I applied for a ICICI Credit Card which was supposed to be delivered at office address Unitech, Salt lake by Blue Dart Courier Service .Neither I was called any time of the day when the shipment was out for delivery I checked the status and found that it was returned to Origin (Delhi ) as per shipment tracking status

I tried to call Customer Care Number of Blue Dart but I am not getting the feasible help as required

Worst service by blue-dart courier. They are doing very care less job to deliver our goods. I have not received my product which i have order through myntra.
Its a very big issue they are taking 20 days to deliver a product. My suggestion you should close your service. Because you are not satifying our need and not delivering goods in time.

HDFC had sent credit card via Blue Dart on 12th Oct 2016 which I received today after several complaints both to HDFC as well as Blue Dart. It thus took TWO weeks to come from Chennai to Bangalore! Probably Blue Dart is using 'postal runners' still used by Indian Posts in remote areas!

I at last got through Blue Dart by phone yesterday was assured by the BPO guy at Blue Dart customer care yesterday that he would get the manager...

I ordered mobile though blue dart courier but getting late delivery... And unsatisfied response through transport company... Mobile getting late please give mi our delivery on time and tracking facilities also bad did not provide full information......

I am having a courier from my bank, due to wrong address it has not been delivered to me. But yesterday i went to their belapur branch office and ask them to deliver my courier on hand on delivery. I showed my id proof to prove that i am the desired person and i need it very urgently. But they told me that its a bank document and they cant deliver to my hand.

Courier not deliver
Bill way no [protected] we sent courier form bangalroe to nagpur on[protected], as per blue dart status it was deviled on[protected] but is not deliver to to consult parson, after two day am continuously calling to blue dart customer case number [protected], this also out of service, yesterday some one pick the call she committed with in day will resolve. but that also not happen.

I have booked sbi card which was suppose to deliver to my home through blue dart courier ..I was alone at the home with my 3month child and wasn't able to go out ...I have received call from representative of blue dart courier from +91-[protected]..Who is mafia kind looking person, haven't carried anything with him and called me twice to come at one corner near to my home which wasn't possible to me..Very ruidly he used bad language with me...

A company so big tells me that my address can't be found. Whereas their officials tell me that they know the address. Whereas they don't even bother to inform me that my address is inaccessible to them.
Companies like ekart, dtdc and india post deliver to my address.
I don't how you people take the seriousness of a bank document to keep at your warehouse.

I have very bad ecperience on services of blue dart. The product delivered from hyderabad to cuttack takes more thn ten days for delivery. I have contacted their office over phone, made around 40 calls, the office did not receive a single call. A email complaint sent to their main office. Reply was full of false assurace, assuring best service but without taking any step for delivery of parcel. Now people should be careful these private curriors.in...

I ordered a product (Moto G turbo white) from amazon on 3rd of October and an attempt to deliver the product was made...but due to some unavoidable circumstance I was not there at home, the delivery boy, returned...
the delivery was attempted on 18th October, which was already quite late...since then, i called amazon 4 times and blue dart 2 times for my delivery of the product. The customer care executive of both the companies assured...
