So I have these important documents to be delivered to me, but the parcel is in help at shipment location due to incorrect shipping address. Now I contacted the BludeDart customer service and provided them with the correct details and I get a message that your parcel is out for delivery. This is on 9th April. But later that night, I check the status again, and it is "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect".
I don't understand and most likely someone is just being lazy.
So these are my details -

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Vansham Aggarwal So around 11:05 PM, after posting this complaint, the status was changed to 'Shipment Out For Delivery', but again it was reverted to 'Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect' after some hours even after providing the correct address and contact number.
No attemp was made to contact me.
