Blue Dart Express — bad service quality at bareilly service point | |||||
Dear sir/ mam, I was very disappointed with your bareilly (U. P) blue dart service center service quality... I know blue dart is a big brand but due to these types of service centers, yours company brand value is continuously going to the downward if you can't believe on my statement than plz go on bareilly blue dart page & read all the reviews of your all customers & still he was never received any call from our customers.. As far as my concerned, i bought a mobile to gift my younger brother on his birthday but due to my bad luck it was dispatched by blue dart on bareilly branch, my phone no. Was continuously working but i got a mail i. E. Your mo. No. Is out of reach due to that we can't delivered your offer after that when i was got that mail i try to contact on blue dart bareilly branch but responshe was same it was not received any call from my side while i was called more 30 to 40 times that after i was going to the office address & after that i was collect my parcel from his office... Sorry sir for those words plz change your policies or it was a very risky for your company... Please look those matters & do the needful... I am waiting for your response.
