Blue dart doesn't deliver any item to my address. I have lodged complaint many time against blue dart but no action has been taken. Other courier company has no problem to deliver any item to my residence. I have a parcel with blue dart but they are saying i have provided wrong address.
But i have provided correct address with pin code and phone number. Courier boy is responsible for all the things. Courier boy didn't call me.
Parcel is very important for me.

Take necessary actions against blue dart it always does same with me all the time.
A line of confirmation would be highly appreciated.

why you are not deliver my product in my address when you pick the order that time you not check the my address it is very big problem in your courier service so please provide my product on my address even you send me a message that is not contain the address of your office and i search so many office of bluedart in Jaipur so i am unable to pick up in your office because very far from my place.

I am having the worst experience while BLUEDART failed (once again) in delivering a mobile phone from mi.com store. The product arrived yesterday and today it was marked out for delivery but it was not delivered for some reasons.

When I asked the manager about the delivery he blatantly replied, unless it is a postpaid package, it will not be delivered in time. They get some extra margin when the product is ordered in COD mode. So to encourage that, they will not deliver prepaid products on time.

I want to know if I have done any wrong in paying for the product upfront. And if not, then he is making a derogatory statement which needs to be addressed.

A worst experience. even after continuous follow-up, the final answer i got was, your address is un reachable. on the track map, i saw the courier man in my area since morning, i tried to tell this to your office, nobody was interested. neither anybody contacted me over phone to recheck the address.
Now i am answered that it will be delivered on monday.
Is this the professional approach of a courier company?

The consignment received on 23.09.2016 was damaged and the samples were missing. unfortunately we noticed that after reeving. Three 5gm samples was sent from the party 'Ambe phytoextract ' new delhi....

Please note that a consignment for pick up was booked on 22.09.16., token no-12556 from bct infrastructure llp, customer code:201316.

But we regret to say that the consignment was not picked up yesterday.

The next day, the same consignment was picked up by a delivery boy whose behaviour was very rude. on enquiring regarding the previous day's pick up he casually told that he was informed late regarding the pick up so he was busy in other pick ups.

Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is not expected from a reputed company like blue dart.

The same has already been repeated earlier. hence the management is deciding to switch over to some other courier company due to his callous unprofessional behaviour.

As today i m calling this courior company's blue dart courior services land-line number no one is picking up the calls..

I want to confirm my address plz for the further queries

Your person called me to ask the address and after guiding him he has not reached our place and latter massage comes from blue dart stating the we were not there in house, its shocking!!! the behavior toward me was also not pleasant, pls look into this matter and send back my product.

this is regarding the waybill[protected], we have not received the courier . we got to know that it has been delivered to wrong address. When we enquired with customer care, not getting proper response from them. Seems it's a poor service and no proper response from them. I would like to request them to take proper action on this matter.

I am expecting an order to be delivered. Person came to deliver on 19.09.2016 when I specifically mentioned not to attempt delivery as I will be out of station.
Then no delivery attempt was made on 20th, 21st sep 2016. But when i called the company where the order was placed, I was being told that Blue Dart has updated status as"Delivery Attempted"for date 22.Sep.2016 which was not correct at all. No one actually came and they didn't call even once. Again when escalating the issue I received a call on 22.09.16 and person asked if I was @ office (Delivery Address) and I said yes from past 3 days after monday I am here. Till then I kept trying calling the same number and they didn't pick most of the times. some other times they are picking up causing charger for my call and cut it after 2 seconds. After it they are keeping their phone such way that it is coming busy, This is completely unethical and I have faced same problem in Gandhinagar as well when they didn't even attempt to deliver and send me a SMS that object has already been delivered and that time as well no one picked the call. I went to their head office 10 kms away and saw myself that no one cares to pick call up and it just keeps ringing thus challenging the patience of customer.

Booked one product on 13 sep 2016 when i booked the product it written over there one day shipping but its takes 9 days
to reach panvel (my destination) when i call your bluedart customer care executive (she) told me you will get your product tommorrow when product reach your final warehouse then also its take 24 hrs to reach my location though the location from your warehouse is just 1.5 kms.

Next time I have to think about ebay and bluedart when i shop other products.

This is very bad experience i got from bluedart and ebay, this is not called professionalism.i am very disappoint.

Ive ordered an item from touch lcd baba nd it was couriered via blue dart.. now it is saying that my shipment has been misrouted nd neither bluedart nor the vendor is replying to my messages

Package [protected] arrived on 26th August. Blue Dart neither delivered the package nor telephoned me. As per tracking record (photos attached) it has been delivered on 8th September 2016. Blue dart may like to give me back my stuff or give me a refund. It is not correct to cheat people like this.

I don't understand what is this status.. No one has called me while delivering the product. But unnecessarily you put the status as undelivered shipment held at location without any intimation.

Blue dart taking my matter casually. they can't delivered my product from 10 days. raja sourav, swarnali all are bogus executives of your company.they told me that our area is a restricted area thats why they can't delivered my product but last evening i have seen blue dart vehicle in my area to deliver other orders.

We are having contract for courier facility with your company by the name Printpoint Pharma Packaging Pvt. Ltd. by customer code : 235701.
We have send an courier, collected by your person from our company with doc no.[protected] on[protected] by Mr shekhar. for mumbai. This docket has not reached mumbai till now. on enquiry Mr dinesh from pithampur branch is telling that courier is not booked from pithampur office and is lost.
Sir, this is a serious issue as we hand over very important documents to your courier company and your person responding in such pathetic way.
I want my documents back and if you cannot give us services please let me know we will arrange other courier.
Please give me back my courier you have booked any how as it contains important shipping documents.
Hope some body will take it seriously now!!!

I am complaining about non delivery of my package. It was disbursed yesterday evening from Mumbai pin code 400065 and suppose to reach delhi pincode 110030 by today but due to bad weather it is delayed. It is very urgent and we need this by today itself at anycost otherwise it will be a very huge loss for undersigned.

1 from hyderabad under awb nowaybill no : [protected] dt. 16th sept 2016
And the other from pune under awb no [protected] dt 19th sept 2016 could not
Be delivered by blue dart even though my address is easily
Accessible and there is always some one at home.
Blue dart excuse is that the address cannot be located.
But they did not even bother to call.
Consignment from pune returned to sender without even checking.
Big question mark regarding blue dart service
