The agent of bluedart express delivering the package is not delivering at home or office. He also charges extra amount for the package. And behaves badley with all customers. Not giving full service. Name of the agent is piyush malani. Please resolve our problem because monthly our parcel which we receive are coming minimum 3 to 4 times a month and its very annoying dealing with this agent. On 23rd august a courier as dispatched from blue dart from mumbai to jaipur. Till date it has not been delivered at the address. Along with this a wrong shipment information is been shown on the track order details stating that premises is closed of the recipient for past five days. T
This is untrue as the recipient is available at the address stated in the courier. Not only this they did not even bothered to call once the delivery...

I made a courier on 24th aug 2016 under waybill no : [protected]. It reached destination i. E bhubaneswar on 26th aug 2016. Last year i had sent courier to same address and that was delivered successfully. But today is 29th aug 2016 still it is showing "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". So this is unnecessary delay done by blue dart express. Please take immediate action although it got delayed for almost 3 days....

I am expecting a Parcel From Yes Bank two days ago and Bareilly office is keeping that from last two days without bothered that customer is facing big problem with his behaviour.
Nobody is bothered to call and ask to deliver the parcel when I called they say they don't find address can you in today's world of technology if anyone gave you so pathetic replies.

my ref number is : [protected], when i check in online status is showing as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". I have not shifted from that address. I am staying there from past three. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

Hi Team,

This has reference to Airway Number [protected]. This is a prepaid courier and supposed to be delivered at home. The courier boy called and asked me to pick-up the courier from a location which is not even the courier office. When I asked to delivery at my home my courier is put on hold. I have raised complaint multiple times on customer care helpline number but in vain...
