Product not delivered (Undelivered Shipment Held At Location)

The shipment was arrived at the blue dart office on 14.06.2021, even after more than 4 days passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shipment held at location". When will it get delivered.# pathetic service.           Dear Bluedart Customer Service,

          This is to inform you that nobody came to deliver the card. The address mentioned is House no 186, Sector 5, part 6, near OPEN SKY SCHOOL.
          Other reference mobile is [protected].

          This is consecutively 3 times and it is really embarrassing.

          Kindly do the needful and please help to arrange to redeliver it.

            My Waybill number is [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 2 June 2021. I received SMS. Again i received another SMS on 7 June 2021 stating that the product will be delivered on the said date. Both days i received phone call asking me for address. But the product did not reach till date. Today is 16 June 2021. Today when tracking my product i came to know that the product has been delivered on 5 June 2021. Till date i have not received my shipment. When i called the number from which i got phone call one by one i got 3 phone numbers each stating to ask the next person. But ultimately i am still in the dark as to what happened with my shipment. Please do look into the matter and let me know any update whatsoever.

              My waybill no. is [protected]
              The shipment arrived my city around 2 days (13th June, 2021) back and the product gets out for delivery but isn't being delivered. The status update on the website is "Need Department Name/Extention Number".

              I tried contacting on the phone numbers that I could find on the internet but most of them either dont work or no one picks up the call. Please provide a number of delivery boy or ask him to call me in case he has any doubt about the address.

              Its Urgent.

                  Bluedart courier service of Mainaguri-735224 has refused to give my parcel today. Though it was showing out for delivery, till evening I haven't received any call then I contacted to the blues dart courier of mainaguri they said they will not give the parcel today so I asked that can I come today and collect it they said yes. When I went their They declined to give my parcel and moreover they have harassed me used bad words against me and canceled my order without any reason. They are very clever that they did a missed call and then cancelled my order and it's saying that I have cancelled the order. My order tracking ID or wbl No. is- [protected]. I want a punishment against this courier service . And this harassment is ridiculous . Very bad service from Bluedart

                      I was supposed to get my shipment of a HDFC Debit Card Waybill # [protected], on 12th June 2021. I waited for the whole day but I got no calls from any delivery man regarding this. And today when I checked the delivery status it is showing that it has been delivered on blue dart website. There wasn't even any contact details so that I could contact the delivery person myself.

                            Hi
                            I have ordered a product on PGShop, Bluedart courier was assigned to deliver this product to me. I was tracking for days. Not the Product was supposed to deliver me yesterday. In the evening time Thinking Why the product was not delivered yet. I call customer care and they assured me that the delivery is on the way. Now at night again I checked. The update changes to Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect.

                            I was not got any call or any message for the same. My address is right. I have received countless products for the same address from different couriers even from blue dart previously.

                            Just 2 3 weeks ago bludart did the same for my other product. At that time the site was saying "The consignee was not available". They that time too not even got a call or message update. I received it 3 days later than the supposed delivery date.

                            Is this some strategy to delay product or not deliver on right time or the courier person gain something from doing these things? Do they even try to locate the address or contact me.

                            If they can't locate my address. They are supposed to contact me and I can pick the product from where they are nearby.

                                  Tracking No. [protected] I had this order that was to be delivered on June 7th but till 11th June they have not delivered. The staus says only attempt made. But whenncheckedbi have not received a single phone call or any message they are just bluffing the customer and the sender and looring their money. I have had past bad experience with them. And now again the same old story this is one of the worst couriers company that I have experienced in my life. Just they dont care about their customers my mobile [protected]

                                    I got a message 11h June 10:44 am. that my HDFC Chequebook with shipment no.[protected] is going to be delivered. later I got message that my shipment no.[protected] is delivered successfully at 11.17 am. I waited and at the End of the day when I checked the delivery status it is showing that it has been delivered on blue dart website. There wasn't even any contact details so that I could contact the delivery person myself. or not even a proper customer care service number from Blue dart to complaint regarding this.

                                      I got a message yesterday on 10th June 10:28 am that my Zivame parcel with shipment no. [protected] is going to be delivered. I waited for the whole day but I got no calls from any delivery man regarding this. And today when I checked the delivery status it is showing that it has been delivered, both on zivame app and on blue dart website. There wasn't even any contact details so that I could contact the delivery person myself.
                                      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Problem resolved. The delivery man put the status as delivered since it was raining and he couldn't come. Otherwise the product would be returned. Delivered it some time back
