My courier number is [protected].every day from your center it out for delivery..but at the end of the day it not reached to me.. I am waiting for last 7 days.. You centre give excuses when I check track order. Please resolve it, give my courier as early as possible

My courier waybill no [protected]. I received a message on 8 th of this month that contains ur product is out for delivery but upto now i didnt get it even a phone call also. What's wrong with it please deliver my product as soon as possible....

My HDFC c has been dispatched on 3 nov but till today 9 nov I have not recived my cc. and the person is not recieving my call and your officer is telling do complaint on oue website...

I'm available at my room
I received a message that I'm not available at my address
Suppose I'm not available a deliver person have to call on my number
My cell is on
I'm live in hostel with 200 peoples
How it's posible that no one available at here or close hostel
I'm fully dissatify with this kind of service
I'm sure that this is my last order from paytm
I need that product urgently

I courier one mobile and trimmer from one of your Blue dart center from Kolkata to patna on 4th of November but until now the items not deliver when i am tracking my item by online with Blue dart AWB No:- [protected] its show the item is on hold for Regulatory paper work. i am continuously visiting your center that is located in kolkata but they are not giving any response please check the status update me. i know Blue dart is a renowned brand company but this time i am not satisfied with your service and your center employee.

I have ordered medicines from netmeds on 31st october, same was shipped on 3rd November and reached at my nearest hub Sangli Maharashtra on 5th November. But till date it is on hold at sangli office and updated wrong status that my address is incorrect. And even they are not answering phone.

Dealer said that u will come to us to collect ur parcel. We dont come to you.
I booked my ielts date. IDP provided me syllabus. They are not taking it seriously. I need books and other materials for study. They said that come to our office and collect it otherwise we are not responsible. So i request you to take some action against them so that in future nobody can face problems in delivery especially in study materials.The branch is located in lehragaga tehsil lehra district sangrur. Consignment delivery was not done even after having proper address and phone number after that status was wrongly updated. Delivery boy not even showed courtesy to call up phone number to check . This is unacceptable from reputed company. Not at all happy with the service.

I hope this issue is resolved on time. It seems your service is getting worst than local courier company.

I dont know what to say about your courier agency. I m not not happy with your service.

Attaching some docket nos of courier which is half way returned to supplier, why you people collect products if you cant deliver the goods on time.
My two consignemnts have returned back by courier agent as they are telling me to collect it from their office which is not possible for me.

Attached three dockets, two are already returned. Third one again collected by bluedart. Hope this time they will deliver the goods on time.

Lets hope if you can find the solution on this, hoping for your assurance that you will be taking action n delivering of goods. Pls check and revert.

Dear blue dart my hdfc credit card come on mumbai lowerparel office by 05 nov 2016, but its not delivered in my address and reply your address is not proper can you pls justify it to hdfc bank how they delivered my card first time.

Second thing on date 08 nov 2015 my card again dispatch for delivery my secondary office address, there also not come i am waiting whole day and continue call to blue dart tardev office no one receive call or rply[protected]/50).

Main and blunder no one call me about my courier to my given number [protected].

Pls suggest me what i can do

I placed an order for Sony Headphones through Rediffmail Shopping and the same was dispatched from Patiala on 31.10.16 and reached Dharamshala on 03.11.16.The Airway Bill No. is [protected].I posted several request on blue Dart feedback and also tried calling the local Blue Dart Courier Agency in Dharamshala at Gurdwara Road at no. [protected] but nobody attended this phone.Again tried calling them today 08.11.16 at 11:25 hrs. but did not attended the call.Continuously called them up then Nitin attended the call I shared the tracking number but he has no cle...

I have couriered a package dated 27th october to mumbai with consignment number-[protected]. And my issue is that i think i have been overcharged as the receipt I got is with inr 2070, but i paid him 2760. so its your responsibilty to either give me the corrected invoicew or i want my money back.

Bank had sent a confidential document in my name through blue dart. On blue dart site it is showing that the courier has been delivered to me when in reality i have not got the courier and i was also not present in city on the day in which it was delivered. I am not able to get in touch with any bluedart person. Request your help in this. the document was very necessary and important for me.

M waiting for shipment since Nov 5, by eve I get a msg that delivery failed, consigne NT available. I don't get a cal & m home waiting even today. I called thrice today & I was told ill receive it by eve. I told them m home, I called again at 4.30 & was told to wait till 6 & yet again I get d same msg. There is nobody calling or coming with d parcel which is extremely impt as I have my glasses in it & m resuming work tom. Whoever is out with that courier is giving wrong info & he's definitely not doing his job right as M at home all day & the cust service did not keep their promise that they would call me back at d time of shipment. I NEED IT TOM B4 11.AM after which I won't b available as M going to work

I have booked for delivery on 31st November from Bangalore to Kolkata. While booking It was told that the Item will be delivered on 3rd November as I booked for Express Delivery and I paid high for that and this should be delivered within 48 hrs. The Item was very critical and requires urgent delivery but till now didn't get delivered. I have followed up to the service team but they are not giving any update.

I had heard a lot about delivery timelines of Bluedart but this has been a very very bad and worse experience.

Please do the needful as this is the last follow-up that I can do from my side.
Still I didn't get any update then I have to take action from my side.
