Sushil kumar from blue dart solan call me on 3rd feb 2016 to say that they will come to recieve a book that i have to return back to flipkart. he gave me mob. no. ([protected]) of the person who will recieve book from me. person with mob. no. [protected] from blue dart express solan, HP came to me on 4 feb 2016, to recieve a book, which i had bought from flipkart. They did 'nt give me any receipt of that.. and now they are not able to track...

My parcel came from Chennai to haridwar and the delivery date was 2nd march as i tracking my delivery status online site but they r not responding i called them so many times but they r not receiving. even i m getting waiting
i want quick solution as soon as possible

Hi, The Blue Dart courier person is asking for money on purchase of product from PayTM: Prestige Build Your Kitchen 3 Pcs Set Induction Based. I am not able to raise concern to right person. This is not acceptable that I should pay two times for the same product. I want clarification on why this person want money again?...

Bluedart Aizawl branch is unable to provide service for door delivery and we are usually asked through sms to pick up our courier within 1-3 days. It is not convenient at all for us especially when we are asked to pick up our courier within the same day they send the sms. Why is it so difficult to provide door delivery in such a small city like Aizawl while other branches are covering even suburbs in big cities like Chennai, Delhi, Kolkatta,...

I am not sure why the package has not been delivered mentioning landmark needed though i have provided the landmark and contact.
Requesting you to look into this on priority and help to despatch as quick as possible.

Courier taken to his personal home by delivery boy and while I go to take courier personally I found no sign board of blue dart at anywhere in shop so not able to find shop upto 2 hrs. Also they are not opening the shop at time it's 25 min late already. Please look into the matter and do the needful...

"Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed"
Is the reason which I always receive form the Blue Dart Express Center Of Pune Parvati branch.
It has not happened once but they have made it a regular practice of sending the above excuse.
1st my SBI credit Card got sent back Dated 25 Jan 2016
2nd my Citi bank credit card is put on hold Dated 22nd February 2016

I got a message from british counsil about my ielts trf and they even mentioned about tracking the post

Yet, having the awb number when i try to track post on blue dart site using awb number, it is showing that the awb number is not correct!...

I submitted my request for pan card on 6th feb and today is 23 feb. So i called up bluedart they say " ghar par koi nai tha usliye vapas bhej diya " this statement was said by customer care lady.

Hello Team,

This is really insensitive behavior towards customers. I have ordered something from Archies which was supposed to be delivered on 18th Feb however on 18th shipment arrived in Delhi and it was to be delivered in Pathankot.

I was perfectly fine with that as well hoping that i might get delivered by 19th but then on 20th i track order and see the comment "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" which...

I m waiting for my own card since a long time I got a phone call 10 days ago that somebody Luking for my address to deliver the pac card he called me up and I said plz delivered it to my address he said he can't even I will come to u again but he asked me to be there u asked him what the non sense it's ur duty to deliver the pan card on address but he disconnected the phone plz talk to the department and help me out my pan number is PAN BTPPA3936A...

I placed an order for a sb cheque book from Axis Bank on 11.02.1016 at around 2:30 pm. A person from Blue Dart came on 15.02.2016 at around 7:03 pm. I was in the second floor of my house and it took me about a minute to reach the main door. Meanwhile he called my name for 2 or 3 times and I replied each and every time and asked him to wait. When I reached the door, he told me that he cannot just shout for somebody to come down and started...

A complete useless courier services.
As a result i m winding off with the companies whose courier partner is bluedart. Even closing down the bank account as my bank has the courier partner as bluedart.

Enough of bluedart...
