Blue Dart Express — behaviour of the staff (madan kphb 9th phase) was not good and courier was not given to me | |||||
The courier was delievred when i was not at home and when i went to the courier office in person to collect the it, the person (Madan) was very rude and spoke like a barbarian. He has no costomer centric behaviour at all.. Madan's behaviour towards other costumors who walked down there was not at all acceptable. The courier was on my name and i myself went to collect it. What is the issue for you to give the courier in my hand when i have all the proofs with me. More than this madan behaviour (Way of talking with customers) was not good. He was sitting in kphb 9th phase office. You as organisation need to give him training on how to talk to customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
