    I have ordered washing machine online on 30.08.2016. Parcel picked from the seller on 03.09.2016. Still not delivered.

    Worst feedback from mails & customer care queries.

    Without even checking / calling delivery team mentioned comment "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed".

    I am waiting more than 15 days for the product after payment.

    Last 4 days we are waiting for the product based on your tracking details.

      Hi,

      I have called your support 7 times and your delivery people at your Kelambakkam are the most pathetic and irritating people i have ever heard off! never have i had a problem with Blue Dart but this is too much! my package is pending with your office for the last 6 days! my documents are not being handed over to me even after going to your office directly ! my contact number updated is wrong and so is the delivery address! Can u sort this out or how is this gonna work?

          Hello Team

          My way bill number -[protected], not hand over to corresponding person...

          With out conformation material delivered to wrong person...

          I tought blue dart is the safest courier service, I used several times, but this time really am very much frestated on blue dart service ...

          [protected] Mr.Siman this is the guy who deliver the courier wrongly ...

          Need to take action against this guy.

            My waybill number is [protected]...tracking show it is in Ludhiana ...call to many time om the numbers[protected], 4681324, 4092030...no one give answer...and the delivery boy name sushil [protected]...switch off mobile...4092030...also not pic the phone ...call to all numbers neart about 100 times and more...shame on your service...and your massage comes ...dress not located...we work as a company malwa cotton(and oswal knit with you from 20 to 30 years...but i am a employ of that company it is my personal delivery...on the company address...

              As per your aforesaid waybill no it was mentioned expected date of delivery of my product to Chennai on 10 September 2016.After coming off expected date it was mentioned in the website contact with customer care.Not only that this product shipped from Berhampore dist Murshidabad on 7.9.2016.But it is very misfortune to me that no status found from 7.9.2016 to 10.9.2016 upto 8:45pm .It was very important for me to reach the product to the destination in scheduled period as this material is pickup product just for your delay delivery i have lost a great offer now who take the responsibility, Your customer care service is very poor no representative can inform anything about the product what is your intention just play with us hide and seak now there is no option for me without go to consumer forum.

                    Hi,

                    My bluedart tracking ref no# [protected]
                    I suppose to get my passport today after noon by 1.00 PM. But still I have not got my passport yet. Even knowing the passport is the urgent document it was not delivered on time. Customer care executives are pathetic and irresponsible. They keep disconnecting my calls. This is the situation for the one of the regular customer of the Blue dart courier.

                    Due to this I have lots of stress and I had to reschedule my flight. Please contact me immediately and resolve my issue urgently.

                      My consignment AWB no : [protected] reached on 8th Sept at Raipur
                      but no one is attempt on my address from last 3days and not yet received any call from blue dart team, today on 9th Sept'16 I have visited the local blue dart office at Raipur and as per the branch manager Mr. Wankhede, they will delivered the curior within half an hours but still 6.30 PM not yet delivered,
                      Kindly arrange to log the complaint against the blue dart and take serious action.

                        BLUE DART COURIER. Awb no. [protected] I did not received my cheque book I rcvd call from blue dart person from the number [protected] and person ask me to wait till he will reach at the address I reached but he never come and then after 2 hrs. Later he called me again at that time I was not at my home I went to outside for some work ...and the person. Said that mam m at ur address I said m not at home now then he said ...i[censored] want to rcv the cheque book rcv otherwise I will return this..n very rude I request him plz handover it to me after 10 minutes then I called him at least 30 times he never rcvd call n I don't know now I will rcv my cheque book or not...

                          My AWB No. [protected] and Ref No. EV[protected]
                          I was supposed to receive the credit card from SBI . I went to the Blue Dart office on 24th August to inquire about the card. I was told that the card has not arrived and it could only be delivered at home address i.e 68A, Motilal Nehru Road, Kolkata 700029. However they did not inform me when it will be delivered and when I visited them again on 26th August, I was told that they returned the card to Gurgaun. I am astonished at the service of Blue Dart and please note that I was not informed anything about the delivery by sms, phone or email. Thus I did not know the status of the delivery. This time again SBI has dispatched the card and I do not know if I will at all receive it.
                          You must punish the persons concerned.

                            I ordered a Tata Swach (Order No-15218, Order date-06/09/2016 18:30:16) product from Tata Swach Chemical Limited through online with online payment. This product has been sent to Blue Dart Courier at Malda dist.
                            This product has reached to this courier and they also called for delivery, therefore I went to receive the product but they are wanting Tracking Number for delivery but they have not sent me any tracking number. Then today I return from there. Now I am facing a big problem.
                            Sir, please kindly help me to rescue from problem.

                              Pan card was sent by nsdl, pune through blue dart vide awb

                              [protected] on 01/08/2016.

                              Still today i have not received my pan card.

                              When contacted to blue dart customer care, they informed

                              the card was returned as the nearest land mark was not

                              given. So the delivery man could not locate the address.

                              It was utter neglegency by a courior company like blue dart.

                              In past blue dart had deliveried so many item in same address.

                              It is a prime address in dumdum, . Kolkata-700074.

                              More over my mobile no. Must have given in the address.

                              He did not bother to ring me.

                              The land mark coloumn was not specified in the form. So how

                              can i mention ?

                              please look into the matter. It is really disgusting attitude

                              which we never expect from a blue dart personnel.

                              The address was 264/2 dr m.N .Saha road, balaka abasan.

                              Chatakal, dumdum, kolkata -700074.

                              Even i[censored] write 264/2 dr. M.N. Saha road, kolkata -700074, it will

                              be sufficient to reach any item.

                              Please take necessary action as per your law.

                                My Ref. No. is [protected].

                                This courier was sent by British Council office in Gurgaon in June 2016 to my Gurgaon Address.

                                I have been trying to track my courier since July 2016 but I haven't received a proper response.
                                My courier seems to be misplaced by Bluedart Head Office-Mumbai, #BlueDart but no one is bothered to track it or give me a proper response.

                                I first tried to track it on your website, but your website wasn't working for about a month. Then, I called up your customer care and most of the times the IVR automatically disconnected my call. When I did get in touch with one of the advisers, they weren't able to help me with it. They asked me to visit one of the blue dart offices. When i reached the office, they asked me to talk to the customer care team again as they weren't able to help me.
                                I then wrote to your customer support team (email address provided by one of the customer care executive) at [protected]@bluedart.com. But I haven't received any response to my email as well.

                                This kind of incompetence is not expected by such a courier company. I would like to hear from your company soon regarding my courier.

                                Thank you.

The product is despatched from NDLS and the destination is ASN. now as we know Bluedart don't shipon sSundays, so the expected delivery date is Monday.. But its been 19hrs my order is connected from CCU? do you guys connect the order and keep it with yourself? that product is very importantto me and its been 3days tthey'reppurposely delaying it. No sign of rains so that shouldn'tbe a pproble.

                                      My courier tracking no is [protected], I send it to Ranchi on 6th Sep 16, it should reach there maximum by 8th Sep 16. But still it has not delivered there. We submitted document to the govt. it should reach max by 1:00 pm today otherwise it has no value.
                                      I spend a huge amount just for a single courier because I want it to deliver in time.

                                        Out Company name is Cargo Service Center India Pvt. Ltd.. We had registered a pickup on Thursday 8th September 2016 from our Polaris, Marol office between 6.30 to 7.30 pm.. Our account no. is 107413. But the pick up boy did not turn up.
