Blue Dart Express — Blue dart didn't deliver and updated status as recipient not available | |||||
Hi, Awb no. [protected] Today 05-sep-2016 i was informed that it will be delivered by eod (6:30pm). I called around 10-12 times to the customer care and they (Tarun, shakeel, ajay, etc) assured me sir it will be delivered. Since it was working day for me and only because of this courier i took a leave and was at home whole day waiting for it. It came as a shock for me that status got updated as "recipient not available hence undelivered". This is highly unprofessional on blue dart that i am highly dissapointed. The courier delivery guy never picks up my call and doesn't deliver the parcel on time even though I am right at my location. He gives me a missed call and then goes about his business. Every time I try to call him it just rings for some time; no one picks up.
