I was supposed to receive my consignment on 18 july 2016, but it got delayed.
Further i was not informed when it will be delivered. On 21 july 2016, the man from blue dart came to deliver the item without informing me and since there were only children at the home they told the person to come during evening time. When i came home around 2:40 pm the same day i saw a missed call and it was from blue dart. I called him and asked him when he is coming again. He started misbehaving on the call and told me you won't get your package and he cut my phone. I further called him but he didn't picked up my call.

I am disappointed to inform you on 8th july i have done courier through bluedart from bareilly to hyderabad and got assurance it will receive on 9th july but as per tracking it received on 16th july?? it was very important courier... explain the region??
Plz find attached courier slip and do the needful asap.

This complaint is against waybill no : [protected]. I was on leave today was waiting at my home to receive this courier as i got message this morning that it is out for delivery. Now when i check the latest status on the portal, it is showing "delivery attempted-premises closed" without any delivery attempt.

How is it possible?? How is the courier boy so irresponsible??

How this service provider allowing this kind of boy to provide service??

Letter sent from delhi on 18/07/16. Reached kukatpally hyderabad on 20/07/2016 at 11.50 am. I spoken with customer care kukatpally and requested to deliver by the same day, because i am with my family going to rajahmundry yesterday tickets were booked. Due to non delivery of the letter i cancelled all the tickets. One side financial loss another side one day leave loss, these all the things happened because of your late delivery. See one thing i want to ask you my letter has dispatched from delhi on 20/07/16 at 4.00 am reached hyderabad kukatpally at 11.50 a. M, today 21/07/2016 time is 12.50 p. M. Sofar i have not received the delivery. Today morning also i requested your staff at least by early hours to dispatch. Your office at kukatpally to my home is hardly 1 k. M distance, but more than 24 hours over i have not received the letter. Please look into this matter and make repairs to your kukatpally staff.

I sent a package (awb : [protected]) containing documents to australia from blue dart office in sector 8 chandigarh (india) on 24 may 2016. the package never reached its destination. the package was instead sent to some other destination and was returned. but it was not returned to me. it was returned to a bank in chandigarh which had sent documents to south africa via blue dart!. the banks documents and my documents were maybe interchanged some where and my documents were sent to south africa instead of australia. the recipient in south africa returned my docs to bank. and now the bank is refusing to let go of the documents until they get back their documents also from blue dart. i am stuck between blue dart and the bank. these documents are very important for me. i work abroad on a ship and have limited access to the internet and phone. i cannot do anything besides this complaint until i come back to india

Yesterday i found a sorry card on my door stating they have missed me. Only the awb number mentioned with the source and no call was made to me before or at the time of delivery. Today morning i personally visited their office to collect the document as it is an important bank document. The document was not there. It was with the delivery boy only. So i called him up.
All he was trying to do is make me understand their rules and the way he was talking to me was like he is my boss. Not being in my home was my fault according to him. Its not his responsibility to inform anything. It is not his company's responsibility either. When i asked him to deliver it, he said i will call you and you must pick the phone. Another warning given to me.

We had send the courier to Ranebennur (Karnataka) on 09/07/16 from Godhra (Gujarat) through Blue dart express ltd. Courier docket No. is [protected]. This consignment did not reach to the destination till date and we have inquire at Godhra office, than they told that the consignment is missing from Bangalore airport.

We have choose Blue Dart courier for their accuracy and speed even though charges is more as compare tho other courier. But we are very unlucky to get both the things.

We want that consignment any how. So, kindly do needful at earliest and give justice.

My daughter applied for issue of new pan card from nsdl. As per message of nsdl the pan card no is clgpb7903n and the bill no. Is [protected]. The said card has not still being received to my daughter inspite of repeated complaints through telephonically on 11.07.2016, 16.07.2016, 18.07.2016 and 19.07.2016.
It is requested to enquire the complaint and arrange to send my pan card at my above mentioned address at the earliest.

With reference to the above mentioned subject i would like inform you that i have ordered a raincoat from "decathlon" on dated 13th july'2016. They have shipped the same on 14th july'2016. Via tracking id:- [protected] on blue dart courier service. When i tracked my item i found that the item is in jorhat counter yesterday stating a report that "consignee not available" where i was available here in jorhat and i didn't got any call from blue dart courier.In this regard i want to say that they are misleading customers.

Please take some action so that we can get our items on appropriate time.

I have a company named r&c enterprises and my previous address was 139, shiv shakti indl. Est., marol naka, andheri east. Mumbai maharashtra.

Almost 80 % vendors have received my new address and 20 % haven't. I received a call from your mumbai team and the person behaved very disrespectful and did not fulfill my query, he did not wait for a second and hung up and did not answer my call even after i called him several times. His name is anonymous but i have his cell phone number[protected]. Please take strict action against this kind of disrespectful, unkind, arrogant and unmannerliness behavior of your employee.

On 17/07/2016 courier boy contacted me to deliver but he didn't come for delivery to me. I have received many products through blue dart.
It happened first time with me that courier was not delivered to me.
Please look into this matter.

My name is krishna murthy, i am writing this mail to complaint against the basheerbagh office hyderabad. Actually i got rewards card from citi bank it should be delivered on 13-jul-2016. But when i enquired in my block, the concerned person from delivery has not come to our premices first. And updating the status as "delivery attempted-premises closed"

Second when i reached the office and enquired the head there is giving worst explanation and his behavior with customer is worst. How come such people become head first.
I request the video clips of my premices where any one attempted at least visted my building i will updated those videos as proof.

Moring i spoke to "[protected]@bluedart.com" i hed told he will inform the team still i am wating at home today no one came and just uped the satatus as "delivery attempted-premises closed"

I am not satis fied with is service at all.

He didn't give me any receipt. He gave me a number [protected] and said tell this num. This is important. Thereafter bijendre kumar is accepting dt he pick the product but ur staff is denying. As mentioned in subject, my shipment has not handed over to me. Shipment has arrived in respective branch which is near to my address, on 11 July 2016. I have not got call from anybody however shipment status mentioned is consinee not available. Not sure how they wrongly assign status of shipment without approaching customer. Bluedart is getting paid for their service then why not they provide proper service??? This is the second time I have got same frustrating experience from blue dart courier company. Need to take serious action against them.. When all other courier services provide proper services and delivery then why blue dart is not???? I need justice else I will publish it on social media as well ...
