delay in order

My credit card has been dispatched by 27, Oct.2014 still I did not get it. When I called at blue dart customer care they told me that due to miss printing of wrong pin code from their side delivery as been delayed & the same mistake is repeated again. Now I am trying to make them call the number but totally in vain. Very bad service they are giving to the customers....
