Blue Dart Express — Bad customer service | |||
Hi, I am from faizabad my packet was shipped from gurgaon and it reached faizabad on the ascribed date 14 feb 2017 and it was set out for delivery 11:25 am as it was showing on your tracking tool. As the package was very necessary so i make a call at 4:30 pm at the blue dart office and they assured me that the package will arrive shortly at the proper address. After three hours i again made a call to the same office and they give the number of courier boy and ask to call him. I called the courier boy and told him the reffrence no and order no and he finally asked me to come to the place defined by him and collect the order other wise he will return the order to the office... So finally i collected my parcel 4 km away from the ascribe d address. Very bad service... Was this information helpful? | |||
