I have been waiting for a package for a couple of days now. I haven't received it yet. My waybill number is: [protected]. When I checked the status, it is howing that "Delivery attempted, premises closed". The same status is updated for 07-Jan-16 3:45 PM and 08-Jan-16 7:28 am. I was available at home all these times. But neither I received any calls nor the delivery happened. And this is not the first time it is happening. I had similar experience many times before also. Without even attempting a delivery or trying to call, they update the status as premises closed. I complained to customer care about the same thing before also, but no actions were taken.
I tried calling the toll free number[protected]. But it says as invalid. I tried calling the bangalore number 25021234, but there was no option to talk to a customer service executive. I tried calling to the delivery center numbers. But none of them is being answered. I am totally frusturated and disappointed with the service.
Kindly look into this issue on priority.
