Dear Team, My courier was dispatched from Kolkata for Ghazipur with details as under :

Expected Arrival : 3 Oct 2015
Its 07 Oct 2015, yet my parcel is not delivered, I mailed following complaint dated 05/10/2015 & following reply :

as per tracking details my shipment was expected to arrive by 3rd Oct but is not yet delivered...Its over 9 days since shipment was booked with bluedart still it haven't arrived & moreover tracking details have also not been updated form last 3 days…. Plz follow up on my package….excessive delay of my shipment is causing huge inconvenience in my business….

Yet even after 2 days neither my parcel was deilverd nor current status of consignment location has been updated, when I inquired at local delivery agent of ghazipur, he told that your package has not been forwarded from Varanasi Center, and I should contact varanasi office, I tried calling all of following listed (on ur website) varanasi office numbers, but not even one number is in working order :

I even called your All India Customer Care No : [protected], but got empty reply that they will follow up but nothing happened.
Final Request : Plz force your Varanasi center to forward my package forward urgently or else I will be forced to take file a legal suit for damages for your poor services
