    I did not receive my parcel of two kurtis from mumbai but a message comes in my mobile saying that the parcel with reference number [protected] is delivered to Ravi on 1st July 2021 at 4.49 pm. I am Dr. Pritha chaturvedi, how without any check it is delivered to Ravi. Please help. Also there is no detail of the courier boy to trace.

            The product has already reached my nearest hub of blue dart courier on 19 June. And today is 30 June. I called multiple times to the delivery boy to bring my product as it was very necessary. But they didn't bought till now.

              This is in regards to waybill number : [protected]

              I had ordered for a cash pickup via bluedart on Monday[protected].
              The delivery was within Bangalore, from Pincode : 560017 to Pincode : 560103. When I asked Bluedart customer care for the estimated time of delivery, the response was 1 day or at max 2 days. Since it was an urgent delivery, I agreed and the pickup was done as per schedule on[protected]. The cash was collected promptly.

              On[protected], however, the status of that delivery changed to Delay caused beyond control. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it will be delivered tomorrow.
              On[protected], when the status did not change and I called the customer care number, I was told the courier will not be delivered till the lockdown is lifted by the government and if it's urgent I should go and pick up the courier from the warehouse.

              I would like to have answers for the following questions:
              1. If Bluedart knew that there is a lockdown and the delivery won't be possible, then why was the package picked up in the first place with a false promise of next day delivery?
              2. I had to go to the Bluedart warehouse in the middle of the lockdown to collect the courier. Please explain why bluedart created this situation of harassment and forced me to go out in a lockdown and more importantly in a pandemic.

              Along with the response to the above questions I want Bluedart to refund Rs 1267.00/- collected from me under the false pretext of delivering the courier urgently.

                I am complaining regarding blue dart services party sent a parcel from Bangalore on 16 june 2021 to us kurali but firstly it goes to una by mistake of blue dart then it will goes to nangal by mistake. it is total negligence of blue dart delivery services it is very important parcel but it is not deliver till today give us solution & solve the problem.

                  My tracking id is [protected]. I have not received the product but tracking shows that item delivered on 25 Jun 2021. Even neither I have received any message of shipment delivery nor phone call. Even I continued check the id, upto 27 jun is shows shipment connected to Guwahati but suddenly on 28 jun showing delivered on 25 June. Request check hand over the item at the earliest.

                        World's most worst experience from bluedart courier. Did n't deliver the urgent consignment on out for delivery date, 26th June, 2021. Still I am waiting for Delivery. Called up customer service multiple times as well contacted via email and twitter, but no response so far from them. This is not my first experience. This is the second time. I will definitely move this case to consumer court. What a pity on you? Do you have any shame?

                              I am jiji kurian, I send one parcel on 23.06.21 from Thiruvalla, Kerala. The item iMac apple computer, Now the mentioned items received in udupi office(26.06.21) the screen monitor is completely cracked and not usable... I packed the item very very well and not do any problem in the system, also I informed in bluedart Thiruvalla office (Mr. Biju) take care well also and he said no need to worry.

                              It is big problem / serious issue for me also this type of mishandling such valuable items not tolerate.

                              So, pls do the neesery step for the compensation as soon as possible.

                                Today I received a parcel from New Delhi and when this delivery guy called for the address I told him patiently the directions for my address and when I told him I stay in 1st floor and currently I told vaccine and not feeling well so I can't come out and told him to drop my packet outside my door at 1st floor. And he was like I won't even open the gate or drop on the stairs also. Like what and he is telling this is their rules due to covid. I understand covid rules and I am also scared to go near to any delivery persons but not even open the gate in the sense what is he ready to drop the packet on road?? I have to go on the road to take my packet later?? Is this safe for customers to do that?? This is what the rules you gave to delivery persons to drop our packets on road?? And I'm really pissed and told him at least to drop on stairs then he was like no and he is ready to return my packet immediately without my concern. This is really rude behavior from delivery person.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is to bring into your kind consideration about the poor service of Blue Dart courier. I was to recieve my important consignment from ICICI bank via Blue dart courier on Saturday 19 June 2021. It was informed via sms. But I recieved the delivery failure sms on same date ie., 19 June at 3:50 PM.

                                      I immediately contacted customer care toll free number[protected] as mentioned in the SMS. The executive registered the complaint and assured me delivery on Monday ie., 21 June. I also got a call from one executive of Blue Dart Mr Rahul Sharma ([protected]) and he also assured me delivery on Monday 21 June.

                                      But sorry to say no one called or contacted me for my important parcel. Fed up by this poor service, I called today Tuesday again to helpline and Mr. Rahul Sharma, but he gave me very foolish answer that the staff may have forgot the parcel and again told it will be done tomorrow.

                                      This is very poor on the part of such a big organization that they hardly bother about customer and that too it is an important parcel.

                                      Need to kindly intervene and please help me to get my important parcel asap.
