Blue Dart ticket no. AWB [protected]. All days was available at the address, but without attending at the address comment given as 'consignee not available' & returned the consignment. Is it the service giving by blue dart? It is so poor & totally disappointing.

Hi, i have ordered a product from vistaprint, and the send it through BlueDart Express Ltd, but the courier services are not receiving phones and not even responding on my query, how could i get the parcel, please complaint against this type of service and do something better for future query, worst services they are providing. if they will not deliver the parcel within one day, then i will file an FIR against them. They all are lazy and useless, through them out from gurgaon.

I am still waiting for the packet from last 3 days, which is actually in Jodhpur from last 3 days. Even I tried to call them but they never pick up the phone. Later I personally went to the bluedart office to get my packet, eventually the bad experience continued. They make me wait for more then 30 min. Very inefficient people. Eventhrogh being international company, very bad experience.

[protected] from blue dart express solan, HP came to me on 4 feb 2016, to recieve a book, which i had bought from flipkart. They did 'nt give me any receipt of that.. and now they are not able to track my return order. so please take action against this misplacement

Bluedart Aizawl branch is unable to provide service for door delivery and we are usually asked through sms to pick up our courier within 1-3 days. It is not convenient at all for us especially when we are asked to pick up our courier within the same day they send the sms. Why is it so difficult to provide door delivery in such a small city like Aizawl while other branches are covering even suburbs in big cities like Chennai, Delhi, Kolkatta, etc. I will be very glad if you could help me by looking into this matter and fix the problem.

Courier taken to his personal home by delivery boy and while I go to take courier personally I found no sign board of blue dart at anywhere in shop so not able to find shop upto 2 hrs. Also they are not opening the shop at time it's 25 min late already. Please look into the matter and do the needful

"Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed"
Is the reason which I always receive form the Blue Dart Express Center Of Pune Parvati branch.
It has not happened once but they have made it a regular practice of sending the above excuse.
1st my SBI credit Card got sent back Dated 25 Jan 2016
2nd my Citi bank credit card is put on hold Dated 22nd February 2016

Even though the address which i have mentioned is on my passport as well as License
If they want want to deliver it please they need to refuse it at the initial stage of accepting the conditions given by the bank or else then deliver it.

Yet, having the awb number when i try to track post on blue dart site using awb number, it is showing that the awb number is not correct!

I submitted my request for pan card on 6th feb and today is 23 feb. So i called up bluedart they say " ghar par koi nai tha usliye vapas bhej diya " this statement was said by customer care lady.

Dear bluedart ppls, i was at my home only since last 15 days as i am ill than how can u say that i'm not available at my home ??

Hahahahahahahhaha - juth bolo toh dhang se bolo yaar ; cheap ppls

Hello Team,

This is really insensitive behavior towards customers. I have ordered something from Archies which was supposed to be delivered on 18th Feb however on 18th shipment arrived in Delhi and it was to be delivered in Pathankot.

I was perfectly fine with that as well hoping that i might get delivered by 19th but then on 20th i track order and see the comment "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" which is a lie.

I called the Blue Dart team in Pathankot and they informed that they didn't have delivery boy available in Pathankot for that particular selection that is why they updated this status.

I mean why do you do fake promises. Occasion have already passed and still gift is not received. And moreover the contact no is coming as switched off.

Pathetic service will never use blue dart and will ensure that none of my friend uses blue dart courier service

This is very bad experience with Blue dart.
One of my packet dispatched through Blue dart from NSDL AWB No [protected] and delivery expecting date is 23.02.2016 but till now I have not received the parcel. When I checked the status showing consignee address is incomplete. your delivery boy who is Mr. Tushar call me yesterday night at 10PM and he told me please collect your courier from his place. and he did not ready to come in my places he saying me your area I can't found, I already mentioned complete address on my cover.
Till date my courier is not yet delivered.

It's a very importance documents and that's why NSDL work with Blue dart
it's a very bad sign from your site, I also registered complain to NSDL also
