Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is a Complaint letter regarding the delivery of My Parcel No. [protected]
which was supposed to be delivered to me by at least 18/8/15.
And instead of recieving the parcel, I recieved multiple sms's 1. STATING PARCEL WAS UNDELIVERED DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF CUSTOMER AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS (thats a LIE)
2. ASKING FOR DELIVERY TIMESLOT ( well all the TIMESLOTS are over)
3. WILL BE ATTEMPTED BY END OF TODAY since the last 2 days.
I would like you to please look into the matter and Put an end to this waiting of mine. On calling the customer service desk, they said it might be the fault of the Delivery Boy. Please see to IT

Complaint marked as Resolved The parcel was delivered to me after the seniors Soniya, Anil came to know. Priya co-ordinated the delivery of the parcel. On speaking to the delivery person, I came to know, he was the actual culprit.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
