      I faced this issue all the time with this Company. ICICI Bank Send Me Check Book. But this worst company never deliver the Currier. Then I call this worst Blue Dart company Customer Care 1pm then he said today your Currier will be deliver before 6:30PM. So i record this call as a proof. No one come at my home. But Again Update Wrong Status (No Such Consignee At The Given Address). Awesome keep it up. Stop Making fool to all customer. Waybill No : [protected] Closed this WORST BLUEDART COMPANY. You Don't have capability to run this company. You can only make fool to your customer.

        I purchased a USB product from eBay.in and they shipped it through Blue Dart Express Limited. My Products Way Bill number is [protected]. They didn't deliver my product to me and send it back without delivery. They even did not contact me a single time regarding the product delivery and when i tried to contact them multiple times they are not responding me, every time when i called their Ghaziabad office, after hearing my name they put my call on hold and not providing me any solution for this.

          Hi, Your delivery boy does not know how to approach customer. In phone he talk very badly. I was on a lunch when the courier boy called me. I said will be back in 15 minutes to collect the parcel. He said come in 10 minutes but he spoke very harshly and cut the phone. I said take the issue to next level and compliant.             My courier details are Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : vvar6194 Pickup Date 08 October 2015 From Mumbai To Bangalore. Bangalore - Banashankari wearhouse received consignment by 9th oct-2015. From then till today the consignment not received. Daily the status is 'Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed'. Several times i made it clear about my address to the number [protected]. My address is #62c, 1st main road, 4th cross, Vinayaka layout, Behind Chitrakoota School, Nagadevanahalli, Bangalore 560056. The address is very clear. From Bluedart -Banashankari Office my address is around 9km. till today as on 16-oct-2015 8:00PM no delivery even though consignment reached the Bangalore Banashankari Office.

              Hi, i would like to complaint regarding my order bearing no: [protected] which was not received yet. The status is being shown as the Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed since 2 days from the due date of delivery. However the Delivery official called to confirm the address in the meanwhile but still i am not in receipt of my order placed. Instead of continuous follow up, no response has been received. Please look into the matter and take the necessary actions at the earliest.

                  This courier is very casual in handling customer related issues.On 06.10.2015 tracking no.[protected](Amazon) was not delivered nor we were intimated but of their own they updated the status "that consignee address wrong".On our querry in their office on 07.10.2015, it was handed over to us.Again on 09.10.2015, we received a message from Snapdeal that consignment is on hold due to reason best known to them.Tracing no.[protected].The same was delivered to us today after our approach to their office.The courier boys seldom come for home delivery and most of the time we have to collect the material from the office.Apart from this the behaviour of the delivery boy is very indecent.If things like this continue, time is not far off that customers will not hesitate to desert this courier service.

The day when i requested only they spoked with me that we will pick up by today evening, but yet now thet didn't came for pick up also i an often calling to the person they are not even giving single response. very worst courier service. When ever I called to Blue dart Toll free no n local Customer care no they are not providing accurate date when they will deliver my card. I am really very unhappy with the services of Blue dart.

                          Dear Team, My courier was dispatched from Kolkata for Ghazipur with details as under : Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : Dl40h7JBN Pickup Date 26 September 2015 From Kolkata To Gazipur Expected Arrival : 3 Oct 2015 Its 07 Oct 2015, yet my parcel is not delivered, I mailed following complaint dated 05/10/2015 & following reply : Tracking #: [protected] as per tracking details my shipment was expected to arrive by 3rd Oct but is not yet delivered...Its over 9 days since shipment was booked with bluedart still it haven't arrived & moreover tracking details have also not been updated form last 3 days….                             On 07/10/2015, one Mr. Umesh from Blue Dart came with a shipment having Airway Bill No.[protected] but did not handover the packet on showing Central Govt. Identity Card. He insisted to show some other id proof which could not be readily shown.This appeared to utter highhandedness. Its really shocking that some staff of such reputed company behave so rudely and do not accept the identity proof provided by The Govt. Of India. PLEASE TAKE THE REMEDIAL ACTION IMMEDIATELY SO THAT THE SHIPMENT IS DELIVERED AT THE EARLIEST.

                            Try to under stand, this web site not a government website . Ru thinking u directly complaining to consumer court via online. Like same so many people thought traveling in unknown direction. its very concern to me, because people waiting for they issue comes to solve in fair (U just register ur complaint here means no one solve ur problem). so further any issue means kindly reach consumer court to get right solution and try to give a knowledge about this website to all like same.

                              My courier Consignment No. is [protected] The reason mentioned for delaying the Courier is Wrong Pincode. It is my Company's address and I have checked multiple times that Pincode is absolutely fine. First Flight has delivered me the package on 3rd day early morning. I do not know Why are you charging more for poor quality of service.

                                My name is vidya kumar my mobile num is [protected], email id is [protected]@gmail.com . I really got fed up as i didn't get my courier on time. Also, they have updated wrong status entries on their site. I faced ample problems, i took off from my office to get courier on time but the courier boy didn't come and gave wrong feedback to his office. i asked him to deliver it on my secondary address, but he didn't. now he's not picking up my call too. I've taken two days off from my office which is going to impact my salary at the end of the month. I had to get courier on time. it was my credit card through which i had to do some payments but i couldn't which caused me loss of money (not paying on time fine charge). this courier delivery failure caused me so many losses in terms of money. I would request you to take action against him. and i was send to mail but no any halp so pls help me ASAP . AWB no [protected], i had a conversation on this number [protected] and [protected]

                                  My pan card diapached by blue dart courier on 17 sep 2015 but not received yet till 28 sep 2015. My pan card ack. No.[protected] and blue dart courier AWB no. [protected]. I call the blue dart company then they said that the pan card forwarded to pan card department. Please resend my pan card asap.

                                    I make a courier on 23.09.2015 from kolkata to mumbai for your TDD (vide way bill no. [protected]) service which suppose to be delivered on 24.09.2015 by 1030hrs. The parcel was not delivered till 1400hrs., after making an inquiry through your customer service No.I was informed due to bad weather there is a delay in delivery. I asked the representative of tentative time of delivery, which was also can not be provided.

                                      I have placed online order for 3 books from Sterling Book House in Mumbai to be delivered to Kolkata at my residence. I requested for Air courier and paid the full amount required for the same online. Total 3 books including air courier costs me Rs.1320 It was said that it would be delivered within 3days. When I did not receive my package after 3 days I wrote a e-mail to Sterling Book House and they gave me the waybill number. I was totally surprised and awestruck to see that Blue Dart Tracking System showing the package has been delivered to some one called P.Banerjee. I have no wildest idea who this P.Banerjee is. Even though they had my phone number on the package they did not even bothered to call me up before delivering it to someone I do not even know and certainly the package did not have that name on it. This is just unprofessional and ridiculous. I have already send Blue Dart my complaint but they are mute from their end. I lost my books, I lost my money. But for sure Blue Dart is a crap and worse than other cheap courier services. Below is the extract Time-log from Blue dart Tracking System.                                         Blue dart courier team lost my original engineering certificates which was provide by Sound lines agency, Delhi . I am in a state of shock right now. Mrs.KRITIKA SHARMA, Client Relationship Manager, Soundlines HR Consultancy handed over my original engineering degree to Blue dart courier guy but unfortunately they attached two consignment in a single package and send those two consignments packed in a single envelope and delivered to sound lines, Mumbai office. But they receive at Mumbai only single packet consists of only passports without my original engineering degree certificate. Today they confirmed that they lost my engineering degree and apply to get the copy of it from my university. Due to someone's negligence i am suffering a lot.
