    Dear blue team,

    Hope this complaint is being read by the top officials of blue dart and get aware of the pathetic customer service that has been offered to simple customer like me.

    This is a serious concern and must be dealt on an immediate basis or else this complaint will keep on repeating till this gets sorted out.

    Date of incident - 4th july 2016 and 6th july 2016

    The above mentioned awb no [protected] containing bank package of icici - new account opened was supposed to get delivered at 6/j ananda palit road near entally post office kolkata -700014 on 4th july 2016 where the field staff - courier boy updated the tracking details as consignee has shifted. kindly check the tracking details below

    The issue is that i am staying at the given address from birth and the courier did not even called me on the registered mobile no with icici bank - [protected] and in the tracking details it is mentioned consignee has shifted.

    Today morning i mailed miss swati ghosh - assistant manager of kolkata branch. though she responded but she consistently made the customer feel that the negligence has happened from my end. when asked her that the courier boy should have called on my number she replied "please be informed that bank shipments have a defined delivery norm which needs to be adhered to and hence we are not authorised to call and arrange delivery of bank instruments. the guidelines are put forward by the bank to ensure security of bank instruments and to avoid any fraudulent act."where the icici customer service team assured me that registered mobile number is given to track the customer if necessary. she has been ruthless to me while interacting with me specifically earlier also around in december 2015 with regard to her behaviour which is absolutely unaccepatable and i wonder how can she be part of customer service bluedart.


    My issues are laid below for your action-

    1) registered mobile number is given for what reason - kindly verify. so a person needs to take a holiday from work and sit at home to wait for package to be delivered... is it so?... and top of it all my family is unqualified to receive the package. is it so?... then why miss ghosh kept on talking to me about sops and sops something probably she has learned recently in blue dart institution and has a exam to be given so that she can survive another year in your organisation and jeopardize the brand image of blue dart (i really don't know whether this brand image matters to an institution like "bluedart"). icici bank team has confirmed that registered mobile number can be called if necessary to deliver the package.

    2) swati ghosh - assistant manager blue dart also insisted to take my wife's number and whether my wife has a pan card to deliver the package to my wife. if this is the case she is contradicting the point in her reply mail below which i guess she recalled it

    "please be informed that bank shipments have a defined delivery norm which needs to be adhered to and hence we are not authorised to call and arrange delivery of bank instruments. the guidelines are put forward by the bank to ensure security of bank instruments and to avoid any fraudulent act."

    3) upon telling her that i will put this matter on the consumer forum platform she actually threatened me that blue dart's legal team will take care of. i mean why this attitude miss ghosh - do you really doing justice to your position and salary which you are drawing. i dont think so as your only aim is to demean the customer on the other side of the issue so that your track record remains clean. to cover the same she puts up a date where we had an interaction where actually she was wrong and ultimately i was refunded the money. i replied thanking her.

    "kindly note that bluedart believes in being transparent in their communication with customers and continues to strive towards providing customer delight as affirmed in your trail mail below dated 5th december 2015. please be rest assured that the matter will be address on priority and further communication will be provided to you by the concerned member."

    Kindly address the above points which is actually bothering me a lot where the customer has been kept so low in your set of principles.

      This is shilpi from orient craft limited. delivery boy of your company came to deliver my courier he called me from my office landline and yes he didnot waited for me. i was out for lunch i asked him to wait for 15 min or either deliver to place where i am having lunch. he denied for both the option.

      I am very disappointed with your services. can you get my packet delivered today itself.

              Dear Sir/Mam,
              It is to inform you that the delivery boy, mob No- [protected] did not deliver the courier no- [protected](W177425) at home and called me away from home in rain to take the courier arrogantly. I will not bear this behavior and expect appropriate actions. The courier contained some important documents which was torn off due to rain water at the time when he handed over me. You are paid to deliver at doorstep not away from home. Kindly revert to me with explanations. I tried to call Mr Alok Singh, Mob No- [protected], Varanasi, but he as usual did not pick up the phone. So it's a combined mistake.

                We booked the shipment from two accounts.

                Account "A"…. Which was not picked up due to high Invoice value and left at the gate stating that this should go by the road & 2nd booking was from my Head Office account.

                Both the times the personnel on the call did not mention of the documents “E-Sugam”.

                All that was asked for is Invoice copy and Declaration. I’m sure the calls are recorded… and then have the courtesy to say a lie to the relationship Manager that all information has been passed on, colleagues are blatantly feeding mis-information which calls for immediate action at your end.

                We have verified this from our end twice when we called the Customer service.

                The Bangalore Blue Dart employee gives us information to back date E-Sugam form to cover-up the goof-ups occurred from Bombay office.

                So much goo[censored]p's by professional company calls for doing business with Small timers and not these big unprofessional guys.

                  We have received a packagefrom FASHION & YOU through blue dart courrier addressed to Usharani, 103 sakuntala residency, RK street, VV nagar colony, kukatpally, hyderabad - 500072. While delivering courrier boy asked for the name of receiver, which was informed by my daughter. After delivering Courrier boy started sending unwanted messages to my daughter from his mobile no [protected]. Hence we are bringing this incident to you and request to take action against that boy and to inform us the action.

                      One of my ordered (No.[protected] & blue dart awb #[protected]) item on snapdeal reached on 28.6.16 at the area of my premises but did not delivered. Delivery boy excused due to "big truck" and less manpower and returned to their local hub - but on net they excused address issue. I complained through net and your official and asked them to send sufficient manpower to deliver such heavy item for which already delivery charge taken by snapdeal. Again on 29.6.16 only single fellow reached with big truck and delivered the material at my residence with the help of a coolie to whom i had to pay rs.50.00

                        This is Neeraj kumar. My brother send a courier from patna to noida. he has posted it on 27th of june 2016, till today it has not deliver to me.yesterday and day before yesterday it was in kolkata. As it was next day delivery courier why i could not receive my courier. i have to pay 10000 Rs extra as a late fine to submit my fee. who is responsible for this ??? blue dart promise me it will maximum get deliver by 29th june. No one is picking call on bluedart toll free number. some one picked he disconnected the call. again some one picked he told system is not working hence i cant provide you the detail then i told him that i want to talk with your senior and disconnected the call. kindly help me out.

                            I am experiencing intentional delay in delivery of the consignment whenever a consignment is happened to be delivered by blue dart. They have delivered in my address 10 to15 times earlier, not a single time they had delivered timely either i had to contact by e mail or by phone. They have the two remarks for delay (1). Wrong pin code (2) network delay impact on delivery,
                            Last time on my complaint one customer executive talked to me, after delivery, that this thing will never happen. And requested me to tell to customer executive that problem is resolved.
                            This time expected delivery is 28.06.16 but on 29.06.16 you find that there is no sign that it will be delivered on the above two fake ground. I would like to request please try to avoid this type of lame excuse as it does not suit your size of company

                              I lalitha peri is having account at axis bank - a s rao nagar, hyd, telangana.I had requested for issue of cheque book with the bank. The axis bank sent a message the cheque book was dispatched by blue dart on 20-6-16. But till now i did not receive the cheque book.

                              I request you to please send my cheque book immediatly as my transactions are pending and urgent.

                              Please acknowledge on receipt of the mail and respond to [protected] at lease by sms immediatly.

                                On 28/05/2016, hdfc bank, chennai has dispatched important document to my address in dombivli pin code: 421201.

                                But neither of the above address had received the document, however it is mentioned in the blue dark tracking portal that the item is delivered 30/05/2016 mentioning name kacnchan. I really dont know who is kacnchan.

                                Kindly help me in receiving the document.

                                  Waybill No : [protected] :Delivery not attemptedon June22rd 2016 and updated in website consignee not available, they have not even contacted on my mobile on this day.

                                  Second day 23rd June the courier delivery person called me informed vehicle is break down btut updated web site as Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed, updated the PIN code same day and got assuarance of delivery on next day.

                                  Nothing happened today also after contacting support they put my call into onhold and did not answer my questions.

                                  This is the 4th day since this courier arrived in Bangalore.
                                  Never ever use BluDart they are interested in cheating people rather than deliver it on time.
                                  Ugliest service I have ever seen from a professional courier company.

                                    I ordered a DVD from Amazon in Italy. I spent 30 Euros extra to receive the DVD more quickly. The DHL/Blue Dart office in Chitoor--3 hours away from where I live and work--refuses to deliver it to me. They are making me go get it from them even though I paid a significant amount extra on shipping itsel[censored]

                                    They have called me 2 times to say they would deliver the package part way--to Madanapalle (17 km away) and that I could pick it up there. Then they said they changed their mind.

                                    Now they are making me pay the bus fare of someone who may deliver it half way.

                                    DHL/Blue Dart is functioning like an extortionist. They are stealing money at the upper most level of the company and then making the customer pay 2 times for their goods that they already paid for.

                                      Axis bank ltd. Had couriered through blue dart a consignment to be delivered to me. Blue dart tracking code no [protected]. The consignment has not been delivered. On checking the tracking, i found that blue dart ltd. Had mentioned that the consignment not delivered as landmark required.
                                      It is strange that even after possessing my mobile number (As i have got a message from blue dart that the delivery would be attempted on... Day) there was no phone call made to me by the blue dart delivery person to ascertain the correct address or landmark.
                                      This happened earlier also and i had to collect the consignment from axis bank.
                                      Very unprofessional and poor service.

                                        Hello, blue dart customer service in kohima, nagaland is pathetic. They never home deliver items and has even stopped messaging us when an item reaches the blue dart office. I do all my shoppings online. On 3rd june 2016 i ordered an item from snapdeal. I got an sms from dm-bludrt that my item was successfully delivered on[protected] to my surprise, when i never got any message from the blue dart office that my item has reached kohima. Snapdeal on the other hand kept updating me about my items tracking. I went to the blue dart office on[protected] and finally got the chance the talk to an employee after crawling through the crowded customers and told them i never received this particular item. This young man rudely told me to bring the tracking details. I had it written with me so i handed him the paper where i had the tracking details noted down. After a few mins of going through the unorganised packeges in the office, he came back telling me the item is not there. I requested them to check it properly, because snapdeal already sent me a message saying my parcel has reached kohima. To my dismay, they flatly told me to write a complaint to the snapdeal. And upon enquiry on why they stop messaging us customers when our parcel reaches the blue dart office, the reply was disappointing, "there is no time to message". When asked why, he replied "so many parcel, too less workers". What i cannot comprehend is that, if they are not able to provide a decent customer service, why are they even operating it? Or, why not increase the workforce? The people behind the counter are always rude.Instead of providing a proper service, they are causing unnecessary mental harassment to the customers.
