My courier was supposed to be delivered by 5-5-2022. On the portal it is showing that my address is untraceable. I did no received any call from your end till date. In the past I have received several parcels/Couriers on this address.
My address: 568 K/12 Krishna Palli, Alambagh, Lucknow Near Eco Garden. Nearest Land Mark is Near Kapila Pashu Ahar Shop.

        Dear Team,

        I have receive call of Delivery boy named Arjun contact no [protected] that he has my delivery i said him wait for 2 min i am coming out of gate then he said i am getting late will deliver you your card by evening and today is 6th and daily he is telling will deliver you today but not delivered

        Kindly help me find my courier i have some urjent work with it

            A shipment delivery by Blue Dart has not been received by me but in tracking it shows as delivered on 3rd May 2022. I've tried reaching blue dart on call and email but there was no reply from them.

              My parcel is delivered to a person who is a stranger I don't even know him nor seen his face either delivery agent has not even contacted me for the delivery of my parcel and handed the parcel to unknown person how is it possible? This negligence could be a threat to my personal life aswell as parcel contained some personal documents my documents could even be misused who will be responsible for that? I want my parcel or I'm taking this issue to court

                This AMEX credit card related to AWB - [protected] reached hitec kondapur Blue Dart on May 3rd and till now I did not receive the delivery and could not even connect to the customer care number.

                Reached out over mails to customer care and really upset as we have no clue and lost

                  Very pathetic service of Blue Dart. I had 5 previous bad experience with Blue dart. But I told Nothing. Few days ago (30th April 2022) I ordered an item from "flipkart" and flipkart sent the item within 3 working days. But Blue dart holding up my item since 6 days. I called blue dart customer care for several times, but They were unable to solve my problem. But today, when I am tracking my Item with my AWB no.[protected] It showing that "Consignee Refused To Accept". It was a prepaid order. And I have not received any call from Courier boy or anyone else from Blue dart. I even go to your office(which is 8 km from my residence)for collecting my order but from there i only get disappointment. My order is very valuable to me. Please Help. I want my item back now.

                    I received my order today, such a worst product that was, it was not what I ordered, I ordered 6combo set of bras, I received other bra then too only 3set n a very cheap cloth, it seems lik already used, n I'm trying to contact them to return no one is responding, please arrange pickup for return

                      I was about to receive my order from Blue Dart on 3rd May 2022. My shipment with AWB no [protected] was Out for Delivery but it hasn’t reached yet. Moreover I didn’t receive a call from any delivery person or not ring my doorbell and now it’s already showing that Consignee’s out of station. I am at my home all day on 3rd may and waiting for order but no one is coming at my address. Also i will also check the map location of delivery person that he is not coming near my area even or in the end of day how blue dart said that i am out of station?. I want my delivery at earliest . Very worst service. why blue dart is keeping this kind of employees to serve publics..

                        Not giving any update of my parcel location

                        Hi, I have been constantly trying to track my order [protected] dispatched through Blue dart. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd May 2022 in prayagraj but on the website there is no current update available. After this I contacted the company through email and they themselves don't have any update yet of my parcel location. Blue dart courier service is very responsible towards the customers. Neither do they deliver on time nor they give...

                          I had couriered the document on 21st April 2022 to Bangalore, which shows as delivered, however, the recipient has not received it. I raised a complaint with blue dart a week back and they have not yet resolved the issue. I have been continuously following up with them but to no avail.

                          It is a very important document and in case it's lost I will to bear serious consequences.

                            I had ordered fastag from patym.They were sending me the fastag through blue dart express .The product was out for delivery on 28/04/2022 but I didn't received the product nor did I got any call from the deliver partner. When I checked the delivery status on the Blue Dart website it showed cosine address incomplete/incorrect. I had provided my mobile phone number delivery information but the delivery partner neither contact me nor I got an information about deliveryman in the delivery status. And after these few days I am not even able to open my status window on bluedart website. Photo uploaded below.

                                and it is marked as consignee is not in the station wherein I have informed the exact location however, you need to take action against the lame workers you have in your company.

                                  I can see the status of the card near my given address but still I did not receive the card as per the scheduled date i.e 30th April 2022 mentioned in the message and tracker.
                                  This is the 3rd time blue dart is repeating the same mistake.

                                  Unable to contact them at the number mentioned, always receiving busy tone.

                                  Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
