Blue dart returned my shipment without any relevant reason. One reason they are providing is that address incomplete/landmark needed. I have already mentioned the complete address and land mark as well but when i contacted with the customers care she told me that sorry sir we can't do anything so plz aap fir se order place kar dijiye. I told him that i requested chequebook from icici bank on urgent basis and i need this cheque book before friday but today i saw the status of shipment then it is showing returned.

      Dear sir,

      The above consignment with ref no [protected] was booked from bangalore on 28.09.2016 in blue dart express by paying rs.310.00 for express delivery on the next day.

      I am really surprised that the consignment was sent to hyderabad hub from bangalore instead of mumbai as per the tracking records.

      The consignment was booked for urgent delivery and non delivery on 29.09.2016 has put me in financial loss of rs.10000/- for the delay.
      I do not know how such carelessness can be committed by your personnel without bothering to verify its destination and sending it to hyderabad.

      By this mail, i call upon you to repay the amount of rs.310/- paid as charges besides damages of financial loss of rs.10000/- along with delivering the consignment to me today 30.09.2016 failing which i shall be constrained to take up case in the consumer forum.

      I expect a positive response from you immediately.

              My name is md wakil khan. i'm from kolkata i would like to highlight you an issue with courier service. my courier ref no ev[protected] which is landed to jayngra kolkata office on monday.

              The courier franchise owner is so rude and never pick the call also his office contact no. is not working. despite requesting him several time to deliver the document as per my suitable time he ignores.

              This is the second time my item will get returned undelivered and dtdc will be the responsible.

              Please guide your franchise not to play with important documents and customer.

                  This is heights of irresponsibility and carelessness that these guys follow on a regular basis. The delivery called me up and i guided him with the location and also told him that if he can call me anytime if he is unable to find the location. But still the irresponsible and careless delivery guy returned my package saying that he was able to find the location. I have specially left my ph. no. with them and asked them to call me before delivery. None of their customer care numbers are working neither any of customer care emails are active. I do not know how our government is allowing such fraud and irresponsible companies to setup their business in this country. Please take strict action against them.

                  If I do not get a resolution in next 24 hours then I will file a case against the company and ensure that they pay heavy losses and also ensure that they will not be able to do this kind of fraud with anyone in future.

                      Sir.. I would like to draw ur attention towards wrong comments put by delivery man.. He twice put the comment that consignee not available.. Rather he never come to my place.. Since last two days i m waiting for my packet.. But it is not being delivered due to excess packages accepted by delivery man but he fails to deliver the same.. I have sent u two attachments.. Itself explanatory.. That delivery man till evening delivered only 18 or 19 packets / parcels.. And for the rest he mentioned that consignee is not available.. Which is not only false but lso disturbing..
                      Earlier the same thing happened to me.. When my credit card envelop had not been delivered to me.. I thought it's due to some reasonable reason this had happened.. But it's a trick of delivery man.. I had to go to ur trichy hub to collect my packet.. This time also i think.. I need to go to collect my parcel...
                      This kind of attitude n work.. Tarnishing the image of company leading in the field of courier service..
                      Expecting a suitable action in this regard.. N let me informed about that.. Today i have to go to collect my parcel. Since i cannot trust.. That i can get it in time.. I was on two night shifts due to delivery of parcel.. I was present full day at my home.. To get the delivery.. But it's very painful that ur delivery man putting wrong comments..

                        Hi,

                        I requested hdfc bank to deliver me a debit card. My zip code is 700091.
                        They choose the blue dart service for delivery the card. The shipment arrived salt lake service
                        Center at 22-sep-2016 11:07 but they are not deliver the shipment in time and showing some messages
                        Like "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed", "shipment out for delivery",
                        "consignee's address incorrect", "need department name/extention number" in their
                        Website when i am searching with my waybill no. At least they show the following message

                        Undelivered shipment held at location.
                        This has happened 3 times in a row inspite of me having sent repetaed reminders & confirmation of both my identtity & office address via the website 3 times in a row...

                        I haven't seen that type of bad services in my entire life. I suggest everybody not to use blue dart service.

                        Blue dart office Gangtok below Allahabad bank is not delivering item in Proper given address n pin code, they call the customer to come n collect their item from office, if they are unable to give home delivery service to customer, then they should stopped taking orders from company e.g Amazon, Flipkart etc.
                        As I have oder an Maggi Sauce 500gm from snapdeal, it wad delivered to me today and it was fully broken. I have also contacted snapdeal customers care so if i didn't get any replacement or refund then I am going to take further actions for this.
                        Please do needful accordingly.

                              I received a call from[protected] perhaps a local office of blue dart that your order no awb-[protected] lying with them and will be delivered at your door step. They confirmed my address and i told them about it. At around 4.00 pm i called the same no. From which i received the call they said that courier boy is up for delivery will call you shortly but i did not get any call. Now they are declined my order saying consignee's address incorrect. I call them twice in the morning around 10.-10.30 am no one picked up the call. Kindly contact them and ask them to deliver my order at my home as soon as possible as i need the item urgent

                                  I am very disappointed with your services. My one courier from Mumbai reached to Kolkata on 11 September and as my courier didn't reach me after 10 days also, i called blue dart customer care because the status it was showing that no such consignee at the given address. I want to bring in you knowledge that whether it is not a part of your courier service to call the customer if they are not finding anyone at the given address, for this i called so reply i got that my phone was out of reach. All this has happened after 10 days means 10 days before my courier reached to Kolkata, then i called so they assured me that after one day definitely my courier will reach, but it didn't come, then again i called so they replied that next day it will come, then again it didn't come. Lastly today i called and i came to know that my courier has wen back to Mumbai. I didn't expect such a negligence from blue dart services. I hope proper action will be immediately taken for this.

                                      My company sent me courier by bluedart courier services on 20th Sept 2016.
                                      Willbay no. [protected] with correct address details along with phone number. Till 24th when it not reached the destination I checked on tracking system, its showing courier arrived destination on 22nd Sept. 2016 but not delivered due to incorrect address of consignee which I confirmed with the company they said its correct. Even they not called in the number provided if they are saying the address was incorrect.
                                      When trying to contact customer care of Ranchi, first of all they picked up call after so many times, and they given me another number to call and check, which is not responding at all. Very poor customer care response. They never pick up calls.
                                      Please help me as soon as possible.
