Pls This Is Big Issue This Blue Dart Courier Not Timely any Item Delivery

It was done by mistake by my sibling sir please cancel my order...

I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life.I want to get solution as soon as fast, otherwise I will take legal action about it.

I'm sending document 10 Feb 2022 hyderabad to Chennai but some technical issue from your side I will pay two times 375 rupees and your employee told within 48 hours refunded but Till now not refunded and your employee person also not responded.

I did not receive my consignment as given date. Now Status is showing "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect"

I called blue dart customer care to get delivery boy contact no. But they said they haven't delivery boy no.
They said your parcel is delivered at the mentioned address till 07:00 pm.
I was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate...

I registered for the pickup of ppr for 9march 2022.customer care executive told me it will be picked in between 2 and 5 pm. At 5.15 pm i again called and they said it will be picked up around 7pm . But nobody came to pick my parcel. Really disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with Bluewater they had bot till date delivered my product and in their status they show ne that I am unavailable .
Their people not even once had contacted me n in their status they show me unavailable

Dear Sir, The courier boy did deliver the order to me and didn't even called me now wrongly he is saying "consignee address unlocatable landmark needed " .
Got a message to complete my address but that link is not opening, and 404 forbidden is coming, what to do

KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO RESEND THE ORDER AND CALL ME IF NOT ABLE TO FIND ADDRESS

Note : I use the same address at all other websites and always my order has been delivered, never had this problem

Hi,
i was informed a courier from bluedart will come and pick up my robotic vacuum cleaner today morning by bluedart from the company- cambium[ viomi v3] to be couriered to GOA and that i should confirm the AWB NO- [protected] AND HAND OVER THE PACKAGE. Some one calling himself mr selvam ph no+91 [protected] called me in the evening re pick up and directions which i gave him with instructions to tell my wife the AWB no for confirmation and pick it up. A couple of hours later a couple of teenage boys came to the flat and failed to provide any proof that they were from your company and used unparliamentary words and behaved very INAPPROPRAIATLY with my wife who was alone and finally made some calls and provided the AWB NO following which my wife handed over the package to them.
this sort of behaviour is totally unacceptable as obviously mr selvam has sent someone totally unconnected with bluedart for pick up- they provided no proof or ID and were extremely rude.
kindly deal with this issue with the sincerest of efforts.
I will be awaiting an action taken report from you.
I have never experienced such inappropriate and rude behaviour from BLUEDART !

Hi .

This is to inform you my shipment hasn't been delivered yet by blue dart courier services . When I am tracking the shipment it says C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address

We haven't shifted to any address . Also we haven't received any single call from the delivery agent .

We have received 2 orders by same blue dart services and issue is only with this order . The shipment is stuck in Vellalore...

Today I received watch.my item was wrong I want to return.please refund my money

This is not the way of delivering the order!!!
I ordered on 4 March
Once they said that no one is in home so they left
Second time I rescheduled the order again person gone to adress and didn't delivered the order!!!
This making me fuss that delivey person should call to customer and need to inform right !!!

This is to inform you that as I have been deputed to other office I have requested to your employee/delivery ( NAME-SHIVA NAIR) boy to deliver the item/card (Way bill no. [protected]) to my colleague but he told it is not possible. Then I told him to hold the card as I will return back on Sunday. But He told me that he will return the card as I am not present right now. He is so arrogant and behaving in a bad manner that he is favouring us by delivering the item freely. It is very unfortunate that a prestigious company like Bluedart is recruiting this type of employee/ delivery boy who doesn’t have minimum courtesy/manners and not capable to understand the real problem of receiver.
So, I request to the higher authority please look into the matter and arrange to deliver the card on Monday, 07.03.2022.

Packet not getting, I have got an SMS in my mobile no Shipment Delivered and the website has status is Shipment Delivered but I have not received any packet item. also not get any call from the delivery boy.

I would like to bring to your notice about the fake delivery attempt made to me by the Bluedart Team in "Moghalpura" Hyderabad Office. I have placed an order in Myntra with the order ID - 1197589 [protected] on 24 Feb 2022.

On 1st March 2022 I got two missed calls from the delivery agent which did not even ring for 10 seconds, so I was not able to answer the call. When I tried to call back no one answered my call. Today i.e., on 3rd March I got a call from Bluedart office and a lady was very rudely asking me my address and telling me how I was not available when they tried to deliver the parcel. When I enquired about the re-attempt of delivery they said it is not possible today as no one will be there today. Today is Thursday which I believe is not the weekend so I was confused why they would not deliver it today and asked about the same. Then the lady started saying in a very rude way that I did not mention the address properly, and I was not available etc, . etc., . I had to tell them to cancel the order because of this.

I request you to look into the issue and hope there will not be any such experience in future for your customer

With ref to your docket no [protected] I didn’t received the parcel till now and on tracking we found that it’s written on tracking site “refused to take delivery”.since our entire showroom is under CCTV hence you are requested to visit our showroom and check the CCTV recording from the date of order booked to know that wether we refused or your office didn’t took any attempt to make delivery.
Also your senior staff Mr.Prashant in patna office is so rude and unprofessional.As these days shop stamp is not in use so we requested prashant jee to deliver the goods without stamp insted owner will sign the docket with his mobile number but very arrogantly he asked to make stam if we need the parcel.
As a matter of fact we decided not book any parcel further with you with such humiliation .
Sir being the most renowned name in courier service some such staff behavior is making the wrost for you.
