Blue Dart Express — Blue dart courier has not delivered my icici bank credit card

This is to inform you that my blue dart curior with awb no.[protected] has not been delivered.

This is the 2nd time the bank has sent me the credit card as when it was sent earlier with awb no [protected] the blue dart without making any effort to deliver it returned back to bank. Kindly get it delivered at my door.
