I had a parcel to receive frm blue dart in tcs gitanjali park, kolkata. I was on leave. So i requested the blue dart guy to wait for 10 mins so that my friend can collect. He didnt wait and left. When i called he argued with me. He said he cant wait for more than 5 mins.in tcs to come from last building to outside to collect, it takes minimum 10 mins. So i requsted him to stay. His name is rajiv banerjee. This is highly unacceptable the way he spoke. I am highly disappointed. The tracking id is : 10023-a161228.

My bank is a client of blue dart unfortunately. Every correspondence from my bank requiring me receiving hard copies are being sent through bluedart. I would recieve text that my courier was attempted to be delivered everytime and the funny part is... Bluedart never actually tries to contact me. This has happen 3 times just in a span of 2 months. I have to contact bluedart and i would be assured but nothing happens. And now, its happening again. I have a consignment Awb[protected] to be delivered to my office but some old story with Bluedart.

I have been waiting for my courier on 14th and 15th November, 2016 for my AWB: [protected] and called your Customer toll free number and informed today twice but no effect. Your tracker shows attempted on 14th at 2.30 pm and on 15th November, 2016 at 3.10 pm but house locked which is false.You have made no attempts to deliver my courier which does not speak good of your Courier. I was personally waiting to collect the courier both these days... Now Please let me know If you are going to deliver the document to me or should I take up with my Bank seriously... I am an employee of ericsson kolkata . My citi bank ATM cum debit card should be delivered at my office address.

The bluedart person do not inform that he is coming to deliver the card . for 5 mins back he called and if you missed to take the call he will not wit for 5 mins or call 2nd time . just after 5 mins i called back and he left from ericsson office .. this is really harassing.. no time is there no profesionalism .

A person called from blur dart to collect the parcel from their office, because of some reason they said me to collect and they said that they can deliver by tomorrow, then why we booked the order in high priority and we have to pay for door delivery, are we seem like idiots to the blue dart office people, or they think the self as collector of the disttict This office is in Annur, Coimbatore dist. Need a solution for this.

This is my third, bad experience with you
When i went to blue dart mangalore office regarding a pickup of my item front office girl in anger answering me is this the way to behave 1 week i waited for the pick up nd atlanta i myself went and gave them after another 2 days the pick up person calling me for picking the same item which i handed over already
Now one mobile phone i purchased it has to be delivered on 11 th today15 th till i didn't had a call from them
Is it his the standard of a reputed company like you it's very pathetic
If it is possible am going to complaint in customer court regarding this if not take the action today

Past 1 week i have been contacting blue dart for my shipment...day by day they are scheduling delivery...but the delivery guys r not delivering the shipment...
Daily they are mentioning that i'm not available at home in their status nd closing the case...worst service...almost 7 days passed my shipment is sent back to vendor...

My name is kiran and i have ordered 6 products from snapdeal for my mother named as mrs. Rita devi on last week of october, 2016.

From 6 products 2 products are to be to delivered by your company which was still undone whereas other products are delivered on time on same address.

They didn't initiate for delivery of products and updating wrong status on tracking website. My orders are still in their hub from last 8 days and they are not taking any action for this even we had called them multiple times to deliver the product.

Your service is ridiculous and your staff is arrogant plus having no manners how to talk to a girl.

All of you are lier... I had already lodged multiple complaints and still no action has been taken against them.

Your staff denied to deliver and said us to lodge complain when we said to deliver the products.

I am following up with blue dart team with emails and phone calls for the delivery of [protected] package but no response so far. Since i am not available to collect the package i have provided them alternate contact number as well as requested to give me the address to pickup the courier by my blood relatives, i did not received single response for my queries and they are updating same status on regular basis that address not located. I would like to know that the delivery will happen or not and i need my package to be received at the earliest.

I didn't receive my Courier even after calling ... They have call me yesterday... And i told correct place to them but I did receive that, even today.. if your people don't now how to deliver why u receive .or if you don't have employees then why did you provide service at my place ... ernakulam kochi...this is the multiple times I am facing the problem .. other Courier services are fare better then this blue dart... dhl .. Poor tracking... 1st google searched page is itself wrong... I will not ask anyone to use ur deliver service any more... That is the problem..
Previous case :For easy of service I ask my bank to provide cc on courier... After they have send my cc it should reach me in 5day... But u deliver me in 2 weeks...
Before that I have to cancel my cc and applied for new one as the bank told me.. and have received new one before you deliver the old one, . And you want to now that the courier to start point to my home is just less than 5km... And take 2 week... is 't that shame for you..

On 10/11/2016 I was at home no parcel arrived yet in Blue Dart web site saw that "Consignee Out Of Station".
Again On 11/11/2016 I was at home and I called Four times LAST CALL on 5:50 PM to customer care they say your product will arrived before 7:00 and 7:30 their website update "Consignee Out Of Station" on 16:25 that was not at all right.

Blue dart. sbi had sent a credit card via blue dart. airway bill no. [protected]. it was not delivered to me on the first occasion as i was in my workplace. no attempt was made to contact me by the concerned person delivering the shipment. on the next attempt they delivered the envelope containing the password to my flatmate. no attempt was made to contact me. when i called them, they assured of delivering it...
