My courier is kept on hold - Incomplete address. Details: I receive "Income tax statement" from ICICI Bank Home Loan which should have reached to me between 14th to 16th February. And ICICI Home Loan is the same bank from where I have taken home loan where I am currently staying and same address is the delivery address for this courier as well. Which made it impossible to have a incomplete address on the courier. I am at a loss to understand how two leading companies can make such a customer - dis satisfaction.

    This is the 2nd time I am facing this problem with DTDC courier cuttack, odisha. A parcel has been sent by an online shopping site with tracking id [protected]. At the address of the consignee, everybody is present but they are updating in their site that consignee is not available. This has happened because the price for the item has been paid. They are careless and thinking that consignee will go to the courier office and collect it. In case of cash on delivery they deliver it but why not as the payment has been already done. When i call them on [protected], they did not even recieve the phone. I searched on internet i find a lot of complaint regarding the shipment issue against this courier provider. This is a serious issue as everytime they are doing like that so if something can be done seriously please do

        I am supposed to get my delivery (tracking id- [protected]) day before yesterday (18/02/2015) but it has been delayed without giving any proper explanation. On contacting the their office, the only reply I could get is that i'll receive my courier but haven't provide any time limit. Not only they fail to comply to provide services they vouch for but also causing harassment.

          Hi, Its regarding the Docket AWB [protected], which status is showing as delivered on your site but no one has received the docket at the given address and from yesterday i am trying to get connect with your customer care no: [protected] but once the call reaches to customer care executive part, no one either is picking up the call or sometimes its in not getting connected to your third class IVR system.

            I bought new shoes from snapdeal. snapdeal sent shoes Shoes through blue dart courier service. AWB No.is [protected]. Shoes reached at kotkapura on 14th feb. Courier man called me on 14th Feb and he said to me that collect your courier from my shop yourself otherwise I return it. I said him it's your duty but he deny this and didn't deliver my courier yet. I also said him about complain, he replied "no problem ". He harras me. Please take action. Otherwise he will disturb other people and spoil your company's reputation.

As per Online Tracking Status on Blue Dart Site Courier reached on 14.02.2015 at Jaipur but till date we have not received this courier. Many Calls make by him to your Jaipur office (+[protected], 5138390 and Mr. Abhishek + 91-[protected]) but no takes my call. Please do the needful.                 Way bill no: [protected] I recived a message that please come and collect the item from blue dart outlet kalimpong. But the item was supposed to be delivered at door step. Upon enquiry they say that the address is incomplete. I asked about the address mentioned in the envelope repeated the address and it was all correct and perfect with all the details. Actually this courier outlet never delivers any item to clients instead he send an sms to come and collect the item urgently. Recently an item was delivered at door step at same address by FEDeX courier service.

                  Hi, I had applied for credit card in the month of Jan and I was out of town so my Consignement was taken back. I have called and then they have resend it. I called today in the evening by 06:10 to check the status then the lady told that will receive by 07:30. I have waited till the time and then again call back to the customer care then i came to knoe that the person updated the status Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed. My question is howcome last time they have visited my place twice and this time they need additional landmark. Kindly note that My place is 15 minutes walking distance from your Santacruz Branch.                     I got a courier dispatched from Surat on 11th Feb (2.30 pm) to be delivered at Joka, Kolkata (700104). Since I needed it urgently I had opted for their priority delivery scheme through which i was promised by the Blue Dart person that it would reach my location by Friday evening or in the worst case by Saturday morning. When i tracked my package this evening it was still at Mumbai Hub and still awaiting to be dispatched to Kolkata. The customer case personnel said that a wrong promise was given and said it could be not be delivered before 16t feb which is simply outrageous. This is highly irresponsible on the behalf of Blue Dart, and this is the last time I am sending courier through the company. I want the package under any circumstances by Saturday (14th Feb 2015).

                      Hi, I had ordered one product on 26th January 2015, Still Blue Dart is unable to deliver it and when I track my shipment it says that the shipment has reached the nearest hub that is Kalyani, Nadia, WB on 4th February.So the funny thing is The package stayed there for 7 days so far without any further progress.So ridiculous.I purchased many things through Blue Dart with the same delivery address which Bagmore, Kanchrapara, WB. but never faced such problem.Hope u guys will solve this.                           My Waybill No: [protected], [protected] was not delivered but i am getting the message stating that item has been delivered. Today I got a call from the delivery person and I was just step out from home with no prior intimation he came in front of my home and ringed me, when i request him to wait for 5 mins he just said that courier cant wait. customer has to wait and i cant wait if you want you can do whatever you want. I don't even expect this kind of bad reply as of now in my life time. I have been getting so many couriers from different vendors.this is the first time i have got such a bad experience. When i ask for his name. he refused to reply and disconnected the call.
                          Bad Experience:
                          1. I Did not recevied ant intimation message or call from the courier stating that its gonna deliver.
                          2. Pathetic way of reply from the courier person.
                          3. When i reach home in 5 mins with no intimation he left. Undelivered the parcel.
                          4. Getting the message that all items are successfully delivered.

                            My Self Sooraj S Nair had a courier from HDFC Bank & Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : [protected] and on 04.02.2015 the executive arrived at my address without intimating me and i was not available at my address and i had a commitment with him that on 05.02.2015 between 4-6 i will be there at the concerned address and he had updated the same in the system.

                            On 05.02.2014 i was waiting for the executive from 04.00 PM & I had talked at Malad - Mumbai blue dart office around 04.30 pm and while tracking my waybill no. it came to my notice that the following matter intentionally wrongly updated to make blue dart authority fool or to make someone fool that they had came here to handover the courier.While enquring the same with malad office they said that this was a repeated entry to make us fool and We the customers are not a fool to beleive all these blunders.

                              It was said that my shipment delivery will reach to me in 4-7 business day but it is passed 9 days and still i am waiting.Now they are saying waybill no is wrong, i did not find any way what to do right now.it was my first experience with blue dart and it is a nightmare.how you guys can make some fake promises? you shout be more careful with your words. let me know about my order as soon as possible and yes your customer service is too bad.

                                I booked a packet (Consignment No. [protected] dated 28th January, 2015) for Jodhpur from Tagore Garden making payment of Rs. 310/-. While tracking the packet online, it is showing no such consignment. On inquiring the concerned, there is no response. I am confused if such is condition of such a reputed Courier service, on whom customer should trust. Please get the issue sorted out and communicate and please guide me as to how I should not move to Consumer Court against company.

                                  Dear Sir, I had paid Rs. 13721 to buy Micromax Canvas Gold on 18th January 2015 (Product Code:[protected] to be delivered to Nagpur Address. The Ebay Seller ID was justbuy_2014. (Located in Chennai) As per the timelines the product was supposed to be delivered to me on or before 29th January 2015. Further when it followed up with Ebay it was told to me that the product will be delivered by Bluedart. On 30th January, Ebay cancelled my order without stating any reason and initiated the refund process. On 4th January (today) the refund process was approved. The refund will be paid back to me in 7 days. They only blamed bluedart that they could not pick up the parcel due to which the order was cancelled. It is my apprehension that the seller or ebay has cancelled this order because the prices of that particular model of mobile have increased since 18th January 2015. The hike in prices is substantial enough for any seller to cancel the earlier locked lower price to earn higher benefit. BUT THE REASONING OF EBAY OR SELLER THAT BLUEDART WAS NOT ABLE TO PICK UP CAN NOT BE RULED OUT. As per contract act when buyer and seller have agreed and when buyer has paid for the amount then seller has to perform his obligation. In this case the seller and ebay have not performed their part of promise just because the price of the mobile has increased before the delivery date. In this whole process, i made the payment for the mobile by my credit card and as my credit cycle was nearing, i had to pay back to credit card company. Thus even if i get the refund back in the credit card account, i will not be refunded the payment already made to credit card company. As such i have to compulsorily spend that amount to make the balance zero. Following are my grievances: 1) Thus Ebay or Seller has in this process used my money for more than 21days without any benefit to me. 2) I did not get the mobile in the price which i locked on 18th January 2015 (As the prices have increased now.) I had made several followups in the above matter, but neither ebay team nor seller provided any kind of resolution. I now need resolution in this matter by way of compensation in money Thanks Chinmay [protected]

                                    I am online shop enthusiast. I generally shop from e-commerce sites frequently. Some products are often sent to me via Blue Dart. Their service is just horrible. I contacted their customer care many times, but not a proper response they gave. Usually they take 8-9 days to deliver the product to my address. But this time, it is just unbearable. I have ATTACHED A PICTURE as a proof, if anyone sees, can easily find their service quality. I think our INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE is far better than Blue Dart Courier Service.
