There is credit card pending for delivering to me at my office address since monday 17/10/16, two times your delivery person called and after that keep their phone switch off. Still am unable get my documents, is there some one who can help me out..
This is the first time, i am facing this problem with reputed brand

Blue Dart tried to deliver a shipment no [protected] to you.Please contact us between 9AM and 9PM (Mon-Sat) within 48 hrs on -[protected], i got this text from you on Monday but still no one contact me and i am also unable to contact.
Hi Team, i want to escalate all team members of blue dart in bangalore. They are not delivering the product on time and they are simply making exuses and even they are not responding calls properly.i never seen this waste service .
They daily tells it to be delivered today or tomorrow.waste service ever.

    Hi,

    The cited c/ment was meant for delivery. boy (mob no. [protected]) called y'day for delivery but since i was in office and only servant was there at home. delivery address was for my home, asked guy to handover the packet to servant but he refused. asked that would come tomorrow before i start for office i. e. before 9 am.

    I called at;leaest 10 times today but phone was disconnected every time, thought wld b on his way and waited for an hour almost... i got late for office today even.

    Guy called around 10 and asked reaching for delivery. i requested to come down to my office which is noida 18 and get my id proof for delivery but he refused.

    There is some urgent packet and need it by today w/o fail.

    Kindly help.

      It was returned by blue dart without contacting me on [protected]. whatever the reason, i don t know.. they always do the same. please take immediate action. atleast blue dart can email me, sms me or contact me on my mobile no.

      How can you reject this area from varanasi and declare undeliverable

        My policy documents sent by ICICI lombard has been return by you to compony this happen second time.your office has contact me and ask to collect the courier from your office as the service of blue dart is not available to my address then sir my question is that why your company has accepted my courier from sender company i.e.ICICI lombard, it may create trouble for me for insurance claim.
        As you are service provider how can you ask to any customer to come and collect the courier from you office, first time the lady who contacted me from the landline number of your Ahmednagar office ask to me to collect the courier else it wil be returned to sender.

          The blue dart courier guy who delivered my parcel [protected] was talking nonsense, seems like he was drunk!!! Also, the parcel arrived very late!!! This is very pathetic service from blue dart!!! Why are you keeping drunk and rude employees??? Are you guys crazy??? You should be shut down permanently!!! Sending the parcel so late!!!

            I ordered a handset mi 3sprime from the mi website on 28/9/2016 for 8, 999/- through cod. The phone was delivered to me by blue-dart on 30/9/2016. While using the phone i noticed that the 3g connectivity of the phone was not working properly. The same was brought to the notice of mi executives on the toll free number. I was told to send the phone back to mi for replacement hence we went to the service center and took work order and mail it to mi. As per the instructions from mi the phone was sent back to mi via blue-dart courier service on 5 sept 2016. Waybill no: [protected].

            When i got in touch with mi on they said that the phone has not reached their warehouse and they cannot provide a replacement till they get the faulty phone back. On further investigation it was found that the phone was misplaced or lost in transit by blue-dart.

            I have been following up continuously with blue-dart and mi for the past 10-12 days but failed to get any response from blue-dart for the same.

            Kindly provide compensation for what i am suffering asap otherwise i will take necessory action against blue-dart soon.

              Hello, Despite of my shipment has been landed @ Pune since last 3 days I am not receiving my shipment. Horrilble thing is that when I checked the status of my shipment Blue dart team has commented as follows
              "Tried to deliver but company department and extension number has not been mentioned". however in reality I have personally called customer care of Blue dart team on yesterday and today and provided company department and extension number twice. But still the status is remained same which is ridiculous.
              No body has called me so far from Blue dart on my cell number.

              Kindly look into above issue and make sure I will get my shipment tomorrow without any further delay.

                  Please note that I have booked one PEN Drive 16 GB in E bay, E BAY has sent the material by Blue Dart courier with docket no. [protected],
                  But still I have not received the material .I have conform by Blue dart courier roorkee .they have not given proper statement.as per courier boy he has given the parcel to some unknown person in out side of campus.
                  My point is that how can courier boy give the parcel to any body ales without identification. I have many call to him but he has not came at my address on a single time to shown the right person

                    I am unable to contact the customer service no provided. Pathetic customer service as i am unable to contact bluedart since 2 days. The no will be always out of order and they are not disclosing the information whether they are delivering the product to my residential or office address. Once I call your customer care, they say" Once material reach to location surely will deliver". But they are not able to confirm and they don't have any proper information when consignment will reach to location.                         But here in bhubaneswar they are delaying more than a week to deliver particularity COD products

                        All the time i personally go and collect from there office.
                        This time I didnt go to collect to see how late they were making actually

                          I requested for a sbi credit card to be delivered. The package was requested to be delivered to my primary address. But, your team says they attempted and updated status as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". But, you can even cross check now, I stay in the same address given there which I confirmed from the SBI bank and during this stage I never received any call or text and this happened on 10th oct 2016. Later on 13th oct 2016, received a call from [protected] saying it is with some other hub branch where they want to deliver the package to secondary address. Then I clearly said the idiot who called that, I need that urgently so, do not deliver it to secondary address and deliver it to the primary and confirmed the address again. He accepted my request and disconnected. In the evening I tried calling that number to know the status and found no response at all. Again on 15th received a similar call saying they want to deliver to secondary address and same thing happened again. Now my package has been returned to the origin and it again takes more than a week to get delivered to me. I had been through a lot of pain and agony due to the delay in delay of my credit card and you are the only people who are responsible for that. Look at the history of my package, on 13th is there was no such c'nee at address are you people fools to attempt the same on 15th?? It clearly tells that delay is beyond control as per your system. NEED CLEAR EXPLAINATION FOR THIS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I am going to sue you for this and take my word I will see that this attitude of your ground level staff is brought to limelight.

                            An very important Item was supposed to be delivered to me by today. The tracking id is [protected]. The status shown at 11.57 AM is out for delivery and at 12.10 pm it again showed that unlocatable / Landmark needed.

                            Sarada Pally is probably the smallest and oldest locality of Siliguri. There are very few apartments are there and there is no other second apartment named 'Sudhangshu'. As landmark, N/R Haniman house which is the most familiar building in our locality, is mentioned.

                            FYI, I use to receive 5 to 10 couriers per week. Also I would like to mention that I had experienced this kind of problem with your establishment quite some times before this. Every time I had to go to your depot to collect my article.

                            Also I need to inform that I had tried to contact the local office. But their phone was switched off. I tried your toll free number also. But as soon I was directed to speak to your customer executive, the line automatically disconnected every time.

                            What a nice example of harassment!!!

                                Shipment is scheduled to deliver on 12.10.2016 but still it is not received. I have emailed to customer service but not received satisfactory response as they are not providing the confirming the delivery date. The correspondance ref nos are 3253469 & 3235000.

                                As per tracking status shipment is arrived at Barrackpore Bdel on 09.10.2016 but till now it is not delivered to me.

                                Request you to please arrange the delivery on urgent basis and confirm me.

                                overall service of Blue dart is not good. So these sites like amazon, flipkart, shopclues etc are choosing blue dart as thry re getting the lower rates for courier. However they should understand that they are loosing their goodwill due late delivery and it will get hamper their business in long term.

                                    I ordered some dvd's on flipkart and received them by ecom courier, burdwan, west bengal, except one dvd. When ecom courier couldn't deliver this on time, i talked to a flipkart executive on phone. I've got their mail saying that i'll receive that dvd on 17th october. But today i've got another mail saying that i've to collect my product from the office of blue dart courier, myself. They provide phone numbers but no one receive my phone of blue dart office. Flipkart makes a false statement that i've given an incomplete address of my own home. This is the age old problem of flipkart about the worst couriers and their delivery.
