My AWB is[protected] and the courier agent were unable to deliver due to additional address details required, but the same courier company has delivered A consignment of AWB [protected]in time on same said address.why they didn't required additional address details at that time for delivery.or otherwise they would have given a call at the time of delivery if the courier person was unable to find the address. Reason seems to be an silly one. Hope you will respond to this and deliver the consignmen t by today without any excuse.

    My daughter Samridhi Sharma has applied for PAN Number from 125_126 Adarsh Nagar Pali When I did not received the envelop up to[protected] then I inquired about the position through online then i got information about document that has been delivered on[protected] but originally i had not received up to[protected] When i have inquired at your local office at pali on[protected] then concerned person told me that envelop is still with their then i have asked that why you have not delivered this envelop at home address? His answer and behaviour was not satisfactory. Delay in delivery of envelop after lapse of one month and six days. It was not satisfactory services and it comes under deficiency in service. Please take necessary action against your local office of pali and inform me about the action otherwise I will move a complaint against this deficiency in local consumer forum. Thanks

Your delivery man came in my house on 06 May 2015 around 15:00 that time we was not there he called and I informed him come tomorrow. Next day I found in your tracking system that Premises Closed around 09:23, I was surprised Immediately I visited AJC Service Centre and simply ask my area delivery man about my parcel, he delivered me my parcel, Then I asked did you visit my house morning he was just like statue he didn’t say anything. It means simply seating in office he writes that premises is closed. Please take action like this delivery man, its spoil your name, BLUE DART Reputation will be bad.             My tracking number is 11478486 and given another number is [protected].and my order was approximate on 22 april. I tracked my courier it shows status consignees address is unlocatable. I tried to contact with courier office in Nanded but they did not picked up my call.

              Dear sir Please read following message received from Bajaj Finservises where the card sent by then is not received by me. My address is not changed since last 22 years.                 My parcel no. [protected] was arrived amravati on 2/05/2015. when i checked online it was mentioned consigneenot available which was false . The deliverty boy never visited my house as my office is also there so from 9am to 8 pm it is working. This way they r bringing blue dart to local courier co level. Today morning my man went to blue dart office to collect packet i never ever exepected such ordinary sevice .Lady sitting on delivery section was non co oprative & rude Pls revert to clarify matter ----Prashant Rathi[protected]

                I was deeply disappointed and troubled as I did not receive the consignment which contain my credit card. This is lying in your Howrah facility since 19.09.15. I called and I had been told that it would be delivered positively by 22.09.15. Now it is almost 2100 hrs of 22.09.15 and I am yet to receive the consignment. Your Howrah facility is barely 4km from my house and it is really really surprising. I am leaving country tonight and your this lacklustre attitude puts me in deep deep trouble.

                  I have order a product from snapdeal . it was shipped by blue dart courier . Details are Order No. [protected] has been HANDED OVER to Bluedart courier. Tracking number is [protected] and will reach you ON OR BEFORE May 05, 2015. Please check your Snapdeal accoun. I was thinking its 5 may delivery date so I travel to another city . From my home to siker city where the courier office is . Traveling charge 300 rs . But when I reach at courier office they said no any order regarding to this tracking number arrive at our courier office . Thus I loose time and money . Its date was 5 may . Want to claim on blue dart please help me .

                    Everytime i order something from online shopping sites, they are accepting my postal code but not even single time they have delivered the item at my address. Our Local blue dart representatives are calling us and asking us to collect the items from their office. Then what is the use of ordering something online, if i have to go each time to blue dart office, wait in queue for 30 - 40 minutes to collect my parcel My contact Number is [protected]

                      Other than the "Cash On Delivery" items, Blue Dart, Balasore, Odisha always send a message that "your package with blah blah was attempted for delivery. Re-attempt will be done as per your request" without even trying for delivery. They don't even try to contact the customer & send a message so that the customer should go to their office & collect the items by himself. When we ask the delivery for reason, they advised us to always order through "Cash On Delivery", so that they would get the commission.

                        AWB no [protected] I don't know the status of delivery. I was supposed to get it at my office and I never got any call or any intimation from them. I tried to contact them. They said it will be delivered at my home address. It keep closed as I am in office. My question is why blue dart diverted the parcel without contacting me. Who gave the permission to deliver it at another address. What we could do against blue dart in this case

                          RUDE AND HOLDING MY PACKAGE

                          Someone came to my house to deliver a package I was unaware of, on return, i saw a note written saying blue dart was here on 17th april at 2 pm. Today on 24th upon return i noticed, i called them up telling i saw this, and i have no idea about your deliver, if you can tell me if the package status or something as I have no idea who sent it. The guy was very very rude, and hung up on me without any explanation and then now the company is refusing...

                          I had booked some documents for delivery to Tamluk(Pin-721636), West Bengal, from Bangalore (JP Nagar 6th Phase, pin-560078). Blue-Dart docket no [protected] on 20/04/2015 with an assurance from your staff that it would be delivered today, 22/04/2015.

                          But, Still it was not delivered as on[protected].

                          I called several times customer care, they said it will be delivered... but when???? they are not able to answer...???????

                          As of now, all that I am aware of is that your online status tells me that Consignee'S Address Incorrect...

                          I don't know why it was mentioned like that????

                          We chose Blue-Dart in the belief that a courier service as reputed and prestigious as yours would also be equally reliable.Unfortunately I seem to be on the verge of being proved wrong .

                          Please try to ensure that the package is delivered positively today, at the earliest.Failing this, the deal may be lost, and I will be forced to seek redressal.


                          Need clarification???????

[protected] is not delievered...the company is sending message that parcel is not delievered but the landline no. which are provided to contact to are not picking phone since last 3 days ...these no. are[protected] and[protected]... they themselves has not tried to contact me ...and i can not contact them as they are not picking phone...parcel is really very important to me...

                                    Dear blue dart team, My reviews for blue dart was extremely good, but this time my three shipments are delayed by giving unexplainable reasons, i am getting all shipment on same address and same contact number on daily basis, from other courier company as well as blue dart also, We have proper mail room dept were courier received by dept or any concern person, courier person is not approached for security which is acutely not require, and i was also available on mobile, provided two numbers, Its clearly shows its a false comment mentioned by who ever caring that consignment. it was online shipment but i will ensure that we will not deal with blue dart in any terms in future. shipment numers- A=[protected] B=[protected] C=[protected] Regards Sanjay [protected].                                       Following are the complaints for Bluedart: a) People are just irresponsible. No courtesy for customers. b) Delivery people are not delivered on time or do not even find the area. c)Giving such reasons for not delivering i) Person is not available do not even call a person. ii) Address is not correct. I had given all the details of a known place with building, floor details.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have purchased a product namely "Habors Antique Gold Leaf Ear Clip On" Order Id:[protected] from amazon.in on 18/04/2015 via COD (Cash on delivery). The product got delivered on 21/4/2015. But I wanted to return back the product post delivery. I contacted Amazon.in customer care on 21/4/2015 they have co-operated with and send me the prepaid label and instructions for the return package. The product to be returned to them via Blue Dart services. The return label comprises of three parts :
                                      1. Prepaid label possessing (this label to be affixed 1 print out copy outside package and 02 print out copies inside the package.
                                      2. Acknowledgement Letter (to bring this Acknowledgment Letter with myself to the Blue Dart Location so the Blue Dart representative can sign and stamp it acknowledging the receipt of my return. Keep this signed Letter with me for records).
                                      3.Return Authorization Label (Cut this and place inside the return package).
                                      I called to Blue Dart customer care also on 21/4/2015 regarding pick up of the return parcel from my location, but I have been told that there will be no pick up so I have to drop it any Blue Dart office nearby my location.

                                      I followed accordingly the instructions and went to Blue Dart Office at New Alipore, Block A, Kolkata near to my location on 22/4/2015 morning during business hours.

                                      I went at the office at 10:15 am, after I explained the executive, he told me to come later after 12:00 noon as he is not properly aware of the return parcel to amazon.in. But I informed him that I cannot come down any other time as I will be moving to office and return late. Then he took the parcel and after checking asked for the customer ID from Amazon.in.

                                      When I explained everything what I have been told from Amazon.in and even showed the prepaid labels and others, still he was asking for some customer id.

                                      I further insisted that I cant come down daily for the said purpose he told me to call blue dart customer care for pick up. I too informed them that already I spoke to blue dart customer care but there wont be any pick up. He ignored the matter and told that without customer id my product wont be delivered.

                                      Later I called up amazon.in customer care for the customer id, I have been told that everything is provided in the label itself no other id is required. Further I called to Blue dart customer care and told in details everything as mentioned above. While discussing with the executive the latter disconnected the call.

                                      My complain against Blue Dart Services :

                                      1.Poor handling of customer.
                                      2.When blue dart is having tie up amazon.in whatever customer id and all that things should be dealt between the two. Why the customers should suffer? It seems I wont be able to return the product. Why there is no pick up services for this purpose.?

                                      I want to return the product by 23/4/2015 via Blue Dart services. Request you to solve my issue by 22/4/2015 business hours.

                                      Looking forward for your resolution.
