Delivery to wrong Address

I have applied for credit card to my residencial address but it is being delivering to the Office address.I have asked concerned bank to send to my present address and they also sent to the residential address but the delivery is being delivering to the Hyderabad address.Please help me in resolving this issue....

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    I was waiting to receive courier from British Council Gurgaon on 26 th June, however when i checked transit status it showed returned to origin.

    Courier was from Gurgaon to Roorkee

    It was very important certification and I need to have it delivered as soon as possible to Roorkee.

    Kindly help me in this situation, message copied below

        Address: BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD GR. FLOOR, UMA HYDERABAD HOUSE, RAJ BHAVAN ROAD. Location HYDERABAD Pincode 500041

        Delivery boy behaved very rudely and irrespectively. Give proper training to customer. Talking very rudely he came to give Credit card met with correct person but rejected to give, sense less fellow. Bluedart should appoint minimum knowledge person and also should give proper training customer relation.

            Hello sir/madam,

            I was supposed to get my parcel on 25th June 2021, but it was delivered to another wrong address to another person by the name of "Siva". I can say that there are no neighbours in my locality with that name and there are no one from my family as well.

            It's been 7 days and here is the docket number: [protected]

            How can a reputed service like Blue Dart behave like this and how can the recipient get someone's parcel ?

            I request for you to look into this issue and take necessary actions.

                I did not receive my parcel of two kurtis from mumbai but a message comes in my mobile saying that the parcel with reference number [protected] is delivered to Ravi on 1st July 2021 at 4.49 pm. I am Dr. Pritha chaturvedi, how without any check it is delivered to Ravi. Please help. Also there is no detail of the courier boy to trace.

                        The product has already reached my nearest hub of blue dart courier on 19 June. And today is 30 June. I called multiple times to the delivery boy to bring my product as it was very necessary. But they didn't bought till now.

                          This is in regards to waybill number : [protected]

                          I had ordered for a cash pickup via bluedart on Monday[protected].
                          The delivery was within Bangalore, from Pincode : 560017 to Pincode : 560103. When I asked Bluedart customer care for the estimated time of delivery, the response was 1 day or at max 2 days. Since it was an urgent delivery, I agreed and the pickup was done as per schedule on[protected]. The cash was collected promptly.

                          On[protected], however, the status of that delivery changed to Delay caused beyond control. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it will be delivered tomorrow.
                          On[protected], when the status did not change and I called the customer care number, I was told the courier will not be delivered till the lockdown is lifted by the government and if it's urgent I should go and pick up the courier from the warehouse.

                          I would like to have answers for the following questions:
                          1. If Bluedart knew that there is a lockdown and the delivery won't be possible, then why was the package picked up in the first place with a false promise of next day delivery?
                          2. I had to go to the Bluedart warehouse in the middle of the lockdown to collect the courier. Please explain why bluedart created this situation of harassment and forced me to go out in a lockdown and more importantly in a pandemic.

                          Along with the response to the above questions I want Bluedart to refund Rs 1267.00/- collected from me under the false pretext of delivering the courier urgently.

                              My tracking id is [protected]. I have not received the product but tracking shows that item delivered on 25 Jun 2021. Even neither I have received any message of shipment delivery nor phone call. Even I continued check the id, upto 27 jun is shows shipment connected to Guwahati but suddenly on 28 jun showing delivered on 25 June. Request check hand over the item at the earliest.

                                I want to return it because it totally different thing than what I ordered... Jeggings I got is different leggings, material is different in fact design is also different...I am very disappointed by you service please initiate my return

                                    World's most worst experience from bluedart courier. Did n't deliver the urgent consignment on out for delivery date, 26th June, 2021. Still I am waiting for Delivery. Called up customer service multiple times as well contacted via email and twitter, but no response so far from them. This is not my first experience. This is the second time. I will definitely move this case to consumer court. What a pity on you? Do you have any shame?
