Everyday they update fake status (Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed) on their website without single attempt of delivery. The Blue Dart staff in Mumbai (Delivering to Malabar Hills) is extremely rude. Their staff refuses to deliver the parcels if customer is not found at home. On requesting the staff to deliver products after 5pm or before 9am (as we are working people) they refuse to do so. It seems it is just our prerogative that we wish to receive our parcel and they are unconcerned to fulfil the delivery that they have to deliver....
