Hello, blue dart customer service in kohima, nagaland is pathetic. They never home deliver items and has even stopped messaging us when an item reaches the blue dart office. I do all my shoppings online. On 3rd june 2016 i ordered an item from snapdeal. I got an sms from dm-bludrt that my item was successfully delivered on[protected] to my surprise, when i never got any message from the blue dart office that my item has reached kohima. Snapdeal on the other hand kept updating me about my items tracking. I went to the blue dart office on[protected] and finally got the chance the talk to an employee after crawling through the crowded customers and told them i never received this particular item. This young man rudely told me to bring the tracking details. I had it written with me so i handed him the paper where i had the tracking details noted down. After a few mins of going through the unorganised packeges in the office, he came back telling me the item is not there. I requested them to check it properly, because snapdeal already sent me a message saying my parcel has reached kohima. To my dismay, they flatly told me to write a complaint to the snapdeal. And upon enquiry on why they stop messaging us customers when our parcel reaches the blue dart office, the reply was disappointing, "there is no time to message". When asked why, he replied "so many parcel, too less workers". What i cannot comprehend is that, if they are not able to provide a decent customer service, why are they even operating it? Or, why not increase the workforce? The people behind the counter are always rude.Instead of providing a proper service, they are causing unnecessary mental harassment to the customers.
