My order on deliver 14/06. Delivery boy mr naveen [protected]. Cal me from morning. He say your order deliver after noon. But after noon he say order will be deliver on morning 15/06. The delivery very important for me for this order So plz give me feedback for this

Fake attempt of delivery shown by your delivery team. Kindly look into the matter.

I have ordered a product on PGShop, Bluedart courier was assigned to deliver this product to me. I was tracking for days. Not the Product was supposed to deliver me yesterday. In the evening time Thinking Why the product was not delivered yet. I call customer care and they assured me that the delivery is on the way. Now at night again I checked. The update changes to Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect.

I was not got any call or any message for the same. My address is right. I have received countless products for the same address from different couriers even from blue dart previously.

Just 2 3 weeks ago bludart did the same for my other product. At that time the site was saying "The consignee was not available". They that time too not even got a call or message update. I received it 3 days later than the supposed delivery date.

Is this some strategy to delay product or not deliver on right time or the courier person gain something from doing these things? Do they even try to locate the address or contact me.

If they can't locate my address. They are supposed to contact me and I can pick the product from where they are nearby.

My axis bank card not delivered in four days please my card delivered

I have not received the courier but the status is delivered..my waybill no :-[protected] and reference no :- AGC390. Please look towards it.

Tracking No. [protected] I had this order that was to be delivered on June 7th but till 11th June they have not delivered. The staus says only attempt made. But whenncheckedbi have not received a single phone call or any message they are just bluffing the customer and the sender and looring their money. I have had past bad experience with them. And now again the same old story this is one of the worst couriers company that I have experienced in my life. Just they dont care about their customers my mobile [protected]

I got a message 11h June 10:44 am. that my HDFC Chequebook with shipment no.[protected] is going to be delivered. later I got message that my shipment no.[protected] is delivered successfully at 11.17 am. I waited and at the End of the day when I checked the delivery status it is showing that it has been delivered on blue dart website. There wasn't even any contact details so that I could contact the delivery person myself. or not even a proper customer care service number from Blue dart to complaint regarding this.

I got a message yesterday on 10th June 10:28 am that my Zivame parcel with shipment no. [protected] is going to be delivered. I waited for the whole day but I got no calls from any delivery man regarding this. And today when I checked the delivery status it is showing that it has been delivered, both on zivame app and on blue dart website. There wasn't even any contact details so that I could contact the delivery person myself.

A bank document was coming from hdfc bank through bluedart the awb no is - [protected], first the delivery date was 6 june and it got delayed to 8 june so i tried to their office they said it will be delivered but today i met the delivery boy near my house he said the package is misplaced we are searching it if we get it we will deliver it, that was an importent document from the bank and the guys are ignoring my calls, please help on it they already marked the delivery as complete but i did not recieved it yet.

This is the third time I'm experiencing this for the same parcel ([protected]), has been returned twice, now it has been reshipped still I haven't received
If there aren't enough delivery persons available during this time then please ask the sender not to use your service as you can't deliver at the right time
Please tell me where else should I raise this complaint ? I'm tired of mailing and not getting proper response

I've had the worst experience ever

Dear sir,

I got a shipment from Bluedart which was delivered by HDFC Bank. They send cards to Me its a confidential shipment.

After received the Shipment by Blue dart. Im realized that the shipment cover was opened. I think someone opened & noted my Card credentials.

Someone from Bluedart opened my shipment without my confirmation. So I ready to complaint agaist bluedart shipping team Especially (Chennai to salem - Attur-636102). If anything fraud happend against my card & My bank Account that's blue dart responsibility.

I have a shipment with waybill no - [protected] which is supposed to receive by 8 June 21, neither I received my shipment nor tracking status is updated.

The last update is showing on 6th June 21. I have called customer support they were saying the shipment is in transit. However, it will take hardly two hours to reach the shipment to Ghaziabad from Delhi.

Kindly look into this and track the shipment, deliver...

Issue with delivery guy. They don't work properly and demand their comfort. Worst service.

I am ordering 2 products from Mygalmmthe estimated delivery of both the products is 7th of june but 1 product was delivered on 5th of june and the 2nd product is not delivered . Plz check it and deliver it fast as soon as possible . Tracking id :-[protected]-75

Hi I have not received my courier from DTDC but the status in their website shows as delivered. i have also contacted the customer service and they said they would check and let me know the details of my courier but havent heard back from them yet.

I have ordered a Galaxy Light Projector ( For Bedroom) for Rs. 1299, the seller name is The Shopsters.in and what I have received is some cheap Ongxin Milk Foamer .

The order was COD and is delivered today at 7.15 PM .
