Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed U send me this reason. All courier company gives me product on this address and your courier boy dont get this address. I[censored] not give my product tomorrow I will cancle product. u r charging me 100 rupees then also u r not given on time. I[censored] don't have to give products on time then close ur company don't spoil our mood

I received a card from blue dart that they had attempted a delivery yesterday. So I spoke to a customer care executive and rescheduled it today. As it is a very important shipment I had taken the day off from office just to receive it. Nobody came and after waiting the whole day at home, I saw the online status that premises were found closed at 5pm. I have been calling the customer care executive several times since 4 pm and each time I was told the shipment was on its way. They are simply liars. I have wasted a whole day and now I don't even know if I'll get this very important parcel.

For my consignment with details given below: Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : [protected] The status is being shown as C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address whereas the delivery address was my office address. These guys are insane. How could I shift my office address?? Now when I am trying to contact to customer care they are not responding.

I am supposed to get the delivery by blue dart at my home. Normally we are supposed to get a prior intimation of time slot to take the delivery but no one intimated either through sms or phone. They simply mentioned - Sorry we missed you! We tried delivering the order with the following details to your premise but were unable to on email. They should have called us which normally happens with other e-commerce deliveries where they give on sms the delivery time slot and even call on mobile to let us know so that we don't miss and reduce communication. simple things need not be made complex. We even called blue dart but no one attended the call.

HDFC bank had sent me a courier through your courier by mistake, since they don't know your representative rounds anywhere else and update as the premisses is closed for 10 days. Good joke:-):-) Awb-[protected]

We have paid cash on delivery charges for our online shopping transactions from websites. However Bluedart services in Aizawl, Mizoram has never done home delivery for you products. they have always sent SMS messages to customers to come and pickup the products from their office. What is the point of paying cash on delivery charges on the shipping sites when home delivery is never done!!! Complaints given to the said Aizawl Bluedart centre is never acknowledged by the authority there. Please Bluedart, I kindly ask you to take necessary actions regarding this issue.

This is to inform that Tanuku blue dart is providing a very bad service.they are not delivering infringements and returning it to the provider.the service is also arrogance oriental and informing that They dont have Delivery BOYS.act on the issue for better service.

My credit card from rbl bank was send to me through blue dart courier on the site while tracking i found that it will be deliverd on 7th jan but till now the delivery not made and online status it is showing shippment detained by regulatory authorities my blue dat tracking number is [protected]. The mjor concern is that at gopinath hub no one is picking up the phone entire day, their is no response from them when i called customer care they showed 0 concern and said they enen dont know when the delivery will take place.

I have ordered a product on paytm.com on 27th DEcember 2015 and made the payment. I needed my product urgently. I have always noticed when its a paid order it always gets delayed and cod order comes fast.

I have been waiting for a package for a couple of days now. I haven't received it yet. My waybill number is: [protected]. When I checked the status, it is howing that "Delivery attempted, premises closed". The same status is updated for 07-Jan-16 3:45 PM and 08-Jan-16 7:28 am. I was available at home all these times. But neither I received any calls nor the delivery happened. And this is not the first time it is happening. I had similar experience many times before also. Without even attempting a delivery or trying to call, they update the status as premises closed. I complained to customer care about the same thing before also, but no actions were taken. I tried calling the toll free number[protected]. But it says as invalid. I tried calling the bangalore number 25021234, but there was no option to talk to a customer service executive. I tried calling to the delivery center numbers. But none of them is being answered. I am totally frusturated and disappointed with the service. Kindly look into this issue on priority.

Hi, Here your courier man not delivering on time, I suppose to recieve my important document but he did turn up and said door was locked...i didn't remember his name but whenever he delivered he beg for money and he enter the home without knocking.a door. I have paid Rs 6900 to Xiaomi India through credit card for the Redmi 2 prime smartphone on 29 December 2015. The product has shipped on 29 Dec 2015 to Bluedart Express and the last update has been made on 2 january 2016 that the product is missing at patna. And I haven't got any update till date. The product has to be delivered at Motihari, Bihar-845401 on expected delivery date 04 january 2016 but there in not any update at tracking site. My courier waybill no is [protected] And i have given full address even other courier service deliver my courier properly without any problem but from blue dart local service is given foolish reasons for delivery Even they have to contact on my cellphone as i given but they have not call me just a single call So fix this as soon as possible

Sir, Reference to Bluedart Bill- [protected]. The Status shown as consigneee not available on 31 Dec 15 at 1500h. But I am Still waiting for The same till now. And I also contacted to No[protected]/8310 on 31 Dec 15. But No one picked up my call. And No one contacted my Mob No-[protected] But status shown as Consignee not available. It is not understood.
