      I had ordered a product through askmebazar.com [ Order ID AB5181236 ] and the seller shipped the item on 14th September 2015 through BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD couriers. it was a Pre-Paid Shipment. My Tracking id was ''[protected] ''.
      I have not received the item Yet. I tracked the item through online tracking in Bluedart website and to my surprise found out that they delivered the item in Bangalore not in My Home town to the address it should be delivered .The item reached my hometown Nirmal on[protected] but it was returned saying the reason " Out of delivery are" and finally it delivered at J P NAGAR SERVICE CENTRE on[protected] to some one else named NAGARAJU PUDOKOTAI . .I mailed them 2 times but i did not get a reply and called their Customer service Number No one has lifted my Call. .Please look in to the issue as soon as possible. .

        I had ordered a product through amazon.in [ product id[protected] ] and the seller shipped the item on 14th october, 2015 through BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD couriers. Tracking id was '': [protected]''. the item reached my hometown Agartala on 22nd october but till today, i.e 31st october, i have not received the item. I tracked the item through online tracking in bluedart website and to my surprise found out that they are showing 3 failed delivery attempts against the item, each on 26, 28 and 30th october whereas i was physically present on my address on each of these three dates in their mentioned failed delivery attempt time. Neither did any delivery boy try to deliver the item nor i received any call from any courier guy on those dates. It is clearly a deliberate attempt by blue dart for cheating with the customer and not delivering the item. I have had previous experiences with this particular courier service and all of my past experiences were bad and sour ones.they are a bunch of incompetent mannerless people unfit for delivering an item professionally in time. To my desperation, i called up the bluedart office, the landline number says out of order and they dont receive the calls on the mobile numbers, i even went to the local blue dart main office in the state capital to enquire about the item but they could not even tell me the location of the item, not to mention their rude behaviour and nonchalant attitude to their customers. Blue Dart is notorious for misdemeanors and late and non-delivery here in Agartala, Tripura. Its high time a reputed courier like BLUE DART takes notice of these malpractices by their Agartala Franchisee and take necessary steps.

            A courier was sent from Bangalore to Kolkata on 27th October to be delivered on 28th October. By the end of 28th October, 8pm, the tracking website showed that the product will not be delivered due to a network delay. I called the customer service and they said that they cannot update me about the courier because the link was suspended and to call back the next day. Also, they dont deliver after 6pm. The courier was very important and had to be delivered by 2pm on the 28th October. I am not being able to track the item or know exactly where it is so I can pick it up.

              Dear Blue DART, On last 6 days back [26-Oct-2015] i was sended a courier from ANANTAPUR TO HYDERABAD with WAY BILL BAR CODE : [protected] but it was showing Invalid. And the Anantapur - BLUE DART Courier Dealer was also don't have any information / feed back. Its only a job of maximum 2/3 days or atleast it should shows the TRACKING STATUS but it was not showing. Its really very bad service... Shamless to us to make like this complaints.

                Blue dart does not know the status of my shipment which was shipped from malda on 17th estimated date was 24/10/15. on shipment received till now, when i called bluedart customer service they said shipment still in malda. bluedart office in malda said shipment left malda on 17th. waybill number [protected]

                    After a hot chase by me and the sender at about 7 pm they came to deliver the way bill no [protected] booked from Pune for Chandigarh which was in their custody from 21st -10-2015, First they made a faluse status that the house found locked . when asked for the todays stus is refused to accept . They came and asked me if the articals are to be received, I said OR KYA BAHAR FANK DO GY ( IF IS TO BE DELIVEREY IF IF NO T WILL YOU THROW IT NIN OPEN) THEY NEVER TALKED MUSCH AND SAID AB DAKHTY HAI KE COURIER KAUN APKO DATA HAY AND REVERSED THE VAN AND WENT AWAY . THEIR BEHAVIOUR WAS TOO RUDE .BLUE DART SHOULD MUST START AN ATTITUDE PLANNING AND TEACHING FOR THEM . THE MATTER WAS IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE .

                      Two cartoons were booked from Pune on 17th Oct 2015 for Chandigarh both the parcles reached chandigarh on 21st oct 2015 inspite of the repeated calls to customer care services no delivery has been made for the last 4 days instead the executive is telling that yopu are not at home . my way bill no is [protected]. The contact no of Sec 8 chandigarh blue dart never picked up any call . Since I have to move outstation due to a sudden death . Our house will remain closed I dont know what type of service they are providing . Not so sericer in the service line .

                        I have ordered a product through paytm via blue dart courier under waybill no [protected]. From chennai to nashik. Blue dart courier main office nashik already received my product on date 20th Oct at 10.43 am. But even after 4 day's and bunch of complaints to customers service center I haven't got my product. Nobody is taking seriously there. It is worse service and conversion I ever experienced. Customers service center agent told if you want it urgent then go to the office and receive it by own.

                              I faced this issue all the time with this Company. ICICI Bank Send Me Check Book. But this worst company never deliver the Currier. Then I call this worst Blue Dart company Customer Care 1pm then he said today your Currier will be deliver before 6:30PM. So i record this call as a proof. No one come at my home. But Again Update Wrong Status (No Such Consignee At The Given Address). Awesome keep it up. Stop Making fool to all customer. Waybill No : [protected] Closed this WORST BLUEDART COMPANY. You Don't have capability to run this company. You can only make fool to your customer.

                                I purchased a USB product from eBay.in and they shipped it through Blue Dart Express Limited. My Products Way Bill number is [protected]. They didn't deliver my product to me and send it back without delivery. They even did not contact me a single time regarding the product delivery and when i tried to contact them multiple times they are not responding me, every time when i called their Ghaziabad office, after hearing my name they put my call on hold and not providing me any solution for this.

                                  Hi, Your delivery boy does not know how to approach customer. In phone he talk very badly. I was on a lunch when the courier boy called me. I said will be back in 15 minutes to collect the parcel. He said come in 10 minutes but he spoke very harshly and cut the phone. I said take the issue to next level and compliant.                                     My courier details are Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : vvar6194 Pickup Date 08 October 2015 From Mumbai To Bangalore. Bangalore - Banashankari wearhouse received consignment by 9th oct-2015. From then till today the consignment not received. Daily the status is 'Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed'. Several times i made it clear about my address to the number [protected]. My address is #62c, 1st main road, 4th cross, Vinayaka layout, Behind Chitrakoota School, Nagadevanahalli, Bangalore 560056. The address is very clear. From Bluedart -Banashankari Office my address is around 9km. till today as on 16-oct-2015 8:00PM no delivery even though consignment reached the Bangalore Banashankari Office.

                                      Hi, i would like to complaint regarding my order bearing no: [protected] which was not received yet. The status is being shown as the Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed since 2 days from the due date of delivery. However the Delivery official called to confirm the address in the meanwhile but still i am not in receipt of my order placed. Instead of continuous follow up, no response has been received. Please look into the matter and take the necessary actions at the earliest.
