We from ultratech on normal basis sending passports to mumbai, kolkota to our tour operators. Except this female no one other has complaint regarding our packet submitted. She always insist on sending only 4 passports in one cover. We have maintained on regular basis this thing. The fact remains that we receive from blue dart mumbai (From our tour operator) more than 4 passports in one cover. The lady doesn't understood our plea and misbehaved and opened all cover and did separate everything which was a pain for us. We insisted in taking back all our cover back.
