Hi sir,

My airway number is [protected]. Today I got call from courier office at amreli to take my courier myself. So i told him to deliver at my home because i am a woman and i can not able to go there and pickup my document which is send by hdfc courier. When i request him to deliver at home he becomes rude to me and talk angrily and suddenly return my courier!!! When i call to Hdfc bank they send they employ to collect this document on behalf bank your bluedart representative refuge to give him just because i told him to deliver at home !!!

I am a woman and your service to a woman is very bad experience for me. I will never go to kaushik courier for any reason. You didn't have any employee who know how to deal with a woman

If possible please deliver this courier to HDFC MAIN BRANCH, AMRELI.

Very Bad service from blue dart company.

i have not received my courier, my Waybill No : [protected].

they never came to provided address and they have not called me also.

and updating the status that Consignee Not Available.

Please deliver the product as soon as possible.

Never go for blue dart
Always late in delivery
If there is any problem in finding the address, then they will never call you, instead they will send a message stating "Consignee Not Available"

My name is chandra bhushan pandey, i had register for new debit card from icici bank and that card was supposed to deliver by tuesday, 01-nov-2016 by blue dart but unfortunately i have not received yet, the customer service is really worst, they disconnect the phone directly, sometimes they receive but they do not reply and even worst they even do not speak over phone.
Very bad service.
I need immediate response from their team.

I work with wellsfargo located at embassy tech village in bangalore.
Every month my courier is delivered to my office/building..

Today the bluedart courier boy calls and asks me to come to sony building to collect it.. When i asked to deliver it to the address mentioned, he replies "come and collect near sony building. I am not gonna come there"..

I told him its been more than a year every month the courier is given to me in my building, he again replies "if you want come and collect it here". He spoke to me rudely and the service was really poor.

I know at the end of complaint you guys call and give scripted replies. This is so unprofessional. Phone number of the deliver boy :[protected]

I have not received my courrier with awb no: [protected].
On tracking it is showing "c'nee shifted from the given address" but neither have i received any courrier not any call from bluedart, how can they update status like this. My address has not changed. Please take necessary steps for the same. Also i requested for reshipment but they did same mistake again.

I am Varun Bukka an Amazon customer. I had ordered a nike sneakers on Amazon. Blue Dart center in Solapur city where I live received my product a long time ago before I had to go myself to collect it. Blue Dart didn't update me about the product through message or phone calls. My product cover was damaged i.e shoes box, good heavens my shoes wasn't damaged.So I request you to contact your customers hereafter to update them about the product . Blue Dart couldn't track my address on time which led to all this problems

We have sent package dated 27/10/2016, which contained important documents and had to be delivered next day.. we paid the charges on the spot.

It is still not delivered. we are on 4th nov today.

I want it to be delivered today it self. is there any executive who will handle this with responsibility???

This is to inform you that your bloody idiot or ####ing staf[censored]pdated the delivery status on blue dart website that "delivery attempted but no one was at premises".

First of all no call was made to me at time of delivery and before delivery. then why the #### you people take/update numbers when courier wa sent to you. if i have received sms at 01:55 pm today on 03/11/2016 that delivery will be attempted by today only. then how come in your e=website it got updated with the time of delivery attempted at 12:45 pm. it is fake and you people are [censored]s and bastards. thats it.

Now i would like to update your f#cking blue dart people that today for the whole day me and my family was at home and my courier was not delivered to me on time. how come it got returned when there was no delivery attempted at all. i have checked my cctv cameras of home gate and there was no blue dart f#cking people who came and attempted delivery. why the f#ck it was fakely returned.

I was waiting for my credit card and your f#cking people are kidding with customers goods. last time also the same happened. this time i m gonna complaint to consumer court about this. if your [censored]-f#cking is not capable of providing services then dont deliver goods to people you f#cking blue dart guys.

ICICI Bank has sent a cover to me and the Waybill number is [protected]. The cover hasn't been delivered to me despite my phone calls to your customer care numbers. I've called your customer care on 02.11.2016 and twice on 03.11.2016. On the first two phone calls, I was misled by your staff, who intimated that the cover is out for delivery. On my last phone call on 03.11.2016, your customer care executive told me that it could be delivered tomorrow, i.e., 04.11.2016. I request you to either deliver the cover within 11 a.m on 04.11.2016 OR to send it back to ICICI Bank, explaining your inefficiency. Thanks for your excellent support.👌👌👌

I had a shipment from siliguri to hubli on 9 sept 2016 and till it's not delivery to me and shipper said it got some tax problem and i have to give penalty for that and summit penalty to hubli bluedart branch and i done that but still my shipment is not received and after i talk to my shipper he said it reached bangalore but later he never pick my call his number is[protected] and name vikas...

Hi, I ordered a philiphs juicer grinder through Amazon but received the wrong model and asked for the replacement. I received a message saying blue dart will collect it on 1 Nov but lateron Blue dart sent a message it will be collect on 2nd nov but no one has arrived till date and then in tracking deatils they updated that customer cancel the replacement and to customer they send the message it is cancelled by Amazon.

Why the hell blue dart is making people fool. If they can't provide the service they should shut their business rather lying between Customers and Amazon

I did not receive the product but its showing delivered. I went to the concerned blue dart office twice and collected information about the courier guy. Office staffs are just careless with such a serious matter. They suggested me to order the product again.
It was to be delivered on 24 the oct. But till 31st oct. I did not receive the product and any call from the courier. On 31st at night i received sms and mails that shipment delivered successfully.

I tracked the courier status in Bluedart awb [protected]site but is shows the message of "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed".. Still am not received the courier document.
Even try to collect my package from blue dart office but the guys in the office behaviour not good.
I ask him about my package but they refuse to give me my package and told me to delivered in given address.
And in the evening package status shows in the website

the courier boy did not try to call on my no. And even I don't received any call from blue dart.
I am still not received my package.

My shipment delivery from nagpur to bangalore shipped on 26th october and today its 2nd november! Not yet delivered! So you guys call your self bluedart express! Is this called as express delivery? Please change your name to bluedart careless delivery... E-commerce company heads please make note of such delays by private courier guys please change it to india post far better and cheap... I sent a mobile phone by courier from G block Saket, Delhi on 28th OCT 2016 to Jaipur (ref number [protected]) to be given to a friend of mine on a visit from america. I was told that the courier will be delivered on the 29th evening and if not then, it will be delivered on 31st morning, since 30th was Diwali and a sunday. The packet did not get delivered on the 31st also. On checking up i was informed on return call from Blue Dart G block Saket that it will be delivered by 3 pm on 1st Nov. It did not get delivered even on the 1st. My guests were due to leave Jaipur on the 1st. On further checking up I was informed that the packet will get delivered on 2nd since the Blue dart office in Jaipur had holidays on 30th. 31st oct and 1st Nov. The packet was not delivered even after 4 days- delhi to jaipur

Had I been informed of this initially I would not have ventured to courier the cell phone to Jaipur. Now my guests have left Jaipur and the phone has not been delivered to them, It has been a wasted effort besides the harassment . Such poor service was not anticipated from a reputed courier firm like Blue Dart. One wonders what is the difference between a street courier firm and Blue dart.
The least I can expect is a a refund of my money spent on the courier besides an apology

I ordered xiaomi 3s prime mobile from mi store, mi store send this courier through blue dart express and blue dart delivered my courier to a stranger his name was sumit. I talk to xiaomi for this but they were unable to solve this problem. This is a illegal offence. Please take a strict action against blue dart and xiaomi india. Here i attached the proof of delivery.

Sence 28 oct i returned my shipment, but still now Bhubaneswar Blue Dart team not pickup my shipment. I will be phonecall to Bhubaneswar Blue Dart office but no one respond my call..

My new credit card has been shipped through blue dart, i cannot pick the call ontime (2 days), the second day after their call i dialed back to that number within 10 minutes to know how can i collect the card then., but after that he was not picking my call and didn't call me back. And the next day also he did the same thing. Is this the correct responsibility of a blue dart employee?
