I have ordered mi speaker and trimer from mi site.
yesterday on 31.07.2021 i got a delivery from blue dart, package was Tampered. i told this to delivery boy package was Tampered despite that he just start the bike and run away. I called him and he just saying do what you wanna do. After that I received a call from local blue dart (sanjay palace Agra Uttar Pradesh) office I told the hole story to him(Mr. Dinesh) that in my package trimer was missing only empty box found.
He said I will escalate the matter but I haven't received any response later.

Shipment was picked up 2 days before and after 2 days status showing that rejected awb inscanned i don't know what the hell is going on with blue dart service...

This is the 2nd time my item has returned. no blue dart person has come to my address and rang the bell. when i am calling to the custmer care the automated voice asks me to choose numbers 1 / 2 /3 but when i press the numbers the other side says nothing selected seems number selection is also not working during call to the customer care.

My HDFC welcome kit from chennai was shipped on 29th july and expected date of delivery is 31st july. But now status showing is "Delay caused beyond control". I don't have any customer care number or something.

The delivery boy did not even come to the location and called from afar and said that your address is wrong.

My bank parsal has to be delivered today(30th july 2021) the parsal was also out for delivery in morning, full day i was waiting for the call from delivery boy i have called the customer care also and they told it will be deliver by 7 pm. But now the status is showing consignee address is incomplete or incorrect. But my address is correct or atleast delivery boy should call me so that i can explain the address correctly

Dear Sir,

I was supposed to receive the parcel of ICICI bank on 28th July 2021 via Blue dart Shipment AWB # [protected]. I waited whole day but I did not get any call from any delivery man regarding this. And today when I checked the delivery status it is showing that it has been delivered on Blue dart website. There was also no contact details so that I could contact the delivery person myself.

Delivery agent was not ready to deliver my parcel at my door step. He wanted me to come half a km away from my home and collect the parcel and he was harsh.

We have booked a parcel dated 26.07.2021vide docket no. [protected] by AIR. Expected date of delivery 28.07.20 but till date the consignment has not been deliver to our client M/s. Kanmur Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. It was a urgent materials for our client. Due to urgency, we booked the parcel through AIR. If it is not deliver in time then why it is necessary to booked through AIR? If we booked through AIR, Why it would be late and why we paid extra freight for AIR?

Consignnent despatched from Axis bank/Chennai on 22.7.2021. showing delivery to the wrong person on 23/7/2021. please trace the same and arrange delivery.

I Purchased product from paytm mall on 26th Jul by 7.30am.

Product picked up by bluedart by 27th Jul 12.05pm.

I Want delivery by 27th Jul due to some urgency, so that I called bluedart customer care for the same. I requested them to Pick that product by myself from your HUB but they denied.

Now status showing delivery delayed by one day and it will be arriving by 29th July.

WHY?????

I am taking follow up for this because of some reasons, I need that by 27th but already it was delayed by one day... And today you are failed to deliver on commited day 28th Jul.

I want my product by today at any cost...

You guy's never understand the urgency of Customers..

Sellers location is Andheri & Delivery location is Chembur. Both are in Mumbai in 20km range... What is the problem...

Disappointed by Bluedart team... (what fastest service you are giving?)

I've sent a parcel to GURUGRAM, Haryana but they wrongly sent the parcel to Gurgaon. They sent the parcel to CO STAMP, I don't even know what is that. Please help me in this regard.
