The shipment AWB#[protected] which is supposed to be delivered on 08-October is still not delivered. I have got SMS saying "Delivery unsuccessful due to address related issues". In reality i didn't even receive any call and the address provided is correct. And when i tried to contact them through their Toll free number provided in http://www.bluedart.com is not valid. When i tried to reach regional office of Bhubaneswar it is saying "Subscriber is busy" all the day even at night hours. The worst experience I have faced till date from any courier service. Please arrange to deliver my shipment at the earliest.

Hi, This is to inform you that my Blue Dart Parcel AWB no. [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 14th Oc 2016, In evening i got SMS that my Parcel was Delivered to me but fact is no one called me and ask me to collect the Parcel, Not Sure to whom it was delivered, Very Un Professional Service from Blue Dart, Customer Care No is not reachable most of the Time.

I was supposed to get my parcel from bluedart on 10 october 2015, i didn't get. I called daily till 13 october 2015. They said daily, it will be delivered tomorow but i didn't get. On 13 girl talk to me veru ruduely and said you file a complaint on us. Very bad customer feedback. My bluedart awb no is [protected]. Highly sad. Nor they call me.. I still didn't get the parcel. Please help me.

In the website it is showing the pick up is registered but the pick employee have not came for the pick up so just look into the issue and pick the item by today sir as the days are going on sir

I am posted in IMA Dehradun & the couriers are delivered at the reception cell established at the main gate. The concerned delivery agent is well aware of this but still the delivery never happens till I call up & get after them. There are numerous deliveries by couriers to IMA daily but the problem is only with Bluedart. They always cite restricted entry WHICH IS AN EXCUSE as they dont need to enter but only deliver at the gate. They don't ever call even though the shipment has the mobile number mentioned. Such unprofessional conduct is not acceptable & causes inconvenience. I hope you take necessary remedial action.

This complaint is regarding Blue Dart AWB Reference - [protected]. The delivery is with them (Blue Dart Jamshedpur) since past 4 days and they quote they would need a landmark as they are not able to locate the address in blue darts website. I had issues where in they had refused to deliver the courier to my address in the past also claiming that the area for delivery is out of their scope. They do not update the same in blue dart tracking so that blue dart customer care comes to know about this. They simply mention that they would need landmark and finally send the delivery back. This is not the first time I am facing this. Have been calling on their contact number through the day today for at least 100 times, they haven't answered a single call. They don't even bother to at least call the contact number and inform so that customers can visit the office and pick up the courier to avoid pain if they can not deliver.

I request to either make them deliver parcels which is their duty or to withdraw their dealership and let someone else take care of it in a better way.

I suppose to get my consignment (waybill no. [protected]) delivered today 14th Oct 2016 at my address. It was reached local Blue Dart office (Madinaguda Hyderabad) at 11:51 this morning and not delivered today. Evening when I made a call to Blue Dart Madinaguda office on[protected] and someone answered, but when he heard my complaint for not delivering my consignment, immediately he disconnect the phone. There after I called several times but not answered my calls.

You claim as your courier service are the best and top courier company in South Asia and tied up with a highly reputed DHL.

By giving such poor service, I think you are spoiling your Blue Dart and the DHL's reputation too.

Let me see how long you are going to take time/days for delivering my consignment to my address.

Blue Dart, Golaghat Road, Dimapur refuses to deliver to Pin-797113, Dimapur, Nagaland at the Customer given address causing inconvenience to the customer. The Consignment No: AWB : [protected] ordered for COD have already reached Dimapur but the said Blue Dart Express.Ltd asks the customer to collect the consignment from their office. Regularly when ever customers make orders for online shopping this particular office ask the customer to collect the consignment from their office chamber . The Head Office / Authority of Blue Dart may kindly look into the matter and solve the problem, as many customers at the given pin number are deprived and harassed regularly. Your kind initiative in solving the problem will be a moral boost to the deprived customer and your Blue Dart Company may remain in the hearts of the local public.

The courier which is been shipped on 07-October is still not delivered to me. The contact number provided in http://www.bluedart.com is not valid. The toll number is saying invalid number and its charging. The worst experience I am facing with courier services is BLUE DART. This company should be banned when they cannot provide proper support to the customer.

My shipment of axis bank cheque book was dispatched on 05th oct' 16 and it did not reach me till 14th oct' 16. From last 3 days i was tracking with the way bill no. [protected]. i called on 12th oct, your executive said it will reach by today EOD. the reason what they told me that it did not get delivered was department name/extension number required. My question did anybody called me for the department name/extension number. nobody called and the reason what i was told Sir, your number was not reachable.Ok accepted.But the whole day my number was not reachable.Seriously? Next day 13th oct, i provided the dapartment's details in the morning itself, they said it will get delivered by today EOD for sure. I asked can't i come and pick it up as it is causing me serious loss as my loan is pending due to my cheques and i am suffering from huge losses as i couldn't make up the deal as i couldn't get the loan amount even after being sanctioned just because of the cheques.i have incurred a loss of more than one lac rupees. i want bluedart straightawy to incur that as its not the axis bank fault as they shipped it on 5th only. they said sorry sir, we can't help as these are bank documents and it will be delivered in the company's mail room or the address only. Don't worry it will be delivered by today. Nobody called or came for 2 days now. today i searched for the address and went to the office where shipment was been kept. When i went there they gave me the shipment there itself. Now, where are the policies, why didn't you guys gave that to me 2 days before and now when i picked it up, you are writing your status as delivered and how much is the distance from my office to the office where shipment was kept is only 1 km.Seriously guys, is this the service been offered. You guys have any idea how important this loan is for me and now its friday so again i have to wait for 2 more days. i am not using abusive language just because it is written over here. but i really want to raise this complain in consumer forum as i have to incur a huge loss because of such irresponsibilties.Also, i messaged on fb but there also no response. And, even my phone number was clearly mentioned on the shipment. Great guys!

My consignment note no. [protected] booked from bangalore to hyderabad on 12.10.2016 at 4.00 pm and this domestic consignment was to be delivered on the next day. Till writing of this mail there is no trace of the article for which rs. 310/- was paid and your telephone no given to contact customer care is also busy and when approached to secunderabad branch one mobile no. [protected] was given which is a disconnected not in use number. The land line number which has been shown in the website i. E.[protected] this number is never picked up i must have tried 100 times to reach out to your branch is this the way that your company deals with your company? It is disgusting for a lawyer like me to chase a packet in this manner in a domestic sector. I have never expected such treatment. Is there is anyone who can call me on my contact number or leave a message on my mail id with a contact number to whom i should contact. Experience is disgusting for one cover to reach from bangalore to hyderabad takes more than 3 days and i was told the cover went back from secunderabad to airport to sent back to trimulgherry for service. Your secunderabad branch has no answer to convince a customer i need an answer or else i will move to the consumer court. The cover pertains to court case which was posted to friday 14.10.2016.

I received a msg for my consignment, as per that msg it should be delivered at 13th Oct, but still i am waiting, no one respond on contact numbers, My Courier Was booked on 10th Oct from Bangalore. till tomorrow 6 Pm on website show that delivery on 13th, but right that information also invisible now.
please get it resolve. 3 days maximum time for metro city

Very unprofessional work by blue dart.

When inquired about my consignment on 10th oct, they replied delivery was attempted on 8th oct but premises was closed. They gave false statement.

Premises was never closed and no delivery was attempted.

Even after complaining about it on 10th oct, they promised to deliver it on 12th morning but again delivery delayed. They finally delivered it on 13th.

Very disappointed with bluedart service.

I'm in big loss now because of this delayed delivery and false statement by bluedart.

Item booked on 3rd october and now they are showing "delay caused beyond control", other courier services haven't any issue regarding delivery load so what is problem regarding blue dart. And if they can't deliver a item then why the book the item form its source. Isn't a cheating? Some one is paying you to deliver it by paying you charges and after taking the charges now you saying that i am not able to deliver it. Blue dart should banned.

The delivery executive called me on 13th Oct'16 that delivery AWB [protected] will be made by 5 pm hence I was available at home during the whole day but when I checked the status on the website it said that the recipient is unavailable hence its undelivered. Blue dart executive put false comments just to come here for delivery. The delivery executive number is [protected].
