Irresponsible answer from customer care and they really do act like international standards! Icic bank should never choosen this bluedart to deliver our credit cards. Never providing a exact details about tracking the courier and the person who deliveries it, they think we must run back of them . Bluedart says enquire bank, in bank they say to request bluedart ask them to send back the courier to nearest icic branch, it will reach in one day . But bluedart customer care people say, sorry we can’t do that, ask your bank to send as mail. Really getting annoyed with bluedart people, being pregnant I can’t travel here and there for your irrespective answers. For all this, I must really take a effort to complaint ur authority this is second time. Because of bluedart courier I am going to close my icic account and a complaint there too . ( 0/10 ) never will upgrade your standards.
