Really irritated with blue dart service this is my 2nd experience

Dear Sir/Madam,

Plc ref way bill no-AWB 128956 delivery man confirmed by phone to deliver at recipient home add-(132 f1, lajpat nagar, jagatpura, Jaipur-302017)in stead of recipient office add-(C-98, Jaganpath, , C Scheme Jaipur -302001) but not delivered even after accepting....

I fed up with such bakwas service of Blue Dart courier. My bank has sent cheque book to me on 3rd Mar-16 vide docket no.[protected]. On regular basis on every day from 7th I am calling on regular basis to call centre no.[protected] every day they telling you will get call from office boy on your cell and he will deliver courier in office hours. There is huge difference between commitment and actual work by Blue Dart. I am not satisfied by...

I didn't received my courier for two attempts only for Incomplete address and I mention correct address with proper landmark. If there is any problem courier person should call me but no call and for two days. This is my very important document of Bank. I even call to bluedart customer care but i didn't find any resolutions.

This is the second time im facing issue with bluedart, i can say the worest in worest. for the last saying the status was we could not able to locate. thought i have got more than 40 orders from fedex and aramax...

Sir i am not getting parcel courier from blue dart my ref no old [protected] & my new ref no-[protected], i am very fed up with this type of service i am staying in same address but urs person as told to credit card dept is this incorrect address...

Delivery boy Deepak from Ghatkopar Mumbai came to my clinic with parcel & it was closed. I received the missed you card so i called him on [protected] & informed him to please deliver the shipment between 11am to 3pm timing. But next day he didn't make it & my shipment was returned due to his lazy attitude.
please rectify the position....

Still i am not receive my credit card which was came from icici bank ., I had already said to deliver my home address i was given full address with pincode, but you said you area name is missing ., but if there is pincode then it easy findout that area name or you have to at least one time call to ask regarding address ...after that it was shifted to my office address ...and said we do not know department name or extension number but my mobile...

I have ordered some items [3]through ebay india. The courier partner was blue dart.
Item reached to my nearest blue dart office [ kaduthuruthy, kottayam, kerala] around 5 days before. They did not delivered yet.
They refused to deliver at home they were insisting me come and collect. Since i am an elderly person i requested to deliver home.

I believed blue dart is the best courier company in india and service...

AWB No - [protected], I have been sent a confidential doc from XYZ Bank, and the same was attempted for delivery on 7th March 2016. However, since I am a working lady, I was not available at home and hence called back at the note left by your delivery boy. When called, he said that the time of delivery would be between 2-5 on 8th March. But since I would be again in office, I requested for delivery around 6, or requested the same to be picked...

Person who has come for delivery to my address hno 1-5-95/20/1, flat no 201. Old alwal secunderabad. Has knocked the door very roodly and on my question to him that why you are knocking door roodly, he just returned by abusing without delivering my consignment....

I'm from Amravati and the bluedart shipment never comes to my home. They just show notification address not found or house closed like excuses every time. I picked up last seven shipments from office and find this very annoying. When I called today they told me to collect from office again. So kindly look after this matter because some shipments are really important to us....

Today I should get delivery. Delivery guy called me at 3:16PM, unfortunately I did not picked the call. immediately after seeing the called I called him at 3:33pm and told I will not come tomorrow so I need today. he asked me to come to a place (west in mind space). So I went there and called 10-15 times. he is not at all picked my call. and I waited for 30 min. Are that person thinking I am not having any work. I need it today itself. Please...

Your delivery boys are rude, no patience, unprofessional, not suit for service industry

give them training on hospitality and customer interaction....

I order some goods from flipkart, Amazon ., .the couriers delivered through your service!!!but the delivery boys don't deliver the products to my door step!!! It's not my problem!!! All citizens of Narayanpet facing this issue!!!and they asking to illiterate people money by saying delivery charges!!!

The delivery boy didnot call me and did not come to my home and return the product by saying consignee not at home and when i go to their office they denied to give the courier...

Blue Dart ticket no. AWB [protected]. All days was available at the address, but without attending at the address comment given as 'consignee not available' & returned the consignment. Is it the service giving by blue dart? It is so poor & totally disappointing....

Hi, i have ordered a product from vistaprint, and the send it through BlueDart Express Ltd, but the courier services are not receiving phones and not even responding on my query, how could i get the parcel, please complaint against this type of service and do something better for future query, worst services they are providing. if they will not deliver the parcel within one day, then i will file an FIR against them.
