Blue dart executives call to say that we are coming to deliver your packet today. But till 4-5 days we didn't receive any packet. If we call them back for any response, there is no one to reply, last time I had gone to the office to collect the packet in emergency and complaint to manager, but of no use. Kindly look otherwise will compliant in consumer help desk. Worst courier services ever experinced.

I am a resident of bhubaneswar i received a call from blue dart courier regarding delivery of courier to but after several phone calls i am not able to recieve the courier till date ... What the hell your service is all about .. If you cannot provide service stop operating don't keep unfit employees they are blunder for any organization... Keep one monkey rather then keeping several rats ...

I am really frustrated about the service. If you check the status of my shipment, it will show you the big list of cancellation, redirection, consignee refused to take the delivery and all.
I have called customer care hundreds of times and every day they keep saying that it’ll be delivered tomorrow. I don’t know what’s wrong. But it’s an important document and I need it urgently.
I humbly request you to look into this issue.

We are highly disappointed for listening lies from your staff and customer care.The above consignment has booked from Ahmedabad on 30th April-16, and your online report shows expected delivery on 3rd May-16. Today we have spoken to customer care and got the information saying Mr.Manjunath has come to our office and door locked, as per the procedure you have to put sticker or notice has to be given, but he has not done. In realty our office timing is 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Mr.Manjunath is so foolish, he is telling office closed at 2:30pm, this shows height of irresponsibility from your staff.Mr.praveen ( ID 107296) and he is telling Mr.Manjunath not traceable to recheck. I hope you utilize good officers to enquire this problem and we incurred huge loses and this contains medicines which you will know the urgency. Dont allow us to reach consumer court regarding this issue.

Way bil no : [protected],   the status is out for delivery, but they are not delivering the product to the mentioned address.  simply,   they call the contact number and said collect the shipment from the office.  a ridiculous service from bluedart in future this should not be happened.

Bluedart customer service provider is lying, while i am eagerly waiting to receive the product see the images.

Dear Last 1 hour se continue call kr raha hu koi response hi nhi AA call received kr ke cut kr rahe h esi service h eek dam dhatiya customer ko smaj kya rakha h tum logo ne saale upr se chor or ho meri watch or nikal li tum logo ne response or nhi dete kutte ho tum sab ke sab ... Chor party duffer ...8 bar to meri DD wapic kr di choro ne sab ke chor ho eek dam ...call kr raha hu m yeha continue ... Koi response nhi dete smja kya h customer ko hinj...ki...o...

Way bill no.[protected].Not delivering my credit card.Every time reported premises closed.It is indian railway office.How it can be closed?? I always remain present at the time which they are reporting closed.None contacted me..Instead i have given my no.And requested to call me before delivery. Now the customer care no.[protected] is not receiving my call and just hold it.It is not toll free...I am paying each time i call and hold...In std rate..

Dear blue dart, i have a courier with tanuku branch (Andreas mentioned in subject) that document from axis bank. I received a call regarding the delivery of my document two days back. And today i call the courier service at tanuku branch regarding my document. They said they could not find the address to.Deliver the document. They clearly mentioned the door number and land mark street name like d.No 24-6-3, manchiraju street, sajjapuram, tanuku, pin 534211, and he talk to me with idiotic behaviour while i'm asking regarding the delivery. I really upset with the service of blue dart at tanuku, west godavari branch. So.Please take a necessary action at least train them who are working there to deal with customers etc. They should not speak with erratic and idiotic behavior .

I Ashutosh pandey owner at happy telecom, shop no:2 pandit park krishna nagar delhi -31 applied to open a current account at HDFC BANK geeta colony, after a couple of days bank send my cheque book and account kit via bludart express courier, my store is situated at main road, opposite geeta colony police station and the adrress is very easy to find or locate but the delievery boy delievered my kit at wrong address without making any verification wether it is correct address or not, he just handed over my kit to a wrong guy. thus this looks to be very irresponsible work and i find it risky because my personal kit and details are in an unknown hands, kindly take action on it.
i am providing information given to me by HDFC bank related to my courier.

I received an email on 24th that the product has been shipped, and today on 28th these Blue Dart guys have an update that on 27th they have thought of shipping the product from the Origin.If you guys cannot compete with the market, better step out. At least people won't suffer with your worse work. Really, Country should hold two minute silence for you super fast service.

Refer to bill no [protected] packet from state bank of India was not delivered to my resident, my self and my spouse both are working and i told delivery person to give packet to my wife but he has not delivered, and nobody is picking my phone several times number has given by him, please take immediate action against Mr Arvind delivery person, he is also misbehave,

For credit card with blue dart waybill no : [protected] i have not recieved my card more than 5 days i have track card in same city but they haven't send card as well. Execetives are calling from blue dart and treating like we are servants of them even they can't understant what i am trying to say. No one can help me aur they are very rude behaviour 5 time i have call [protected] but same reply today deliver not my card not deliver yet.

This shipment is for coimbatore. I called cusotmer care but got an automated message but was not able to connect with a human.

A very bad reputation is been created by blue dart franchisee people.These people are not bother to call a customer for there consignment and on top of it these people don't have courtesy to talk.If we go into arguments they say it's a bluedart policy not to call.Now it's simple they don't care, but dear are you not making loss of your self, your time and fighting with customers and you'll people are solving issues but creating extra work for next day. Its that simple you can call customer and finish it off and you have rights to check identity proof.This is not only for credit card, but for documents or may be for mobile purchases. Well I've never been so fussy about it. I know there's a certain transit time it takes to reach the package to us. Bluedart have always been fast and awesome since 2012 for me. Now, My waybill number is [protected]. The package was sent from Mumbai and the destination was at my place that's Asansol! Now for a certain, i felt the delivery is getting late (Normally it takes 3 successive days to get delivered to my Place). Now I've seen they have listed Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed as the status. By seeing this i immediately contact The Team Members, and they just helped me immensely! They were so nice and enlisted, the new landmark has been updated and you shall get your package by 23rd April! Well till now they've not reached here. Its not like its a remote city. A-Z courier companies are held here and they do thier task so best, why is it bluedart people especially in ASANSOL yes in Asansol soo irresponsible? The package contains no mobile no games nothing but my credit card. i need that and need to update it. Now without knowing they would revert the order back to Mumbai hence an inc of hassle for both me and my bank. Please help and deliver me that package earliest! it's been never soo fussy bluedart! Why you bee soo bad this year 2016?

I purchased Redmi note3 on 13th april 2016 in flash sale from mi.com and done online payment of 9, 999.Now its 22nd of april and still my mobile is unknown.
Bluedart courier said that your order is lost somewhere and talk to mi but mi customer service just do vice-versa.I just want my money back nothing else as I am from poor family I need it badly after many months of saving I am able to purchase this phone but this is very unfortunate.Its getting too late please do something.

The above consignment was booked in delhi on 20.04.2016 with clear understanding that the same will be delivered on 21.04.2016. The said consignment has not been delivered yet i.E. Till 2.00 pm on 22.04.2016. No body from blue dart has bothered to call me although my mobile no has been recorded in the envelope. Request for immediate delivery of the consignment under advice to me in my emailid [protected]@gmail.com and mobile phone. Complain can not be lodged in their website.

Dear authority,
A very important affidavit has parceled through bluedart on April 13, 2016 from saharsa(bihar) to Trivandrum(kerela). Now bluedart employee told that they lost that parcel. It was very important for my service and that is required asap at my working location. It was a government affidavit. Kindly take an appropiate action against it and provide me with the same and compensate.

The shipment tracking says ' consignee not available' but I was available at said time rather your people called and said we will delivery tomorrow I even asked to pick it but they said they will deliver tomorrow.
