    Hello there. I am a resident of aizawl mizoram in the northeast of india and i have a complaint against your branch in aizawl. The people who work there have refused to deliver our products to us even though we are charged for home delivery. As soon as our parcels arrive, mainly from sites like snapdeal, jabong, myntra, etc they send us a message in mizo telling us to collect the parcel within a day or so or else our products will be sent back. They have claimed our area is not under their delivery area but we are a small community of people and i have been enquiring around and there are some people who they deliver for in my locality. Besides this is an unfair reason because when we look at products online and we type in our pincode it would show that we are within the deliver area so why is it that when the parcels reach us here, we are told that we are not in the deliver area and that we need to pick it up ourselves and when we do go to pick it up we are still charged for the delivery charges. When i asked them the reason they told me that they knew their rights and that they told the bluedart people off. I studied for a number of years in delhi and as students we would not have the best housing location so we were in gulleys where vehicles couldn't enter but even then bluedart would deliver our parcels to us at our doorstep and trust me aizawl is a much easier and smaller town to go around. This issue has been the talk of many people. I have heard rumors of people going to the consumer court about it. Please take action against whoever is working in that office and make them do their jobs with efficiency and integrity.

When i call to customer care they replied that we are not able to find your address but i am not agree with that statement as i had received so many documents from this company in my past carrier then how can they respond that they don't no my address.

          A highly incomplacent behaviour from allahabad branch office of Blue dart express. Mr.Grijesh tiwari was shown before sending the courier that itay contains a very confidential document i.e passport and it needs to be delivered safely on time. Today, while tracking the status I came to know that the courier has been sent to mumbai. I don't understand I chose blue dart since it is supposed to be the best this is the result that you people give to your customers. I don't know how but I need the courier to be delivered anyhow today only. My carrier has been at stake because of this incomplacency. This is highly intolerable. Kindly take some strict actions otherwise I will have to take other measures.Kindly keep me updated.

            This is regards Way bill no. [protected] and [protected] which are not delivered. I got a call no Friday ( 25th March 2016) from your office about my address and nearest landmark and was told that it will be delivered the next day but instead I got a message that it has been returned due to address related issue and to contact Citibank. I contacted the bank and was told that my landmark has been updated and the way bill be delivered in next two days at my address and my complaint no with Citibank is [protected]. Again today I received the way bill has been returned due to address related issue. Ihave receiving parcels from your company from last seven to eight years on the same address than why is this problem been created. Please help me and solve my problem at the earliest.               From the authorized akola blue dart center courier boy/man not visited to the particular mansion address & when i visited the akola center, the courier boy/man agree the he was not visited the mansion address & mark the code that address was not found. When the manage ask to courier boy/man you have the mb. No. On courier packet, why don't you call on that mb. No. The courier boy/man say i don't have any phone or mobile handset to call the customer.
              So it is clear cut massage the center have not provided the service properly & have wast management system, so here my self requesting please get back my courier.
              Authorized akola blue dart have my mb. No. As well as e-mail also.

                I have a parcel of my IELTS score card pending on your kaduthuruthy br Kottyam dist Kerala for last 15 days.My address location is 4 km from your office its unable to collect by my old parents who are presently in my house. Since it got stuck in your office nobody called till date .I have called your office and they behaved in bad manner.I hope your concerned person failed to track whether the goods are collected or not.I am planning to make complaint agaist your service to consumer court.

                  One of my Paytm order was getting shipped through bluedart (#ordered on 15th march). Everything was going smooth and bluedart tracking (#[protected]) reported that it arrived from Bangalore to Kolkata.

                  All of a sudden, on29th of march, I am seeing 'Consignee refused to accept the product' as status and the the shipment is headed back to Bangalore. They never called me, they didn't even bother to reply my message left at their customer care page.

                  Called BlueDart and their explanation is paytm cancelled it. Called Paytm, their explanation is bluedart clearly mentioned that you cancelled it.

                  Now I want to see through the end of this fraud. Any guidance is highly appreciated.

                    My Courier was to come from Reebok with order ID 11261778 and AWB [protected] through Blue Dart. On 26 Mar I received a call from there office and I told them that I will not be able to take the courier same day and therefore they can deliver me on next day that is today (27 Mar 16).
                    Because of some unavoidable reason I was not at home. The courier boy with mobile number [protected] called me and started misbehaving on phone. He even threatened me of dire consequences.
                    You are requested to kindly look into the matter. Action taken may please be intimated to me within next week.

                      I have raised a compliant on yesterday about the delivery person unable to locate my address but the address with contact detail is clearly mentioned in my parcel.
                      I got replied from [protected]@bluedart.com, will delivered from today but again updated the tracking website with same issue.

                      I have tried hundred time to reached via mobile but none of your number is working.
                      Can you please commit to deliver by tomorrow end of day?
                      Please ask delivery person to call me if still having problem to locate me

                        Worst service by blue dart, in the delivery status they writen that address is incomplete. my address is very clear and the delivery boy also not call me. i went to blue dart office for my packege they asked me to go another office for delivery. their i met the person who has to delivery my packege. the delivery boy is saying that he called to my number but i have not responded. but he not called me. i asked to show the dailed list from is phone . he is not responinding irresponsible servies. they not know how to talk with customers.
                        my advice to blue dart is give training about how talking to coustemers. before hiring them. not satisfied with blue dart.

                          I am staying in one of the towns of chikkamagalore district, karnataka. First i booked an order in limeroad on around 08-feb-16, it has reached chikkamagalore on 12-feb, but they dint delivered for two days giving a reason that consignee not available (Not even called me).A delivery boy from bluedart has called me on 13-feb-16 to collect my parcel by going to his faraway place where limeroad says it is home delivery. (What is the security if i go to his place) more on this he spoke in vulgar language with me. I gone through so many phone calls and mails to limeroad and bluedart to report this incident to get that guy punished for the thing and expected this will not repeat in future. Both ( limeroad & bluedart ) are promised that this will not repeat in future orders.
                          Again i have booked an order in limeroad on 14-mar-16. Parcel reached to chikkamagalore on 18-mar-16, it is kept on hold for 4 days. And 4th day a guy has called me and told me come to his place to collect the parcel. Again same harsh language. I called limeroad and bluedart, reported the thing. Both are very very irresponsible on resolving the issue which was happening to a girl. Finally after so many conversations in phone and in mails parcel has reached me on 23-mar-16. 9:41pm (Is this the time to deliver parcel to a girl staying with family) .You people don’t deserve to be seated in reputed business lines when you cannot resolve a issue like this happened twice with a girl.
                          Girls, be-careful about these cheaters.

                            Sir/madam,
                            I am angry and extremely disappointed at the service for order tracking number

                            I ordered my package at mi.com and the tracking shows that they shipped it from bangalore on 19 march 11:36 am, and it arrived ccu on 20 march 10:50 am. It was received at hooghly on 20 march 2016 04:17 pm.

                            As per progress, i expected it on the same day, if not the next day (Latest by 21 march) because it does not take long to arrive chandannagar from serampore. But it did not arrive even the next day 22 march (Today), although none of these days was a holiday.

                            The tracking shows the shipment was out for delivery on 22 march 10 am, which means it should have been delivered today. There was no sign of it. Tomorrow is dol, and holi follows, so i can expect it won’t arrive tomorrow as well. Can you please explain to me the cause of this delay?

                            When the shipment arrives on 20 march, why is it not delivered that day?
                            Why is there no entry/progress of tracking on 21 march the whole day?
                            When it is finally out for delivery on 22 march at 10 am, after left there for 2 days, why does it not arrive even that whole day?

                            I am very displeased to say the least.

                            Let me add. I called [protected] (Got the contact from internet for serampore hub) at 10:02 pm yesterday to know the matter. I do not know the person’s name, but i was surprised at his rudeness. I asked if i can get info for my shipment. He replied that office had closed and i should call in office-hours and abruptly hung up. I was taken aback at this behaviour. I did not know the office timings, but he could have atleast been polite in telling me that. I called again to know the office timings and when should i call. I asked him why did he end the line so rudely last time. I quote his words below:

                            “keno phaltu bokchhen? Bollam toh ekhon hobena. Ekhon kichhu bolte parbo na. Besh korechhi phone kete diyechhi. Erom shomoy phone korle etai hobe. Raat dosh tae phone kete dewai hobe. Apni kal shokale phone korun, apnake shudhu help noy, puro history bolbo.”

                            I was stunned at his tone. Do you employ and train these people only to serve at office hours and talk in such manner when someone calls outside their hours? I think i will not go for your service ever again. This one is not in my hands and am helpless. You may note that i am a journalist and am going to talk to my colleagues and publish this grievance in leading newspapers of kolkata as soon as possible.

                              I am Geetha. I have have ordered a product on Limeroad. My AWB number is [protected]. Today Mr. Suresh([protected]), representative of BLUEDART courier was called me and told me to collect the parcel by going to his place. My order is a home delivery order and it suppose to be delivered to my house. When i told him about this he not ready listen to this and he decided himself to cancel the order if i dint collect. He is calling a girl to his place just to collect the parcel even it is marked for home delivery. Either i have complaint against Bluedart or Limeroad, or against both.

                              Same thing happened on14th and 15th of February-2016. After all phone calls to Limeroad and Bluedart i recieved my parcel to my address on 15th February. I dont why a reputed company like Bluedart is doing this and why Limeroad is not teaching bluedart about all these misbahves and cheatings.

                                I have been waiting for my product since 18th of march, they told me the expected date of delievery on 21st march, but today it is 22nd of march and i have not got my order yet, whenever i call them, they pick the call after a lot of efforts made by me, and everytime they say it will be delievered tommorrow, they dont even tell the reason of delay, they got the worst deliever service i have seen ever . plz help me get my product, and i swear i will not use bluedart ever in my life

                                    I got a call from bluedart office that my package had arrived and ask to to pick it up in their office. I ask them whether they could deliver it to my home. They told me to wait for a few more days for that. Its 12:00pm and its monday and it is just around 10 mins to deliver it to my home. If i could get it myself i would not need a courier.
