Track status show my parcel arived on 26 september 2016. And show landmark needed but my address is easy for reaching so plz deliver immediately on my address.

My name is md wakil khan. i'm from kolkata i would like to highlight you an issue with courier service. my courier ref no ev[protected] which is landed to jayngra kolkata office on monday.

The courier franchise owner is so rude and never pick the call also his office contact no. is not working. despite requesting him several time to deliver the document as per my suitable time he ignores.

This is the second time my item will get returned undelivered and dtdc will be the responsible.

Please guide your franchise not to play with important documents and customer.

I had purchased a Xiaomi fitness Band from Mi website on[protected] which is supposed to deliver by Bluedart to my address .The tracking number given by Mi for shipment through bluedart is awb#[protected]. On[protected] at 2:50 I've received a call from courier guy with mobile number [protected] at 2:50 pm and as no one was at my place, i told him the same but at 3:00 pm I've received a text from mi and bluedart that the product has been...

My PAN acrd was being sent from Mumbai to Ranchi via Waybill Number : [protected]. No attempt at delivery was made even after lodging a complaint and providing the phone numbers.The documents are now being shipped back to Mumbai.

This is heights of irresponsibility and carelessness that these guys follow on a regular basis. The delivery called me up and i guided him with the location and also told him that if he can call me anytime if he is unable to find the location. But still the irresponsible and careless delivery guy returned my package saying that he was able to find the location. I have specially left my ph. no. with them and asked them to call me before delivery. None of their customer care numbers are working neither any of customer care emails are active. I do not know how our government is allowing such fraud and irresponsible companies to setup their business in this country. Please take strict action against them.

This number is your courier boys and he is not behave like good courier boys.
cut my call or set our phone to auto cut any number. i dont know what is actual but your courier boy is very disappointment to me. I refer to our known person not use BLUE DART company for future courier

Sir.. I would like to draw ur attention towards wrong comments put by delivery man.. He twice put the comment that consignee not available.. Rather he never come to my place.. Since last two days i m waiting for my packet.. But it is not being delivered due to excess packages accepted by delivery man but he fails to deliver the same.. I have sent u two attachments.. Itself explanatory.. That delivery man till evening delivered only 18 or 19 packets / parcels.. And for the rest he mentioned that consignee is not available.. Which is not only false but lso disturbing..
Earlier the same thing happened to me.. When my credit card envelop had not been delivered to me.. I thought it's due to some reasonable reason this had happened.. But it's a trick of delivery man.. I had to go to ur trichy hub to collect my packet.. This time also i think.. I need to go to collect my parcel...
This kind of attitude n work.. Tarnishing the image of company leading in the field of courier service..
Expecting a suitable action in this regard.. N let me informed about that.. Today i have to go to collect my parcel. Since i cannot trust.. That i can get it in time.. I was on two night shifts due to delivery of parcel.. I was present full day at my home.. To get the delivery.. But it's very painful that ur delivery man putting wrong comments..

I requested hdfc bank to deliver me a debit card. My zip code is 700091.
They choose the blue dart service for delivery the card. The shipment arrived salt lake service
Center at 22-sep-2016 11:07 but they are not deliver the shipment in time and showing some messages
Like "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed", "shipment out for delivery",
"consignee's address incorrect", "need department name/extention number" in their
Website when i am searching with my waybill no. At least they show the following message

Undelivered shipment held at location.
This has happened 3 times in a row inspite of me having sent repetaed reminders & confirmation of both my identtity & office address via the website 3 times in a row...

I haven't seen that type of bad services in my entire life. I suggest everybody not to use blue dart service.

I have ordered a book from amazon which the blue dart has to delivery it to my college. The zip code is 620009. This is well within the service area of bluedart but still they refuse the deliver it here. I want the parcel urgently by today as it already has been delayed a lot.

I have allready paid my payment by online for debit card but the corrier boy recieved the payment. Because i have all ready pay for paytm by debit card the payment 1740/- is allready done by bank pls solve my problem and refund that payment. (Awb no-[protected])

I received a call from[protected] perhaps a local office of blue dart that your order no awb-[protected] lying with them and will be delivered at your door step. They confirmed my address and i told them about it. At around 4.00 pm i called the same no. From which i received the call they said that courier boy is up for delivery will call you shortly but i did not get any call. Now they are declined my order saying consignee's address incorrect. I call them twice in the morning around 10.-10.30 am no one picked up the call. Kindly contact them and ask them to deliver my order at my home as soon as possible as i need the item urgent

My order was supposed to delivered on 16 of september but it is not delivered till now. Why is your company annoying people so much. I[censored] cant delivere product on time we can choose another company for that. Please delivere my product it is already very late.

I am very disappointed with your services. My one courier from Mumbai reached to Kolkata on 11 September and as my courier didn't reach me after 10 days also, i called blue dart customer care because the status it was showing that no such consignee at the given address. I want to bring in you knowledge that whether it is not a part of your courier service to call the customer if they are not finding anyone at the given address, for this i called so reply i got that my phone was out of reach. All this has happened after 10 days means 10 days before my courier reached to Kolkata, then i called so they assured me that after one day definitely my courier will reach, but it didn't come, then again i called so they replied that next day it will come, then again it didn't come. Lastly today i called and i came to know that my courier has wen back to Mumbai. I didn't expect such a negligence from blue dart services. I hope proper action will be immediately taken for this.

My company sent me courier by bluedart courier services on 20th Sept 2016.
Willbay no. [protected] with correct address details along with phone number. Till 24th when it not reached the destination I checked on tracking system, its showing courier arrived destination on 22nd Sept. 2016 but not delivered due to incorrect address of consignee which I confirmed with the company they said its correct. Even they not called in the number provided if they are saying the address was incorrect.
When trying to contact customer care of Ranchi, first of all they picked up call after so many times, and they given me another number to call and check, which is not responding at all. Very poor customer care response. They never pick up calls.
Please help me as soon as possible.

I had booked a critical consignment (document) for delivery at blue dart's office behind nobel hospital, hadapsar, pune-411028 for delivery to " dr s k mandal dharamsala road, madhubani mohalla, dist - purnea, pin-854301, bihar on 22/09/2016 at 10:52 am in critical category for rs. 430/-. vide way bill no [protected]. i was informed that it would be delivered by next day (23/09/2016 evening).
On tracking, i noticed that it has been mis routed time and again and gone from pune-mumbai-chennai-delhi-cochin-calcatta as on 26/09/2016.

This consignment is extremely critical and i have suffered huge damage including loss of critical opportunity and financial due to non delivery till date.
Pl expedite delivery and let me know what blue dart will do to compensate for this error on their part.

Also, have tried all phone numbers in pune, mumbai, chennai for complaints but no response. could not even got to talk to some one.

Worst courier service, i have sent one courier to usa on[protected] from "blue dart" address: 8/282 b, c, d, e & f, beach complex, silk street, near beach post office, kozhikode, kerala 673032. They told it'll be delivered within four days i said okay and i went to home then i was just checking the paper they give me, on that paper they wrote wrong address then i tried to call their office they are not taking the phone and then i call dhl office at calicut and they gave me one staff number his name is bijesh i told him that my address you given is wrong he told that's not a problem just sent me your address to his number. He don't have any manners to say sorry. That was a graduation paper to the university after four days i called to blue dart courier office they are not picking the phone. Then i went to their office on[protected] and i ask my shipment is delivered or not. She asked my shipment number and i gave it to her she check in her computer and told tracking has stopped from dfw airport and i told her to confirm it's delivered or not she told me to wait i was in hurry i told her i'll contact you and take their office card and i gave my number to her and told confirm the shipment is delivered and contact me as soon as possible. She didn't call me back and i called executive business development mr. Manoj e he told he is not at office he'll ask and call me back in half an hour on that day they didn't call me. The next day i called mr. Manoj e i ask about shipment he told he forgot about it and he ask me my shipment tracking id i gave to him. After sometime he told he'll check and call me back still he didn't call me. Today[protected] i tried to call him he is not taking the call.
