Inspite of multiple reminder calls, i did not receive my parcel from bank even though i requested multiple times that i required the card on urgent basis.
They say that they attempted the delivery, but i never received any call/ sorry note from blue dart intimating that the delivery attempt has failed. And now the parcel is returned back to the bank. I have lost 15 days in this procedure....

We have a shipment from bhiwandi to howrah, though our shipment is received to howrah pout and still it kept on hold, it was a very urgent delivery, though after confirming our shipment your customer care executive has told us that it will received on 16/07/2016 till 5 pm and still now we havent received our shipment.
I m regret to inform this that such a bad service we are receiving from your side.

I was promised to received the consignment from blue dart as on the 15th of April-2016 between 14:00-16:00 hours.The same was supposed to have been delivered to Wipro Sarjapura Campus.
The Way Bill Number has been -AWB[protected].
Reference No-[protected].

The courier person was called several times on his contact number which is [protected], however there was not response from the same person.

Your curious services only big name .I think you can't provide your executive properlly training for the communication with customers . it's very bad & very rudlly talking with me about the my confidential courier & send me wrong commitment ...it's very chip ..things ...if your not providing proper services & people answer .please close your company ..that's the my advice or change your staff ..or training your executive how to talk wid the...

It is very often observed that your courier staff do not delivery any document/ parcels arrived; at our location. We have to personally collect it from their office.
Alternately it is mentioned as "address not found/ incomplete address/ landmark required".
We are location in the heart of the city and on the very prominent government offices area.
Secondly, we are receiving parcels & couriers from other courier partner...

Items is delayed at airport from last 5 days. They are not providing satisfactory answers. And other items from mi and also through fedex, booked on same date was delivered in less than 28 hrs.

As i got message stating courier need to be delivered, on 4/4/16 but till now i didn't get any courier. I supposed to get the courier on the provided date....

I feel this is the worst courier service. I am saying this because courier with id [protected] which sent to me is not delivered. When try to track it shows its ter in Tirupur. But when I call them ter is no proper response
Since it's very important parcel I am even planning to go for consumer court if I din any proper response...
