Shipment [protected] has arrived in Pune on 7th November as per system. It has since been floating around in Pune. In spite of clear PIN CODE instructions the parcel seems to be going from one end of Pune to another, misdirected all the time. Since it is an online purchase, I request Bluedart to refund the money I paid for the purchase and then they can play around with the parcel as long as they wish....

Hi i have ordered an item from ebay online website from there they couriered the parcel on 05/11/2015 with the waybill no: [protected] it was from Delhi to hazira ( Surat), it reached Surat on[protected] and was out for delivery according to their online status. but till evening it didn't reached to me and the status came address incorrect. when i called the customer care about the matter they told that it was by mistake we will deliver...

Blue dart service is too much poor.

We want to know that why we will not given the show cause notice to blue dart for this...
