't have any person name "Archana" at my family or anyone in our building nor any "Blue dart courier" had visited at our society on 29th Oct-16.

Can you please take this as complaint and let me know at which address delivery boy has delivered the parcel.

I cannot believe that how you guys can do such irresponsible work very shameful.

Humble request, please inquiry into this matter and let me know where got the problem. Else I had to lodge an FIR with Police.

Just taking money from people but dont bother to deliver. I was accepting a parcel on 5/11/2016. Their tacking system was showing the stages, i was waiting at my home, at 15.24 it show shipment for delivey, even i call the call centre they also confirmed the same that parcel will receive till 7. But nor the parcel arrived nor the boy and tracking system was showing consignee not available. When i call centre they said they will call me back but no replay. Nice.
When i reach their hub no complaint book, even the delivery boy was lying god the whole department is lying. Just taking money from people and service zero.

Received your message stating return of order no.[protected] was returned due to address related issues. But my order no.[protected] was delivered to me. Previous all orders were delivered by your services on the same address. Is your delivery boy giving you the fake reason without delivering the parcel. Your issues are all fake.

I am supposed to get some medicine sent by my doctor from Kolkata to Pune via Blue Dart Express. It is shipped on 29-Oct and reach Puine Hinjewadi Blue Dart Center on 2-Nov, as par the tracking site of Blue Dart. They have not delivered since 2-nov. I have called customer care updated my address and phone number (in case shipper made a mistake) even then they don't deliver. Everyday stupid customer care promis to deliver and end of day show the status they couldn't find

It is a residence address and no one from Blue Dart came to deliver there. Neither they called up on the number I have shared. How come they say that they couldn't find????

Also in this period I have recieved couriers from Amazon India, Flipkart and India Speed Post. So why Blue Dart couldn't find the address????

The delivery boy called on 2 Nov- after 3.30, when the delvery was to be done before 1.30. I told him to come the next day but before 1.30, but again he did jot turn up. And when I called him bavk he said - " there are no delivery boys", and disconnected.

I called him again and then he promised to deliver it on 5 Nov before 1 pm.

Still i am not getting anything. . This guys has has now diverted his mobile number - [protected]

Really a very bad experience that some of the urgent document which was suppose to come on 20th october and today is 4th november till now no information about that, and today when i was trying to call the customer care kolkata they are telling me that it has returned back to their h.o. from where it came, how can it be possible without any information they have sended back.

My airway number is [protected]. Today I got call from courier office at amreli to take my courier myself. So i told him to deliver at my home because i am a woman and i can not able to go there and pickup my document which is send by hdfc courier. When i request him to deliver at home he becomes rude to me and talk angrily and suddenly return my courier!!! When i call to Hdfc bank they send they employ to collect this document on behalf bank your bluedart representative refuge to give him just because i told him to deliver at home !!!

I am a woman and your service to a woman is very bad experience for me. I will never go to kaushik courier for any reason. You didn't have any employee who know how to deal with a woman

If possible please deliver this courier to HDFC MAIN BRANCH, AMRELI.

Very Bad service from blue dart company.

i have not received my courier, my Waybill No : [protected].

they never came to provided address and they have not called me also.

and updating the status that Consignee Not Available.

Please deliver the product as soon as possible.

Never go for blue dart
Always late in delivery
If there is any problem in finding the address, then they will never call you, instead they will send a message stating "Consignee Not Available"

My name is chandra bhushan pandey, i had register for new debit card from icici bank and that card was supposed to deliver by tuesday, 01-nov-2016 by blue dart but unfortunately i have not received yet, the customer service is really worst, they disconnect the phone directly, sometimes they receive but they do not reply and even worst they even do not speak over phone.
Very bad service.
I need immediate response from their team.

I work with wellsfargo located at embassy tech village in bangalore.
Every month my courier is delivered to my office/building..

Today the bluedart courier boy calls and asks me to come to sony building to collect it.. When i asked to deliver it to the address mentioned, he replies "come and collect near sony building. I am not gonna come there"..

I told him its been more than a year every month the courier is given to me in my building, he again replies "if you want come and collect it here". He spoke to me rudely and the service was really poor.

I know at the end of complaint you guys call and give scripted replies. This is so unprofessional. Phone number of the deliver boy :[protected]
