I am a consignee of one parcel from Blue Dart courier service. Docket No is AWB [protected] on dated 20.11.2015 from Gurgaon to hyderabad. The parcel has reached at Raipur on 23rd Nov'2015 as per online tracking details. But it is not getting delivered at my address till date.yesterday delivery boy came to my residence and went away in 2 minutes at that time my door was locked, but today My family is available at my residence for 24 hours. But tracking details is reflecting fake message as consignee is not available. Customer care cell on [protected] is replying everyday that I will get the same on next day. It is not acceptable by me. It is a mental harassment for me, tracking details are fake which is given by delivery boy .

    This my second poor experience with Blue dart, way bill of my second consignment is [protected] and arrived at Rajkot on 20.11.2015... nobody from blue dart called me and i didn't get any SMS from them... I got the way bill no. from SBI CC office and track the consignment and i was surprised to see that till 23.11.2015 consignee is not available and i am physically available at my both the addresses and nobody from blue dart called me ... today on 24.11.2015 when i called to customer care on [protected], how butchery way MS. Himani talked with me i was really shocked that how a customer care officer talk like this, they really don't realize the pain of customers ... in this panic situation even a customer can express their views in the same manner that the customer care officer behaved ... sorry to say that this is not the way to treat your customers ... I just want, to help me out to get my consignment today ... Thanks

          Sir, i had made a purchase of 2 gold coin on 10th november, 2015 on ebay. on 11th i got mail mail from ebay that my items was shipped and will be reach by 18th. on 13th nov. i got massage that shippment is recd at lower parel blue dart courier office. that was the last massage, till today i didnt recd the parcel. everyday i m calling to blue dart customer care but didnt get any answer, always saying that on 13th nov it was at lower parel office, after that we dont hv any information. my shipping address is 1 km from lower parel. pls tell me in how many days blue dart will travel to this 1 km gap. pls reply my name: mahendra chopra awb no.               I couriered a parcel with the Way Bill number [protected].

              It took Blue Dart 1 month to deliver it to the desired address and the worst thing is the parcel was delivered in damaged condition.

              I want Blue Dart to pay me the amount mentioned on the invoice which they asked me to sign, at the time the courier was sent.

              Amount -- 2500

              I want to hear at the earliest.

                  I had placed an order with Snapdeal (Bulk order) below are the order way bill numbers. This was delivered through Blue Dart courier services.

                  The PINCODE was incorrect and the incorrect PINCODE seemed to be a non deliverable one. On this I had requested the PINCODee to be rectified and re-directed to the correct one (for individual way bill numbers) I have also been chasing on alternate days to check if this was done but to my surprise I get a message from Blue dart that my order is cancelled. After I call the blue dart customer support I get a lame response that the reason is mentioned "Consignee refused to accept" firstly when the pincode mentioned was a non-deliverable one how come it was attempted for the delivery and where? secondly I received no calls of the attempts being made.

                  The customer support executive un-interestedly told me that she was not able to justify the reason of why this was cancelled despite being chased at regualr intervals. I have received other orders after re-directing them to correct pincode but just for the last four of the items i beleive blue dart took its own decsion to not deliver them.
                  HIGHLY DISSAPOINTING!!! I had to call snapdeal and ask them to process it agian which they said is not possible as it was blue dart's mistake. So between the two of parties the customer had to bear the inconvenience.

                    I was supposed to get my credit card on 13 of Nov on my birthday where I thought I would use it. but I did not get it on that day due to some reason. they advised they 'll deliver it on Monday when I called them on Monday they said they will do it on Tuesday wen I called Them on Tuesday again same story I insisted them that I need it on the same day a superior from their team named Amith rudely said it 'll be delivered by 9 end of the day but I did not receive it. please take necessary action and give Them feedback back on this.

                        Bluedart has stopped Home Delivery.
                        Hello

                        I had requested my Bank to dispatch some document from Noida to Sonepat . They dispatched my parcel by Bluedart .My Bluedart Consignment no. is [protected] . They Dispatched it on 5th Novemeber 2015 and it reached at sonipat on 7th Nov.2015. Bluedart people didnot inform me . When I called him on 16th Nov.2015, they told me to pick the parcel from their office otherwise they will send back to the bank.
                        This is the way to talk to any one ? i[censored] cant take the responsibility, so why u takes the Parcel ?
                        it was very bad Experience. Their office was 3.5km from my house . But they did not deliver it and even returned back the courier next day. How shameful people are sitting in Sonipat office. they are black spot on the civillized Humanity .

                            This is for your information that, I have a credit card of HSBC Bank. There is serious problem about the delivery of the account statement of the same card to my residential address, which is given below:

                            All other courier company easily get the address at the time of delivery of the statement and more importantly my wife, Mrs. Falguni Majmudar get her account statement regularly by other courier but it is very shocking to me that, a company like BLUE DART never get my address properly and can’t deliver the same on time. This problem is becoming a serious problem for me. Enclosed is the delivered envelope of Mrs. Falguni Majmudar by other courier.

                            So you are requested to take care of the matter and train your delivery people accordingly as they can check the delivery address properly and deliver this kind of documents at the right place on time.

                              Even after providing proper address with landmark the shipment is not delivered. And it is showing status as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed".
                              Worst kind of service provided by Blue Dart Express.

                              Other couriers can deliver the shipments on time on same mentioned address BUT blue dart is having problem in understanding proper address and showing fake status on their website.

                              Dear sir the courier boy has not deliever the doc in my home, I did't get any call from delivery boy. And since then I am calling Customer Service - -[protected] Doesn't work, Getting silent Voice, also called Location[protected], 65150518/520, They are simply Disconnecting the call on[protected] and other number does not work, Doesn't make any sense that why these numbers are updated, Pathetic delivery system and now I don't know how I will receive my product as your this office BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD, C-60 COMMUNITY CENTRE JANAKPURI, B/H JANAK CINEMA, NEW DELHI Doesn't care about customers neither you Blue Dart.                                     WE have booked a docket on 3rd March 2016 to Pune vide way bill no. [protected]. This docket was delivered us to us today i.e.on 8.3.2016 after 5 days.. We would like to bring it to your notice that the said article was reached in pune at Hadappsar local distribution centre on 5.3.2016 at 10 am. The destination was just 1 km from hadapsar office. We are surperize to tell you that it takes 3 days to deliver the docket to destination. We have paid heavy charges for urgent delivery of docket. If we would have post it stamping Rs.5/-, it would have reached the destination less than a time taken by blue dart. Kindly look into the matter and refund our money.

                                      I got SMS on 10.11.2015 that my parcel was dispatched through Blue Dart Courier. On the same day I got admitted in Fortis Hospital, Vashi due to sudden cardiac arrest. I got discharge and came to my Home on 13.11.2015. When I checked with my family members they told that no such parcel arrived. When I tracked on the website it states that the parcel arrived and returned as the Premises was closed. My old mother and mother-in-law is always at home and never ever the premises was closed. What is wrong, where is the problem ? When I call on toll free number [protected] (actually it is not toll free I was charged about Rs.6/- for making a call to this number) it states that the delivery reschedule on 16.11.2015 3-6 p.m. I fail to understand your system. In any case I want the parcel on urgent basis as my diabetic control depends on this machine. Can any one see to this complaint and call back to me urgently ?
