Hello Sir, my order from Snapdeal order id [protected] placed on 21st February 2016, send through Bluedart courier with tracking id [protected] was arrived at Aizawl on 1st March 2016 by Bluedart courier, location Aizawl Mizoram. Today is 11th March 2016, and I still haven't received my item so when I went to Bluedart office they already return my item to Snapdeal. Bluedart did not call me or text me in my mobile when my item arrived and they did not deliver to my home address and they just return back my item with no words being heard from them. Bluedart service in Aizawl here is very bad with a lazy employees. Please take a further necessary action. This thing happened to me for many times now from Bluedart service.

    I have order a product in snapdeal. They send me this by bluedart courier by the waybill no : [protected]. In my house location previously delivered product. But this product was not deliver to me, the reason said consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. Whereas, no any phone call come to me. If my delivery location not in area where the courier delivered, so why they pickup that kind of product from consignee? Why not then denied this location? If my product not delivered to me within due date, i'll complain a case in consumer forum (Court) against blue dart.

      I sent a document from Bhubaneswar on 9/3/2016 to my home address at Dibrugarh, Assam. I gave the full address along with contact no. but still the courier is not delivered and when I called the blue dart courier office located at sunny court, dibrugarh today i.e. 12/3/2016, they told me to collect it from their office within 6 P.M.. My consignment no. is [protected]. Why such a poor services with so high delivery amount.

          I am residing at No.20 Ist cross street, Kilpauk garden colony, Chennai 600010.
          Since past 19 Years.
          Very big courier companies like, DHL, FedEx, professional courier, DTDC courier and other private courier companies delivering my parcel to my residence address without any issue.

          But it is very Strange to note every time Blue dart could not find my place where I stay. . The delivery boys, and the Blue dart Customer service people want me to open my phone 24 hours for Blue dart . It means whenever they call we have to pick up immediately and attend What a pitty! And very strange !
          Do they think we do not have any work. Who as given authority to take a ride on us (like me ) by an order Delivery person from Blue dart.

          This is not the first time happening. Every time it is the same. No courtesy?

          I humbly request you to direct corrective measures to the corporate companies and ask them to follow business ethics..

            On hold for paper works???

            I order a product from ebay it was suppose to reach me by 1 week now it is more than 3 week and when i track the shipment i see only one thing on hold for regulatory paperwork, i have not yet received the product . The product is in salem hub 29/02/2016 to till now. Why is it taking so long to reach ??. My airway bill number:[protected] ?? Who many more day will it take ?? The product is 8k worth...

            Would like to bring to your notice that i was waiting urgently fo my product n kept track of the courier online. When it reached bandra east i kept calling but nobody received my call. Next day when i didnt receive my product i frequently called bandra office but it went unanswered. Its only after calling your customer care number i came to know that my parcel went back because noone was home. Isnt it your duty to call me before you come or at least leave a note behind so that i know you have come.i would have made arrangements to collect it. I am really disgusted with your service.hope to hear from you soon. I need my product urgently.

              I herewith submit my complaint about your delivery service, i have one courier from ICICI bank the courier track no : AWB [protected], it reached calicut blue dart office but my given adress in courier was Ramanattukara its about 14 km from calicut, your office staff from calicut they call me today they said we have no service in your area so you come and collect from calicut blue dart office, here i want to ask to you courier means they reached the items in proper address that given in that courier right, i don't know about your courier service, my sender paid full amount for courier when he send this courier, So i request you to take necessary action in this issue & send the product in my address.

                  It is a grievance mail regarding the poor service provided by one of the premium courier service provider - Bluedart.


                  I want to share my experience with the bluedart services offered for my courier. I am a resident of Silvassa, capital o[censored]nion territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.


                  On 25 feb 2016, I ordered an item named omron cushion massager HM- 300 on amazon preferred delivery through bluedart for my residence in Silvassa . The product was dispatched by the seller on 27 feb 2016.The product tracking id was [protected]. It reached Silvassa courier facility of bluedart, located at shop no. 1, Gokul Vihar, Khanvel road, Samarvarni, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. On 29 feb 2016, i got the message stating that the product was out for delivery and would be delivered the same day, but no one turned up from bluedart with my package and in the evening i saw the status as ' delivery attempted and consignee not available. ( screenshot attached).


                  NOW THIS WAS A COMPLETE SHOCK TO ME as me and my parents were at home for the whole day. I waited for the next day for delivery of the package but to my amazement, i got the same message again stating ' delivery attempted' - consignee not available. After this i could not wait and went straight to the BLUEDART OFFICE MENTIONED AT ABOVE ADDRESS, asked about the package and it was there at the bluedart office. I asked if it is not out for delivery, why have you updated the status as delivery attempted and consignee not available, to which they just passed a smile and kept silent. The staff there was horrible. The lady at the booking counter and other staff was totally shameless.


                  I tried to get some reviews of the bluedart facility at silvassa and got very pathetic reviews of the facility and got to know that i was not the only one to face such problem.


                  I have attached the screenshot of reviews from others regarding this problem related to bluedart silvassa and my own tracking details and status which was fake.



                  I suggest you to take a strict action against the staff at the respective center of bluedart. They are ruining the image of a trusted courier service and shaking the faith of customers trusting in bluedart. The minimum charge for sending a consignment through bluedart is Rs. 310/- WHICH IS ALMOST DOUBLE THE OTHER GOOD COURIER SERVICES. Even after charging so high one gets this response from your side, it is really awful.


                  A summary of action taken by you in this matter may be sent to me at [protected]@yahoo.com and [protected]@gmail.com and it will be appreciated. A copy of this mail is being sent by me to consumer forum ( ombudsman). In case of no action taken, higher authorities shall be contacted.

                        I fed up with such bakwas service of Blue Dart courier. My bank has sent cheque book to me on 3rd Mar-16 vide docket no.[protected]. On regular basis on every day from 7th I am calling on regular basis to call centre no.[protected] every day they telling you will get call from office boy on your cell and he will deliver courier in office hours. There is huge difference between commitment and actual work by Blue Dart. I am not satisfied by such bakwas service. Thanks

If there is any problem courier person should call me but no call and for two days. This is my very important document of Bank.                                 Delivery boy Deepak from Ghatkopar Mumbai came to my clinic with parcel & it was closed. I received the missed you card so i called him on [protected] & informed him to please deliver the shipment between 11am to 3pm timing. But next day he didn't make it & my shipment was returned due to his lazy attitude.

                                    I have ordered some items [3]through ebay india. The courier partner was blue dart.
                                    Item reached to my nearest blue dart office [ kaduthuruthy, kottayam, kerala] around 5 days before. They did not delivered yet.
                                    They refused to deliver at home they were insisting me come and collect. Since i am an elderly person i requested to deliver home.

                                    I believed blue dart is the best courier company in india and service were fast and prompt. But this bad experience spoiled all my concept about blue dart.

                                    The tracking details shows it reached 2/3/2016 at kaduthuruthy office. Today is 9/3/2016. What type of service blue dart do to customers?
                                    this type of delivery will spoil your business and image. We are waiting to see how your office react our this complaint.

                                      AWB No - [protected], I have been sent a confidential doc from XYZ Bank, and the same was attempted for delivery on 7th March 2016. However, since I am a working lady, I was not available at home and hence called back at the note left by your delivery boy. When called, he said that the time of delivery would be between 2-5 on 8th March. But since I would be again in office, I requested for delivery around 6, or requested the same to be picked up by me around 6'ish... the guy was pretty rude or dumb either to not have understood my request, or by ignoring it.. he replied, delivery or pick up has to be done between 2-5. How on earth am I going to receive my parcel which is o[censored]tmost importance to me?? How can a service industry work only from 2-5, and how will the working people manage to pick up their couriers?

                                      Pathetic service... Highly disappointed.
