    I had ordered a samsung galaxy a7 tablet grom samsung(id:[protected]) on 29th may 2021.it was due foe delivery on 4th june.i got a message from blue dart today, saying yhat it will be delivered today.again at 3:32 p.m i got a message from blue dart saying that it was delivered.but i did not receive the tablet.my way bill number is [protected].please do the needful and sew that i receive the parcel

      Even after following up i did not get response so dropped below mail and got no aswer.

      Hello,

      My query was why the delivery guy has mentioned recipient Address un locatable without trying to deliver .
      1. On 8th may 2021 another parcel from the same HDFC bank was delivered (AWB:[protected]) . with the same phone number that the delivery guy has called (ph number : [protected])
      2. on 17th may the same guy with phone number had called ([protected]) and said that we have received your parcel in blue dart office Ranebennur with AWB: [protected] and we will deliver it tomorrow i.e on 18th may and also he asked about the land mark and i have provided it .
      3 . On 18th may when I called and asked about the delivery he specifically said that there are a lot of parcels to be delivered so it will be delayed and hung up.
      4. I waited till 23rd may and I only called asked about the delivery and why in the portal it is saying as address un locatable he said we will update like that only . and asked when will it be delivered he said i need to wait we cannot deliver on urgent basis if not we will send that back . These are the exact words which he used . I have recorded the call and have it with me, I can share that with you if required.
      I even asked whether I can visit the bluedart office to take my parcel. He denied saying the office is closed due to lockdown.

      how can you mention Address cannot be located with already having the location confirmed ?
      how can it be sent back to the courier without even trying to deliver?
      How come the guy cannot locate the address when he already delivered a parcel a few days ago and the Address is in the middle of the town.

      I know it was a waste of my time and effort to draft this but . That courier was very important to me as it was from the bank . I hope I get the response and action taken on the delivery Guy .

      Please let me know if you require more details.

            Shipment delayed - Delay caused beyond control

            Shiptment was supposed to be delivered on 29th May, but it was showing as Network issues and now the status has changed to delay caused beyond control. Spoke to Customer support and also raised ticket through Blue dart site - Contact us.

            I am available in this address but they will update as "no such consignee at the given address". They do not even call me for guide the direction before updating this

              I have booked one Tender document from kolkata Bue Dart office at Airport on 27.05.21 scheduled to be delivered at 29.05.21 in Aurngabad (Maharstra ) at Maharashtra Garmin Bank Head office . Though the material reached at Aurangabad on 28.05.21. But it was not delivered on 29.05.21. As last date and time of tender submission was 31.05.21. at 11.am. The tender was not delivered. I have given Rs 835 to Blue Dart. Not only that due to locked Down situation I have to booked a car which takes Rs 2500 to reach the Tender Document to the Blue Dart office at Airport. I have also paid application money of Rs 5000 in the form of NEFT for this Tender which is also forfeit. I have incurred a huge loss in the business as I am unable to submit the Tender . How ever Blue Dart should pay me the mount of 835+2500+5000= 8335 that I have lost.

                  My earphones had been picked up by your service provider on 20th may which were to be replaced by boat. According to my waybill number its been showing it has reached to its final destination but boat service providers are saying they need acknowledgement slip which has not been given to me. I dont know what to do right now. I even talked to your executive. He said that he will resolve the problem within 24 hours but still nothing has happened. If this will continue i will file a complaint in consumer court because i am trying from so many days. And now i dont have any option left

                        Just recieved this box from patanjali by blue dart company, the delievery driver quickly dropped the box and as soon I opened it, 1 litre of desi ghee is missing from the box, I called this delievery boy and he dont answer calls. Have texted him too. They are so thiefs, that on the bill they have ticked the item as packed but in reality they have stolen it.

                        I want people to trace these people and tell them their stealing business.

                          Dear Madam/Sir,

                          I had requested a pickup today Via Token number 77008 received via Email : [protected]@bluedart.com yesterday and it was told to me that the pickup will be done by 3:00 PM yesterday…...No one from your Pickup team arrived to pick up the consignment yesterday …. I am staying in a hotel and had my flight to Delhi planned for yesterday.

                          I had to cancel my flight yesterday just because of this…..It’s highly unprofessional at your end.

                          At least I should have got a call from your end that the Pickup is not happening.

                          What is going on…….???

                                      I got message my item will be delivered today but in noon i saw status as "CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE;CANT DELIVER" but no one called or came.

                                      Why the false status? Then i called customer care around 2pm and told them this and they said now i will get it by 6.30pm they have informed backend team for false info.
                                      I again waited but no delivery of my laptop. My office work is impacted by every delay. Once person is out for delivery, then why they have to lie? Even from backend they told me definitely item will be delivered by evening.

                                      Item was delivered next day, so i won't make a big deal out of it. My item was important for my work so i was expecting it asap. Only issue was once the item is out for delivery, the courier person should at least call and request if he can deliver it next day. Given current situation i might have agreed but it was the lying part where customer is not available trigged me. Hopefully they can ask customer if he can wait an extra day rather just refusing it.
                                      I have been facing the same problem with blue dart they'll always sent a msg saying that it'll be delivered by the given date but they'll never call or deliver, it was just one time that a delivery agent came n delivered and swore he'll never come back to deliver ...since nykaa has started courier partner with blue dart we have stopped receiving our products completely and when i asked if they deliver allthatgrows products he directly replied "we do not provide doorstep deliver " then why the heck would be opt for online shopping?also those guys are just so rude no professionalism
